The flight was semi-full with enough space to spread out. Wonderful, smooth, and quick flight.
We boarded the flight and set two and a half hours on the jetway. Would have been better if they had not boarded us at all. Plane was hot and it was limited ability to access the restrooms or get a drink of water. Very unpleasant experience
The flight was great. We were not offered any beverages though. And there was no real turbulence, so not sure why.
I liked the boarding process with our loading group and numbers. I disliked that I couldn't guarantee our seats together. I didn't like that the Internet costs $8/ flight, but did love all the inflight options available through their app. I disliked no charging station at my seat for a 3+ hour flight.
Everything about our flight was good except for the boarding experience in Mexico. From checking in to boarding was a disaster for us even though our seats wasn't bad.
I think Southwest can offer a whole can of beverage instead of such a small cup

My bag was damaged and is now missing a wheel. I tried to buy a claim in on the website but it would not accept my confirmation # for submission. Other than that, everything else was good!
I always know what to expect from Southwest - friendly crew, on time departures. I like getting free baggage. The app works great and the in-flight entertainment passes the time.
It’s was good. There’s so much room for improvement though. Since the plane was small, there was no entertainment but for years now, the most jarring aspect of travel is the lack of tasty snacks.
5 hour delay. They blamed the weather but it was the computer issues they had been dealing with for days.
Love delta but the delays and long waits for updates was just too much this time.
Flight for canceled. Horrible experience.. had to rent a car to drive myself up here.
If I can, I always fly Delta. I’ve found their service to always be reliable and pleasant.
Rated entertainment as Mediocre as there were major problems with the Infotainment system that took probably a half hour for them to fix.
Delta crushed it. Flight attendant in first was attentive and just never stopped. Honestly one of the best domestic flights I’ve been on.
The 1st class male crew member was very pleasant - the short female with round glasses , maybe in 50’s had no personality- never spoke when delivering my food, drink, & never smiled the whole trip! In fact looked annoyed when the boarding proses was happening- I would never hire this woman - unfriendly . Have never dealt with a crew member like her-
Best airline! Always friendly and welcoming. Skyclub was great and loved the fast free wifi on board. I also love that you can pre-order your meal on the app!
Delayed due to an ill passenger after loading. Not preventable on Delta's part. Was in first class. The seats are becoming worn and detaching from their velcro attachments. Only got snacks on flight. The attendant was not the friendliest.
Crew was Awesome, especially flight attendant Blake from Fort Lauderdale! Passengers onboard were unfortunately unruly & disrespectful.
It would’ve been better if you didn’t cancel my flight and I couldn’t find another flight within 200 miles so I had to go down to Baltimore to get on a flight.
Would have liked there to be a flight crew available so we could fly. None available so they delayed the departure by 10 hour!
Once again, my flight was delayed. I believe it’s the third time I had a delayed flight with spirit airlines… Very unpleasant.
The flight kept getting delayed until it ws finally cancelled due to weather. While the airline was able to get me another flight, it was not for two days, which meant that I had to waste two days of vacation. On top of that, the airline refused to provide any form of compensation for my inconvenience.
On a day with 1000s of worldwide flight cancellations, I was worried about my flight. Not only did my Spirit flight leave as scheduled, but it arrived at destination earlier than expected! This made my day!
Spirit failed me in all respects and was blunt about it Left me stranded for 2 days I had to purchase another very expensive ticket
You get what you pay for, but those tickets weren't cheap, so I expected better, but Spirit is just one of those airlines.
We were delayed departing and also it took 40 min before we were able to exit the plane after landing and there was no AC I felt like I’m going to die
Everything was on time. Several passengers were rude/impatient when deplaneing at both FLL and PNS - but this is our society today w/ no common courtesy.
Flying Frontier was a nightmare. From the booking through Kayak, checking in, departing and arriving, I will never recommend Kayak or Frontier.
The trip was unremarkable which is good. Crew was very professional and courteous.
Online check-in was not user-friendly. Too many fees, not cost effective.
FRONTIER SUCKS! The agent downstairs tricked me into booking, just to get to the gate. At the gate, they told me they couldn't help. I then called Customer Service. They and the gate attendants kept blaming each other. Neither side was willing to help the customer.
Good for the price. My only complaint is that the pilot should keep the air flowing while passengers are waiting to getting out of airplane.
I arrived 1 hour prior to boarding, and they said I was too late for a domestic flight. First time I heard that :-(
Frontier is a crappy airline nothing about it is honest

I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.
