Seats were not bad enough and uncomfortable good legroom in the emergency exit row we were in, but we were forbidden to hold my grandson on my lap for a little while, and the stewardess passed us saying it was against regulations which makes little or no sense when you’re 36,000 feet. The food snacks were really bad. Tasteless tasted like wallpaper, but we’re supposed to be protein bars, and the announcements were all completely incoherent because of the noise of the airplane and the lowness and crackly nature of the PA system.. this was disgraceful. No one in our party could understand a word of what the captain or the flight attendant were saying —not a word! The landing was a little hairy in a pretty stiff crosswind -we bounced before the plane stabilized on the runway
My flight was canceled, and instead of rebooking me on a non-stop first-class flight for the same day, which I originally had, Delta rebooked me on a one-stop flight for the following day. When I checked the Delta app, I noticed that there were available flights for both the same day and the next day. I believe this indicates poor management on their part.
I had only one problem. The temperature on the flight was too COLD. I froze throughout the flight. I thought it might be only my problem but when I went to the restroom during the flight, I saw several people huddling in their jackets. A couple had their winter coats on and I was jealous since I had only a very light jacket.
Kayak botched up the booking, i had to call delta and fix. In the process Delta failed to honor my comfort plus seat assignment that i had previously.
An awesome flight crew. FC seat cushion just doesn’t cut it for a 3+ hour flight.
First class and monitors weren’t working for mine & my husbands. Eventually fixed, but quite annoyed as we bought first class. Also, No foot rests.
Comfort seating was on the tight side. Maybe it was a smaller plane(?)
Excellent flight and got us around tough weather. Only issue was seat TV did not work and crew tried to reboot.
Food is basically Sun Chips, cookies or Cheezits. I had an exit row seat so I had plenty of room. The crew was very nice and efficient. Pilot kept us informed. Pretty good flight.
I fly Delta all the time, have Platinum Medallion status. But this route seems to have major problems with delays and seems to never leave on time! Have only taken it twice in the last two weeks, and each time it had delays of more than 1 hour... very disappointed!!!!
Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

Multiple delays and not straight answer from the United team
The reason I don’t fly United. No in seat entertainment for a long flight and inconsistent WiFi and entertainment available from my device.
boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.
Like all other airlines United makes you pay for everything. Like everyone, you have to pay for checking in a bag on top of your already expensive ticket. Hence no one does it and we all show up with our luggage at boarding which forces the company to push people to drop their luggage as there is no space. Well, that delays the boarding process a d generates frustrated passengers who lashes out on the poor crew. Please go back to the simple past: charge my original ticket 30 dollars more and make one bag check in included (even in basic economy). I won't even see the difference on price but will definitely notice the beauty of having the chance to ship my luggage !
They busted my entire trip via incompetent maintenance and scheduling. I'm out about 1000 dollars. Funnily the only entity to not return my money is the Dirtbag Airline United Airlines that cause me this financial inconvenience. Please for the love of god blacklist United. They're just stealing at this point. They hold reservations and break them then say it's your fault? No ma'am.
Did not like the seat spacing. The seat was very narrow and tight.

I cancelled this flight 2 days before departure but I followed your texts and emails and IF you were correct this flight turned into a nightmare.
Little warm on the plane and delayed for an hour
For whatever reason, the flight was not catered -we were told it would be a 45 minute delay waiting for catering - so no food. There were opened candy and peanuts in the seatback pocket. Flight landed early in DFW but due to the assigned gate not being available, we sat on the ground for 30 minutes waiting for the gate to open - making the flight actually arrive at the gate late.
More choices on snacks. Built-in video screen to enjoy entertainment choices.
Almost a 6 hour flight and the only food option is a cheese plate… and chips. Also how is it there are no options for texting on American. I’ll be going back to delta and united.
Crew professional. Easy bag drop off. On time. Good entertainment.

The flight was just perfect! We left a few minutes early, had a smooth flight and fortunately had landed before the terrible accident that took off from North Philadelphia airport shortly thereafter.
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.
