Pros: "I’m not sure what I missed when I booked our tickets a couple months ago, we never got email or text reminder for check in. I thought they may just not have online check in option for certain routes. Then we found out people from same flight did get reminder. My husband and I both have globe entry. They did it right when we flew out. On the way back, there was no TSA sign on my boarding pass, so I was redirected to regular line. The plane wasn’t full on the returned flight, yet they assigned seats indifferent rows and way back of plane. I notice there were some empty seats in the front and middle of plane, they packed a lot of people in the back and separated people who traveled together but not paid and selected seats. Is it policy of Sun Country airline? Last time we took Sun Country, they didn’t assigned seats accurately although we paid fee for selected seats. After sending in complain, they did refund the selected fee for my husband. Hope they would see this and improve their ticketing."

Women wore nice dresses and heels. It was a special occasion to fly. Not anymore. People in flip flops, sweat suits, hoodies, clothing looking like pajama bottoms."

Now I worked to pay less by doing online check in and discovered they had no record of my checking in. So I had to pay again for my baggage. The problem is not yet resolved."

My mother was taken right away, I eventually walked off having to lean against wall. No chair available. Eventually I pushed my mother while granddaughter managed our bags. I met my chair coming while nearing exit. We made it and I understand how many people need assistance. All and all it went great."

Heard someone say that a flight was leaving early I went to the gate, plane was still there and they wouldn't let me board. They said they were paging me, but saying my name wrong. I was possible 1 minute (until the normal 20 min boarding), They were of no help and this even started before my trip. After calling several times, they would now give me my flight info, said I had to go thru Kayak. I stated they charged my credit card, they should have the info. A big struggle with them. Not happy, missed a leg of my trip and want a refund."
Pros: "I got to my destination. Leg room was good for me, though I am very short. I could occasionally feel the knees of the person behind me who was an average height. Their machine was down, so our $75 baggage fee was waved on out outgoing flight. Our return flight they were nice and only charged us for 2 of our 3 bags. (I assume it's because it was carry on size, and not charging was a reward for not trying to carry on)."
Cons: "The seats have no butt padding! The seats were murder on my butt and lower back. SO bad! It took nearly a week to get that kink sorted out...just in time for my return flight. I shouldn't have to pay for first class just to get a seat that's not torture. If that's the solution I'll just fly with a different airline. No in flight entertainment, but who cares. Wifi would have been really nice. In the middle seat my husband was TOO hot, but the window seat I was freezing."

Cons: "We were late departing and arriving, which created a problem for a meeting I had to attend. On top of already being late the exiting of the aircraft was poor. No announcement was made for wheel chair people to wait until the end, and naturally held up the exiting of the aircraft. This was my first experience on Sun Country and the flight attendants allowed people to use the bathroom in the front of the aircraft, but at hour 3.00 when i walked up to use it - i was then told to go to the back. After I watched many people for HOURS freely use it. Not just when the cart was in the aisle either. Just not consistent in their directions and follow through making it confusing for passengers. There was no wifi, so I couldn't work and there was no entertainment on board. I won't be flying Sun country again."

The piolet said nothing until we were in the air for over an hour. I think all the people waiting should have an explanation. So, the plane was 40 minutes late so I needed to wait another 2 hours for the next shuttle."
Pros: "They are accommodating. They are very budget friendly. When other airlines try their best to gouge you. Sun Country has that “Minnesota nice” attitude. I will always try to fly Sun Country. Unfortunately for me I live in Seattle and they only have two flights a day from her, both to MSP. And they stop service just after January 1st."
Pros: "The best part, the person booking my seat at the counter, looked at my height and said, "aisle seat." I am eternally grateful. Air travel is so limited and so many corners cut, that a small gesture like that goes a very long way."

First to board are for those with special needs requiring more time (families with kids, etc.), then the first class passengers, then those without carry-on, or who are willing to leave their carry-on as gate check, then for the first 10 rows, and then the back rows, and then everyone else. This seems to work fairly well since it minimizes jams associated with front row seating first, as well as seating those who have large carry-ons."
Cons: "The only thing is that they should emphasize more that those who board first because they do not have carry-on, but just personal bags, should place those personal bags under the seat rather than use that to board first and then take up valuable space in the overhead compartment. I saw people board first claiming only personal bags, and then they would deposit their bags towards the front in overhead compartments, or they would just put their bags sideways in the overhead--taking up twice as much space as carryon bags going in lengthwise."

Cons: "Because of a mixup, though not of AA doing, I was literally forgotten at the gate. However, AA personnel showed the very best of can-do attitude and got me home for Thanksgiving. I am very proud of everyone working at AA at the TPA airport."
Cons: "I called your customer service department which I believe is in India or Pakistan three times to ask them to help with an alternative flight and each time I got different information, when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told by the punk on the end of the phone that that wouldn't be possible. I asked for his name and employee number and he told me his name was Michael, difficult to believe when he sounded Indian"

Cons: "Local pickup at SAT is now devoted to taxi. Airport police rude. Most people picked up at 11PM and hard for cars to get to curb or see passenger due to taxi line. Both terminals terrible after several experiences in last couple months. SAT worst pickup experience that I see national and international travel. Obvious that cabs and air port police are the worst congestion problem I experience."

Pros: "I flew first class. Philadelphia airport is horrendous. I chose to fly first class to avoid lines and make flying by my lonesome go more smoothly. There are no special lines for first class there are absolutely no perks to flying first class out of Philly. The first class flight attendant was rude. They ran out of hot food by the time they got to me so I was served yogurt ... I don't eat yogurt. I waited 40 minutes for my luggage to arrive at baggage claim. The flight to Philadelphia from Tampa was a good experience. They had first class lines. The airport was cleaner. The flight attendant Steve, was kind and professional. I was served a hot lunch. I'm a diabetic and when my blood sugar went low he got me orange juice quickly. I waited maybe 10 minutes for luggage at baggage claim. However with the horrific experience in Philadlephia I may never fly American again. Definitely will never fly out of Philadelphia again. I was told by the woman who I sat next to on the way home that she hates American and usually flys Delta for her business trips."

One attendant asked me, with attitude, if I was going to get off the plane...before realizing I can't physically walk. Her face turned white as a ghost when she realized what she had said and how she had said it."

I asked for a food voucher from American in Charlotte and was denied after waiting so many hrs in Charlotte to get on a 10.05pm to jfk, that was terrible."

Cons: "The cookies are ok but not very refreshing. I prefer Pepsi to Coke. Being in a wheel chair, I didn't have the option to stop at a food place to get something to eat before boarding. It was so extremely cold in the cabin."

I had to run all the way across the Charlotte airport to make my connection. The gate door had already closed (early) but I got someone to open it for me. There was no assistance from the flight crew to help me make my flight. No gate information was announced, etc."

Cons: "Flight was an 1hr late arriving, this seems to be the trend for AA. For the past four weeks I have flown from Mami to San Antonio or Huston,and my flights have been more than an hour late. The last two flights I had a connecting flight and the connecting flight were hours late, hints that's why I paid more for a direct flight and it took of an hour after departure. I don't understand what the problem is, I fly AA frequently and never experienced such unreliable air service in regard to timeliness and no regard for clients time. Hopefully this helps, management should really look into the Texas leg, once again for the past month the flights haven't depart or arrived to its destination on time. Finally, I use AA frequently to travel overseas and I never experienced such lateness as my travel inside the USA (Texas especially). Sincerely, Mr harris"

Cons: "Despite stitching when I could and as soon as I could. Lower back buttocks hurt pretty bad half way through the flight. This is a knock on the airline industry and not so much ANA. Comfort levels start diminish when you try to squeeze as many seats as you can into airplane. Especially, for people like me who are at least 6' tall. Also, the food was very meh. This was surprising because all my other experiences with ANA were quite the opposite."

Cons: "When I went to the gate in Houston to get my boarding pass for my second leg, the lady at the gate counter yelled at me because I didn't know my seat assignment even though I had already explained that I didn't know because I didn't have a boarding pass. On my original booking, I had chosen my seat to be a window, but when they rebooked me they put me in a middle seat even though there was a completely empty row in front of me. Then, to top everything off, they forced me me check my rollerboard carry-on because they said there was no more room on the plane, but when I got on I could see multiple spaces were still available. Another passenger and I were left to wait nearly 5 minutes on the jetway while the gate counter rep went to print our checked luggage tags. I asked the stewardess why I had to check mine even though there was plenty of space, and she said "it's hard to tell sometimes how much room we're going to have left." She also didn't offer any apology. All in all it was a terrible experience. I had to wait unnecessarily at various points of the travel process, had to endure a layover that was more than double what I had planned for, was forced to check my carry-on at the gate, and worst of all I missed a really important meeting. United obviously does not care at all about economy customers. Don't trust this airline! Book on Southwest or JetBlue - they actually care about customer retention!"
Cons: "From the surly check in personnel, to the confused boarding. Even less charming than usual. The flight was scheduled to depart at 11:40 from Tampa to Newark. Twenty minute delay for boarding and then additional 40 minute ground delay. Flight scheduled from 11:40 to 2:20 p.m. Onboard the flight attendant came through with the food carte. Were any of the "lunch" items available? "No, we only have snack items on this flight." But it's during lunch time... "It's not a long enough flight." WHO COULD MAKE THIS UP? We declined to complain for fear we would be thrown from the plane. Oh yes, I have 1,800,000 miles on United."

Pros: "United has become the top low service/high cost Airline. I'm 6'3" and Found myself in a position for hours on end where I could not move my legs. Even with the seat in front of me upright my knees would touch it while my butt was fully up against my seat. Offered is a single drink but not even a lousy bag of pretzels. The entertainment is down to direct tv with a menu that is hard to navigate, earplug connections that need you to hold the plug so it will work and no option to pause or start when you want."

Cons: "Got to airport, showed flight wasl on time. Get to gate find out flight delayed from screen behind boarding gate. All official Frontier sites say on time. Finally after about an hour all official screens show flight delayed 4 hours. (initial delay was 6). 2 hours after that a person from Frontier came to our gate. explained that plane was replaced in Cleveland. They did give us 10,oo vouchers but by that time we all had pretty much eaten."

Cons: "The delays that are caused by the very slow computers at the ticket counters. I did not like that I had to 'somehow' get to Orlando to get into the next flight to NJ. Even though I arrived 1 hr before the flight."

Cons: "I had to bring my wedding dress and called ahead to make sure I had it figured out. Most airlines have a closet type storage area by the flight attendants and frontier does not. I was told over the phone I would have to buy a seat for my dress so I did that. Then when I went to the airport the lady was pretty rude and said that it was incorrect and it would be dumb to do that and I wasn't allowed. Then I had to pay an extra fee as well. Once to the gate we were delayed and the plane was there the entire time. We were scheduled to take off at 6:55 and boarded at 7. No reason for the delay and they didn't keep us updated. I was not very happy with Frontier this time."

We had to walk inside to the counter. both of us use electric wheelchairs when we are at home. Walking is very difficult and Frontier was not there to assist us at the curb. Also, on-line check in was a real hassle and I have a FFN with Frontier."

Cons: "Flight was scheduled to depart at 9:20 PM on the 24th. On way to airport, I was advised of a 5 hour delay. At that point I returned home (1 hour 15 minutes from TPA airport) by which time the delay advice was increased to 7 hours. I called Frontier and they agreed to rebook me (at no charge) on a flight on Feb. 26th since all flights on the 25th were booked. I just checked and saw that Flt 291 actually departed TPA at 5:02 AM on the 25th. As always, it was stressful trying to talk to an agent having to listen through numerous recordings before I couold connect to ascertain times and make changes. I contacted Frontier at least 5 times and had language difficulties every time."

Pros: "Although I paid extra for my carry-on ($45; which I was aware of, but some people may not be) the flight attendants were friendly and professional. They were courteous upon stepping onto the plane and throughout the duration of the flight. The seats were comfortable, and overhead space was plentiful. My 2.5 hour flight from Tampa to PHL was shortened to 2 hours. Overall, it was a great experience flying Frontier for my very first time."

Cons: "Despite the fact that their ticket counter was open for other flight departures, they only allow you to check in beginning two hours before your scheduled takeoff time. This really means you have only an hour and a half until your flight begins to board. On the flight they mentioned wanting more people in the exit row, but you would have to pay an extra $50 because it has more leg room, needless to say everyone chuckled at this blatant ripoff attempt. On the flight you have two pay $2 for a small glass of water, not a bottle but a small plastic cup filled primarily with ice. When we landed we had to wait 45 minutes before the checked baggage began to arrive. Overall this is a very poor airline. Watch out for the fees as they charge you $20 for each airline interaction. I would suggest avoiding them if you can as the price rapidly rises above your ticket cost & the hassles for basic services are not worth the cost."

Cons: "Although the flight was good I was shocked that I had to pay an additional fee for my seat upon check-in via the internet. I had to pay $17 extra on the way to Florida and $11 extra per seat on the return flight to Chicago. Why wasn't I made aware of this? Also, I went on Frontiers website prior to my trip to see what the carry-on fees were. They never explained the fees until after I was trying to print out my boarding pass and I was charged $40 per carry-on (3 of us were travelling). Give a head's up about your fees!!!!!! Otherwise, your prices are misleading!"

Cons: "The rest of the staff were rude and unprofessional. The chairs were so uncomfortable. There was no complimentary drink, and when you ask for just water the staff rolls their eyes and gives it to you as if it was the biggest inconvenience for them. When they approach you with the cart they say, "Is anyone purchasing anything?" I also didn't like that there was hardly any announcements on the loudspeaker to let us know about what is happening, or when we might approximately be landing."

Cons: "THE HIDDEN FEES ARE CRAZY RIDICULOUS! Sure the flight starts out cheap, until you realize you have to pay for carry-on bags, and another fee when you pick your seat! Overall my flight cost was $130 more than anticipated with the hidden fees. The seats on the flight to my destination were old and uncomfortable and my seat did not recline (and I paid $30 for the super stretch seating)."

Unless your really short, this was the most cramped 3 hours of my life."

Cons: "The seats due to weight reductions have no accommodations for tall passengers like other airlines. Then again it's a commercial airliner and comfort equals weight and weight equals overhead and money. So the trade-off was expected. The seats could be adjustable for height though."
