Pros: the crew did really made sure we had what we needed.

Cons: Should have made an announcement that the 3g cellular coverage was turned on. Went on in the middle of the flight and had no idea. My phone was in the overhead bin and I thought it was off. When I landed I had an outrageous fee. Should be given a choice to use it or not.

Cons: The planes need to upgrade the seats. When we were served food if the person push their seat back your food tray would flip like two did on our flight. Staff was jaded and sarcastic. I'm glad I had a discounted flight. I'd be angry if I paid full price. Poor staff, seat architecture, and poor food.

Cons: As a business passenger I was told to go to the Avianca lounge this lounge is not Swiss standards the man sitting next to me was in a t shirt and swim shorts I started flying all over since 1952 most in the back so sorry to see such relaxed protocols

Pros: Crew was superb!! Very attentive and extremely willing to help people when called upon.

Cons: Aircraft entertainment screens were not working at all at a lot of seats. Airbus 330-300 was dated and the cabin amenities were in disrepair. But overall the flight satisfied everything that was needed!

Cons: On my ticket I selected the lacto-ovo vegetarian meal and I never received it. I told the flight attendant and he said “we don’t have any more, chicken or fish”. I said “I am a vegetarian” and he gave me a tiny salad, a bread roll, and a chocolate mousse. I was very hungry as I hadn’t eaten in 9 hrs

Cons: I fee cheated because it is the first time that I have. to pay for luggage. In their website it states that the basic fare allows in check-in bag. They said to me that there are different categories of basic fare, which is not disclosed in their website. Additionally any seat change cost

Pros: KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!

Cons: Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!

Pros: I lost my phone in the taxi and Javier offered his cellphone and spoke to the taxi driver to get it returned to me (I didn’t speak Spanish) before my flight.

Cons: Flight was delayed. On board, the seats were too small as per usual with Air Canada’s seating configuration. They tend to pack the cabin with as many passengers with little room.

Pros: Use my built up miles for the SEA-ANC leg of our trip, as to physically price it out as one ticket usually increases the fare by 300-600 u$d depending upon time of year. As it was the tail end of an already long journey (OKA-ICN/ICN-SEA), booked the First Class Cabin. Every mile was worth it.

Cons: Cleaners had not done a great job. There were paper napkins left over in the seat pocket from earlier flight.

Pros: Delta crews are very friendly and helpful. Seats are 'good' on the E175 plane - better than the cramped CRJ200 on some other short flights. We boarded early, left a little early and arrived early. Nothing to complain about, except maybe a crying baby behind me, but that's not Delta's fault. :)

Further, I found out that if I had indicated that I had luggage 3 days prior to checkin, I would have only been charged $92 saving me $.
