Everything else. I couldn't check in online. When I got to the airport, I was told I didn't have a flight. I showed the lady my confirmation email and she kept telling me that I only had one flight (this was my return flight home from Florida), I had to show her the difference between the two flights. Then she tried to tell me that I had cancelled my flight online..... which I hadn't, hence me being there trying to check in. Horrible company. They push their flight attendants to have customers sign up for the Spirit credit card. Just horrible horrible company.

The Popcorners were fresh.

Once again, Jet Blue did not let us check-in online because we had purchased tickets through a travel site. And although the partner with Azul, they claimed that they could not check us through to our final destination. Coming home, Azul did this for us without issue. Gates E-9 and E-10 at Fort Lauderdale are a disaster waiting to happen. There is inadequate separation between the two gates to allow efficient boarding. When the flight out of E-9 got delayed, they ended up boarding two flight at the same time. Boarding announcements dd not specify flights and it became a huge snafu. The crew did not try to change it - they plowed ahead ignoring the confusion they were causing. On board, the movies did not run smoothly - one was restarted three times. I have tried to book on Jet Blue firt in the past. My last three experiences are making me rethink this.

They wouldn't let me on my original flight because I wasn't there 45 minutes before the ORIGINAL flight time even though the flight was delayed by over an hour. They told me I couldn't get a refund or another ticket. Eventually another, more helpful, representative got me a flight with a layover 4 hours later. My connection was cancelled while I was on the first flight and they left me stranded for a night, gave me a coupon for a discounted hotel that was invalid and made me pay for my own lodging and transportation to the hotel. Eventually got to my destination a full 24 hours after my original flight time. Their customer service people do not care about their jobs or the customers AT ALL. Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT FLY SPIRIT!! Thought I was saving money and ended up spending way more.

Cut the line off to check in an hour before take off, although I was only 2 minutes late and could have gone to the kiosk if it wasn't such a mob scene...had to pay$100 for a new same day price, as well as $50 for the same carry on I have been using on all other flights for 3 years. This airline is a racket, and I will never use them again.

On two of the legs of the trip they notice I was a tall person with long legs and upgraded me to seats with more leg room!! I didn't even ask. Thank you.

On the way back there were open seats with extra leg room and I asked the gate attendant if it was possible to switch my seat to one with more room and they said they only could if I paid extra.

Long wait for de-Icing. Got on and off the plane 3 times. First wait was 1 hour, but plane aborted takeoff. Second plane waited at gate with all aboard for 2-1/2 hours and never got slot and de-planed. Third plane waited 1-1/2 hours for de-Icing and finally we were headed home. Arrived 8.5 hours after schedule.
