Cons: "Alaska reassigned my seat to the back wall. Did not recline. Next to the restroom so an intrusive situation. Only 2 items available for PURCHACE on a 745AM departure. Alaska did not tell us baggage claim is in two different terminals or which terminal to use. Seems it could be better organized."

Cons: "Was in first class front row. I was offered only one drink the entire 6.5 hour flight. The flight attendant in first class never came around and asked if i would like anything else. The potatoes served with the meal were not cooked completely and they let the entire coach section use the forward bathroom so it was like sitting at the very back. Had to wait several times for several others before i could use the first class lavatory. They didn't turn off the cabin lights until very late in the flight so we could sleep. The flight attendant(s) in first class were not friendly. Wifi was horrible and almost not useable. Definitely not worth the $29 I had to pay. I fly this trip regularly and are almost always delighted but this trip was disappointing to say the least."

Cons: "We were delayed for over three hours, then food was delayed after we not eating for hours and hours. The seats are the smallest seats I’ve ever sat in on a plane. Can barely fit a small carry on sized bag under the seat in front of me. Ran out of food less than half way through the flight. Offered zero compensation."

Cons: "Issues with payment as they said “due to booking through kayak” and it delayed my check-in and again when boarding... and then had to pay again in order to board the plane. They flight was then delayed an additional 1.5hr due to “emergency pieces missing”. They also lost my bag... and I’m traveling across the country with an infant."

Cons: "The passenger sitting to my left kept falling asleep and his head kept falling on my shoulder. Not quite what I signed up for. Also the inflight entertainment app was very glitchy and I could not get it to work properly."

Cons: "I really wish the airline could sort out the whole "check at the gate for seating" because I don't think anyone wants to buy a plane ticket just to deal with the uncertainty of if they are going to be able to fly or not."

Cons: "Ground crew made a mistake at departure gate, causing 45 min delay. At destination, the gate was not ready causing additional 30 min delay. 100% avoidable delays meant I had to run through the airport to catch my bus, which only ran hourly."

The cost of of the tablet was cheap and allowed you access to everything, which is different from other airline a-la-carte purchasing of different entertainment. -Crew was great, food/beverage service was also great."
Cons: "-At HNL there was poor signage to get from the rental car return to the airline. Once we got into the terminal it really wasn't clear if we should go left or right, We wound up asking an American employee where Alaska was. -After the checked bag agriculture inspection it was not clear that you go to the kiosks there right after the inspection. I think it partially wasn't clear because there were multiple large groups traveling with tons of luggage and you go straight to the kiosks and then back track to hand over your checked bag. The line for checking the bag vs needing help wasn't clear either. Luckily there were Alaska employee's there helping at the kiosks and with the bag checking so it did go smooth but could definitely be better."

Pros: "The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Boarding was a breeze and hassle free. They brought around beverages 3 times during the flight. Right before landing they handed out complimentary cocktails. This was my first time flying with Alaska Airlines, I would fly them again."

Cons: "We purchased 2 one way tickets and were given confirmation of purchase. When we arrived at airport to check in we were told we were on standby only. If we could not get on the flight then the soonest we could fly out was 48+ hrs away, arriving in Seattle at 2 AM on Monday morning. we had no one available to pick us up, we live 1 hr away from airport. After many announcements and many incentives offered 2 young ladies did give up their seats and we could get on. The flight went well but we were extremely upset with the promise of confirmation and the obvious overbooking. It probably is what many airlines do but not good customer service was given to us. We often fly Alaska but this was a bad experience."

Cons: "A long line for the aft toilets, and crew told us we couldn't use the empty toilet at the front because first class passengers pay more. This was TWO attendants making people wait when at least one other toilet was open up front on a five hour flight. Is this even legal? Pros: "Military, Alaska airlines was awesome allowing active duty members to bring up to 6 bags up to 70lbs each witch helped us a lot since we when transferring to another state. Boarding was fast, and the crew was very nice and helpful."
Cons: "The food was delicious, but I couldn't give a five stars just because I had to pay for it. 6 hours flight it was necessary to eat something, it was just $6 and drinks were free. So I give a 4 start for that reason. Entertainment was good if you bring your own tablet or laptop. Some shows are free and some you have to pay for. They also had tablets for rent for $10. Confort, it was a pretty big plane. I had the bad luck to get the seat in front of the emergency exit so I couldn't reclined my sit but it wasn't that bad."

Cons: "This plane is very small for an international flight, and it does not have the proper entertainment system for long flights. To top it off, the plane was very smelly; I got a headache because of it. We also had to return to the gate due to a technical issue and ended up leaving almost two hours late, which defeated the purpose of picking this flight over the rest as it was the one that was supposed to land in Milan the earliest. I will be careful next time I pick a flight to check what kind of airplane they're using. My assumption that international flights have the best airplanes seems to be wrong :(."

I understand you have to have one on board, but I think it should be more at the emergency aisles. Also the size of the seats and the space you get is not really worth the price anymore. No matter how big or small someone is, its not comfortable. Airlines need to get back to how the seating was back in the day with great leg room and the seats are a bit wider than what it is now."

Pros: "We flew out of Dallas on AA Eagle and what a great flight! Super roomy, great staff, newest aircraft. Loved it .. wish we could have flown all the way home to SLC on the Eagle!"
Cons: "The only thing we didn't like was the turbulance coming into Amarillo (tornado warning!) but the AA Eagle handled it just fine .. so truly there are NO complaints .. Love this short flight between Dallas and Amarillo!"

I had to spend an hour on the phone between British Airways and their code share on American Airlines and rebuy my seats on American. Cons: "The weather was bad in Dallas preventing our landing. Our plane had to be diverted to be refueled which caused us to miss our connecting flight. There was no one at the counter to help us, but one of the crew told us to call the 800 number which told us our connecting flight was in the air. When we finally found someone to help us, they rescheduled us for the next flight out 11 hours later. When we asked about accommodations, we were told there would be none since it was weather related. Then we were told we could "look for a cot", but she didn't know where any cots were."
