Absolutely nothing. I reached my destination at 2am thanks to the delay.

Our plane Our flight was 3 hours late because they changed the plane due to "tech problems" when we really know it was because the plane it's self was too large for only 51 people so they swapped them out making us all wait. Spirit flight attendants would give you a glass of water even if you were chocking. That's gotta change, at least offer your guests water and a blanket because your plans are freezing cold!

I'm still not over the fact that they don't have blankets available (not even for a charge, which you would pay when you are freezing and uncomfortable) or that you have to pay over $65 round trip just to take one piece of medium-sized luggage with you on an INTERNATIONAL trip. That's just inhumane.

I liked that I was given a refund for the flights I purchased.

My experience with Spirit airlines was one for the books (in a very bad way). First off, my flight to the airport where my flight with Spirit was, arrived an hour and twenty minutes before my next flight left. When I got in line to check in, I realized that I was supposed to check in at the kiosk first, before getting in line. Once I got to the kiosk, however, it wouldn't let me check in because it was 12 minutes after the "45 minutes prior to flight" deadline. After this, I went to the front desk where the woman told me I would not be able to board the flight because I was too late for check-in (which is rediculous; I was 12 minutes late for being 45 minutes early, and I was only late because I didn't know I was supposed to check in at the kiosk first. poor communication!). At this point, she sent me over to another counter to get it sorted out. At this counter, the gentlemen told me the next flight to Lima would leave the next day at the same time. He booked me a flight, but then let me know that I would have to purchase another flight out of Peru to show that I wasn't staying. This is preposterous. I've never had to do that before with any other airline. On top of this, he also let me know that my wife and I would only be able to take one bag each instead of the three we had. This was just the cherry on top of an already awful situation. So we would either have to leave a bag there (out of the question) or buy another $600 ticket just to set our bag in a chair next to us (yeah right!). I was very disappointed. You'd think that that's something the airline would tell us ahead of time since it's only on flights to Lima that they do this. Terrible communication. In the end, we were forced to book another flight with a different airline. Luckily, they did refund us for the $500 we spent on that flight. However, we spent another $500 each to book new flights. That's $500 we had to spend because of Spirit being a lousy airline that communicates very poorly and causes it's guests to suffer for it. My wife and I just got married a couple weeks ago. Spending an unnecessary $500 wasn't exactly in our budget as newlyweds. Not only did we have to spend this extra chunk of cash, but we also had to spend an extra night sleeping on the floor at the airport. Overall, it was a downright nasty experience. Aside from just being an awful experience, this is just a horrible way to treat people. We suffered as a direct result of Spirit's poor communication with it's customers. This didn't need to happen. It shouldn't have happened. It could have easily been avoided. We suffered a lot at the hands of Spirit airlines. I have every right to sue them for the damage they caused us (both financially and emotionally). Spirit caused us a great deal of harm and stress, and we deserve to be compensated for it. If we don't see some kind of gesture of goodwill from this Airline, they will not only lose one customer for life, but my friends.

The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta.

I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful.

They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that.

I liked the ease during boarding. During the flight the captain gave many weather and arrival time updates, which I appreciated.

I didnt know my carry on luggage wasn't included in my ticket price. I didn't find out about the $50 luggage charge each way untill I checked in online. Seat selection is also another $7 to $18 each way when I wanted to choose where I sat. No complimentary drink was included. No headrest tv or movies. To be honest I would have gladly paid the extra $150 towards my ticket to go through less hassle during check in, not pay for seat selection, have a meal and a tv during the 5 hr flight. I will not fly with this airline again. I wish I would've been notified of the fees before I purchased my ticket.

The fact that I had to pay for my room when I save money to go to Peru and I had to pay for my room because they told me it was a g import then they told me to go to the 8 then they told me to go to f then I had to go right back around and go back to H which took me hours to get through the checkpoint then when I get there they tell me that my planes gone when they said they call me I looked on my caller ID I had no phone this phone call from no Airline needed in my wife now she's in Peru by herself and I'm stuck in Fort Lauderdale Florida and she's all the way in Peru then I have no way of getting to her now y'all told me I got to wait till Wednesday to come it's ridiculous

The seats on this flight had just slightly more leg room than the previous plane and that inch made a huge difference. The crew was just lovely.

Boarding the group 1 passengers was weird because they didn't give us enough time to line up and all the other passengers lined up way in advance, making boarding kind of slow, but it's not a big deal.

People were rude, from smart comments, to roll their eyes, to very little assistance, only one movie playing, and the rest of my channels were looking for signal, not to mention they offer WiFi yet it’s not working at all.

Hire better people, more friendly, that it doesn’t seem like a drag to hep others, check the equipment, and make sure we’re comfortable.

Enough leg room

A 5 hour fly with no food. charge me for coffee charge me for earphones $5, with no signal to watch a movie or tv it was delayed enough that I miss my connecting plane on latam to Montevideo.i was taken to a nice Sheraton till next night to fly in avianca.at nine pm. at 8 pm avianca cancel that trip so I was send to Chile. got there at 1pm, no luggage, wait till eight am for the fly to Uruguay got to my final destination 3days later,today is my 4day of my vacation with no luggage

Going to Denver was delayed and now return trip delayed We were give 3 separate reasons. Poor communication. Just telling me a flight will be delayed is not communication. Lack of a free snack was disappointing. May have to rethink flying Delta next time.

Once I got to the kiosk, however, it wouldn't let me check in because it was 12 minutes after the "45 minutes prior to flight" deadline. He booked me a flight, but then let me know that I would have to purchase another flight out of Peru to show that I wasn't staying. This is preposterous. I've never had to do that before with any other airline. On top of this, he also let me know that my wife and I would only be able to take one bag each instead of the three we had. This was just the cherry on top of an already awful situation. So we would either have to leave a bag there (out of the question) or buy another $600 ticket just to set our bag in a chair next to us (yeah right!). I was very disappointed. You'd think that that's something the airline would tell us ahead of time since it's only on flights to Lima that they do this. Terrible communication. In the end, we were forced to book another flight with a different airline. Luckily, they did refund us for the $500 we spent on that flight. However, we spent another $500 each to book new flights. That's $500 we had to spend because of Spirit being a lousy airline that communicates very poorly and causes it's guests to suffer for it. My wife and I just got married a couple weeks ago. Spending an unnecessary $500 wasn't exactly in our budget as newlyweds. Not only did we have to spend this extra chunk of cash, but we also had to spend an extra night sleeping on the floor at the airport. Overall, it was a downright nasty experience. Aside from just being an awful experience, this is just a horrible way to treat people. We suffered as a direct result of Spirit's poor communication with it's customers. This didn't need to happen. It shouldn't have happened. It could have easily been avoided. We suffered a lot at the hands of Spirit airlines. I have every right to sue them for the damage they caused us (both financially and emotionally). Spirit caused us a great deal of harm and stress, and we deserve to be compensated for it. If we don't see some kind of gesture of goodwill from this Airline, they will not only lose one customer for life, but my friends.

Spirit flight attendants would give you a glass of water even if you were chocking. That's gotta change, at least offer your guests water and a blanket because your plans are freezing cold!

I liked that I was given a refund for the flights I purchased.

My experience with Spirit airlines was one for the books (in a very bad way). First off, my flight to the airport where my flight with Spirit was, arrived an hour and twenty minutes before my next flight left. When I got in line to check in, I realized that I was supposed to check in at the kiosk first, before getting in line. The seats on this flight had just slightly more leg room than the previous plane and that inch made a huge difference. The crew was just lovely.

Boarding the group 1 passengers was weird because they didn't give us enough time to line up and all the other passengers lined up way in advance, making boarding kind of slow, but it's not a big deal.

I liked the ease during boarding. During the flight the captain gave many weather and arrival time updates, which I appreciated.

I didnt know my carry on luggage wasn't included in my ticket price. I didn't find out about the $50 luggage charge each way untill I checked in online. Seat selection is also another $7 to $18 each way when I wanted to choose where I sat. No complimentary drink was included. No headrest tv or movies. To be honest I would have gladly paid the extra $150 towards my ticket to go through less hassle during check in, not pay for seat selection, have a meal and a tv during the 5 hr flight. I will not fly with this airline again. I wish I would've been notified of the fees before I purchased my ticket.
