Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
JetBlueOverall score based on 19750 reviews

Pros: Amazing crew and pilot flew us around all bumps — was a very smooth flight.
Cons: All was amazing

Pros: Comfortable as possible seats
Cons: More social distancing

Pros: Great. On time. Great service room and prices
Cons: More selection of drinks and working WiFi

Cons: Didn’t board back to front, I know the flights are packed, but it’s still faster and safer. Flight was delayed because of a bag count? How long can it take to empty it and re-pack it?

Cons: Social distance . They sell a 90 % of capacity.

Cons: Snack. Drinks were better before Covid nonsense

Cons: More healthy food... not junk food.

Pros: The assurance of safe social distances, The boarding was well done. Getting off the plane was pretty good. Leaving on landing as scheduled. Keep it up

Pros: Some of the crew was decent others seemed annoyed they were doing their job.
Cons: Some of the crew was decent others seemed annoyed they were doing their job. Two of the employees serving the cabin could use an attitude adjustment. The crew was late in getting food out but for a four hour flight there is no value in flying anymore. Airlines are just trying to rake in as much money as possible. When are they going to be responsible for everyone getting sick like cruise ships are? They should hand out masks and sanitizer because airlines are one of the dirtiest public spaces that there is! Show up late and barely clean the plane between its third or fourth leg of the day.

Cons: Boarded late then had to check a bag that should have been a carry-on which delays me when I get there having to go to baggage for sale then sat on the runway for nearly an hour waiting on catering was over two hours too late

Cons: The issue was NOT the flight this morning, it was that I was left to sit 6 hours, getting no sleep, before the flight the evening before was canceled. I understand that weather can cause disruption but there is NO WAY it should take until midnight to make the decision to completely cancel.

Pros: The crew were great. The seat could always be bit more comfortable.
Cons: Examine the seats in the cabin it seems to be loose from the mounting to the floor.

Pros: A lot
Cons: a little comfy seats

Cons: Flight was delayed, staff did a very poor job of communicating the situation to passengers

Cons: Flight was delayed an hour +

Pros: The quality of the JetBlue team was the best I have experienced in years on ANY airline, domestic or international!
Cons: Nothing, it could not have gone better.

Pros: Arrived early.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: The delay

Pros: Only my 2nd time on Jet Blue and this time it was that only two seats per row flights. The boarding process was smooth. I checked in online and had my pass on my phone. The seats were comfy enough & wifi was free along with tv. The flight itself was smooth and the flight crew address any possible issues beforehand. The crew was on-point with the routine but they had really great customer service. I usually don't think of JetBlue when looking to book but they are really winning my business. Great job overall.
Cons: As with all others I've been on, airplane seats need more form.

Cons: Flight was delayed 2 hours.

Pros: Flight was pretty seamless, lots of room.
Cons: Nothing bad to say

Pros: Not much
Cons: Checked in online, but no gate was assigned. When I asked the person at the desk what gate I was to board at, he looked up the information as if I was asking him for the access code Chase's bank vault. He didn't even write it down even thought he had a pen in his hand. Apparently, at customers, we are not suppose to get this information and it's a burden on the employees to give it. Again the flight was late and while I know it was due to weather, we were seated in the plane and sat at the gate for more than an hour. Apparently, we were not cleared to be given an update. Once again, the speakers at the seat didn't work. Apparently, this is a constant problem with JetBlue

Cons: The plane was miserably cold, with tempuratures dipping well into the 50s on the aircraft. I was shivering and sneezing the entire time, guests in the row in front of my had their leather jackets over their faces. Air was pummeling me in the window seat. It was the most miserable 2 hours on a plane I have ever experienced, and I have been on thousands. I would highly reconsider the tempuratures on the plane seeing as that this could severely sicken children and elderly. I have never experienced this before.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The flight was delayed three times. I had to wait 6 hours in the terminal to boarding the airplane.

Pros: Flight was smooth, flight attendants were nice
Cons: TV didn’t work...again. Both flights on my trip last weekend did not have working TV. First flight thecentire plane was down, no wifi/tv, return flight TV did not work (could not change channel, volume, etc...), non functional.

Pros: They have come a long way hope it will be kept up-being on time is important, staff welcoming good too. Enjoy flying JetBlue. Need to offer flyers easier way of becoming "special" or less "tariff" to reach special status
Cons: So far nothing

Pros: Nice seats WiFi staff smooth very verbgood
Cons: I like everything

Pros: Very professional and helpful staff. The Direct TV is really nice along with the selection of movies. This was my first time flying with Jet Blue and they are now my favorite airline.

Pros: Left on time, arrived early. No disruptions. Nothing else to say' all good.

Cons: I got a kind late notice about flight delayed when already was on my way to airport in a cab So we wait 4 hours at airport very disappointed

Pros: TV and wifi
Cons: issues with the vessel

Cons: One of the main reasons why I chose Jetblue its because it is an ALMOST 4-5 star experience with great affordable ticket prices. Unfortunaltelly the ALMOST it is so, due such an important role such a host/hostess at the airport representing so poorly the company, EVERY TIME I leave from fortlauderdale airport. Once the check-in kiosk fails to complete to check you in (and I am ok with machines poor work) you are directed to a crew members in the counters. A host/hostess from jetblue standing in front of the counters, instead of greet you properly or showing some sort of degree of willingness to welcome you or help you tell you "yes, what do you need... ? That never fails! It feels like you are breaking in into a zone you are not suppose to be, and annoyingly you are disturbing these people. It so confusing why they have those attitudes, specially at that position, where you really need to clear up the bad weed in choosing your personnel. I think these few"crew members" can make a smooth transition to nightclub bouncers, where I'm sure will be a great fit.

Pros: Plane on time - snacks were fine
Cons: Entertainment system didn't work

Pros: Joseph, the agent at the desk at FLL
Cons: I missed my original flight despite being at the airport. The agent I spoke to at my original airport (PBI) was awful.

Pros: On time arrival

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Every segment of my roundtrip flight was delayed or late, including the last leg of my flight delayed multiple times. I could not check in for my last segment on-line via my phone. The message I was given during check in process said in red letters, that I needed to speak to an agent at the counter. I was on a tropical island, i couldn't just run down to the airport. I tried calling customer service, but wasn't able to connect due to bad cell service. My connections were tight and because I couldn't checkin the prior day, I was not allowed to get a seat on my original flight. I was rescheduled on to new flights and those were delayed. I sat in Ft Lauderdale for 6+ hours. Once on the plane, I was assigned a seat that doesn't recline. What was originally supposed to be a 5 hour travel day turned into a 15+ hour travel day. There were no weather issues that day, just JetBlue being terrible.

Pros: Smooth flight and flight attendants where curtious
Cons: Seat was a bit flimsy to recline

Pros: On time take off, nice flight attendants, on time arrival.
Cons: The entertainment system stopped working about 10 minutes before take off and never came back up.

Pros: leg room
Cons: lot of delays, various reasons

Pros: What’s pleasant airline to fly. One of the few who still care.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They cancel the flight. And they say they trying to help ppl to evacuate Florida

Cons: Due to hurricane Irma, people are flooding out of Florida like rats on a sinking ship. So, the security checkpoint is an absolute mess. Meanwhile, the trains at MCO are malfunctioning badly as they chaotically try to replace them. The boarding agent acknowledged these issues as she explained to me and 5 other people that we couldn't get on the plane that wasn't scheduled to leave for 12 more minutes. Finally, thank God, a supervisor arrived and called the captain of the plane who subsequently let us board. Completely unnecessary situation. Very disappointed.

Pros: The crew smiled and helped me with things I need patiently. The pilot also greeted us on the way out.
Cons: Weren't a lot of healthier snack choices other than the colorful sweet potato chips. I tried Skeex but it wasn't good. I suggest peanuts/nuts, raisins or something else that are better for our health. The chocolate chip cookie is a keeper though! Thank you.

Pros: Was great on time, friendly staff and snacks

Pros: JetBlue is usually great and this flight was no exception. I always check-in from home and love how easy they make it. I also sign up for the sms updates and they communicate well that way.
Cons: But.... being delayed three times on a flight where I was literally jumping off the plane and going straight to a viewing... Not great. At least they had a bar in front of the gate so I could try to relax with ridiculously overpriced drinks. I notice they have a bar at the DCA to FLL gate in DC too. Nice work, JetBlue. Mostly...

Pros: Clean restroom
Cons: Polite flight attendant

Pros: Crew was attentive , quiet flight
Cons: More food choices

Cons: This plane was too full for social distancing. I was really skeptical about this flight as it relates to the COVID pandemic.

Cons: Boarding announcements were hardly audible. We chose comfort seats for extra payment but that still did not turn out to be comfort class. Seat classes are confusing. No temperature was taken before boarding.

Cons: Everything was great and went smoothly.

Cons: Love delta. Everything was excellent

Pros: The crew was helpful but left you alone unless you needed something.
Cons: Travelers who have already had covid need to stop wearing masks!

Pros: Clear announcements, nicely stated mask rem8nders, center seats open

Pros: Very clean, kind w mask instructions, like boarding back to front

Cons: Broken tray table literally off its hinges and unusable.

Pros: Very clean and safe. Practicing social distancing. Provided hand sanitizer wipes and snacks in a bag
Cons: When disembarking the plane there should have been more organization for social distancing. There shouldn’t be people standing over your trying to hurry and get off the plane. Everyone should stay seated until it’s time for your row to get off. None of the flight staff made people do this

Pros: The crew was good, and the airline tried to make our wait in the airport as comfortable as possible.
Cons: The four-hour delay was really hard. Since it was in DC, I don't know why it took so long to get another plane.

Cons: Turn on the lights before landing graduallyb- noone likes bright fast - too nasty;

Cons: Nothing. Perfect flight.

Pros: Entertainment was great , also being able to watch live tv. Cabin crew were good
Cons: Be on time , delayed for an hour

Pros: Very friendly and professional.
Cons: Better options in economy for food

Pros: The Crew
Cons: No AC...

Pros: The crew was light spirited. Took the angst out of the long stressful wait
Cons: Punctuality. Flight was 2 hours late

Pros: Lift off and landing was excellent
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Crew was good seat comfortable
Cons: Better snacks

Pros: The crew. The option of movies! The plane ride.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very good
Cons: Seat assignments should have be provided at check in.

Cons: Didn’t give us seats together

Pros: Coming from Europe Alitalia and Delta did an EXCELLENT job at assisting the passengers get rid of their luggage just as soon as we were done going through customs... I don't usually fly on this route, but I thought it was perfect. Transfer between Delta terminal was a breeze too...
Cons: I usually don't fly from JFK. The food court was expensive (18 dollars base price from a burger seems a high even for an airport. I don't fly from NY normally - so maybe I need to tune my expectation for the locale, and it may have NOTHING to do with the airline company.

Cons: 1. Board the plane from back to front! It is ridiculous the way it is currently done. 2. Get people to announce boarding who speak CLEAR English. 3. Further limit carry-on luggage.

Cons: I had a small window for my transfer and Delta gate agents, knowing I was on the way to the gate, closed the gate early now I'm stuck in Detroit for the night at low end economy hotel.

Cons: Flight was delayed.

Pros: Another safe flight. Crew was very attentive.

Pros: Boarded fast
Cons: Woman next to me with crying baby didn’t care that her baby’s head and arms where pretty much in my seat the whole flight. And the girl in front of me was wildly dancing the whole flight in her seat with headphones on and she get pushing back in her seat hitting my knees And every announcement the flight attendant made during the flight sounded like he was stoned and obviously didn’t care what he was saying

Cons: Flight cancelled due to weather that was never bad but on the potential of bad weather. Had to scramble so my 18 year old son was not stranded overnight in a strange place and Delta does not help. Only rebooked a flight itinerary for the next day for a 4 hour flight with connections on a 1 hour direct flight. Spent an hour on line to figure out what to do. #neverdelta

Pros: The flight for getting us therw
Cons: No food and no entertainment

Pros: Plane was clean and updated
Cons: No negative opinions

Pros: I didn’t
Cons: There was an issue when taxing to the runway and we had to be towed back for repairs. The problem was as we waited there was no AC for too long. The staff was also very unfriendly. 2 times they hit my seat with their cart. I was just not a great experience

Pros: Going by and come Ming back Atlanta check in desk was the rudest Laziest most disrespectful emoyees I have ever came across . Check in person played on her phone and didn’t even look at you when asking what seat was I assigned . Going from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale the check in person was so rude there where 5 people askI’m her what’s her problem . The crew the flight was excellent but the Atlanta check in desk really dropped the ball 2 times . If I was the manger I would fire the whole staff and If I was above the manager I would fire them as well as I’m. Sure this is not an isolated occasion.

Pros: The staff was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Having the Delta app made everything relatively easy for me with the up to minutes updates on flight and baggage status.
Cons: I didn't like the long lay over, considering I found a gnetleman that was also going to BWI, but he was given an earlier flight. I am grateful for being able to get a cheap ticket for same day booking, but the gentleman also booked the same day as me.

Pros: Departure was right on time and we actually arrived 15 minutes early.
Cons: The inflight monitor worked but none of the data (GPS altitude or speed) was working.

Pros: The pretzels
Cons: Our return flight had no TV screens :-( And no blankets ...was freezing as we got closer to nyc

Cons: You had me check my hand luggage with expensive items that did not arrive.

Pros: The plane was really cool. Some more advanced technologies than other Airline companies. Crew was good too.
Cons: Issue happened with my landing. Didn't make it in time to next gate. Delta did everything they could to blame me, insulted me on The phone and definitely provided the worst customer service

Pros: The flight was on time and the crew was extremely friendly
Cons: Early morning flights .. the People are not aware and awake

Cons: Flight was changed. Missed an important event

Cons: Planned my trip for my birthday/10 year anniversary. The first leg of the trip, flying from ft Lauderdale to atlanta was ok except for the pilot having to circle around bc he was too close to the airplane in front to land. This made us supposedly late to our connecting flight which by the way was not supposed to leave before 8:10. My husband and I arrived at the gate about 10 minutes before only to be told that the door was locked. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones. When we got up to the desk, the attendant was extremely rude. I was having a conversation with my husband about a dog that had just passed us . She immediately made her way into the conversation asking me what i was saying. I told her I was talking to my husband about the dog and under her breath said : " I'm sure you were." I then told her that i was more than sure about what I was talking about. We get booked on another flight and my seat was the only one without a working monitor. We asked the suitardess to see o If there was anything that could be done They tried to reset it to no avail. Since we didn't say anything else, it was forgotten about. My husband shared his screen with me so that I wasn't totally bored on the flight. Not the way I wanted to start off my birthday but I'm glad that nightmare is over Delta really needs to retrain their employees on customer service bc it leaves a lot to be desired!

Pros: What I USED to like was the no hassle, no problems getting the tickets right through landing on the tarmac.
Cons: I had a family emergency and because I had used a mileage ticket (as opposed to a paid ticket) I was told that I needed to give them 72 hours notice. I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service.

Cons: Nothing special - just ok - tight leg leg room was expected - no entertainment at all - wifi very slow and couldn't load a book for my almost blind father - just ok

Pros: It was smooth sailing all the way
Cons: The people sitting next to me thinking my space was his space too

Pros: My aisle seat on the first flight
Cons: No entertainment

Pros: Comfortable flight, ample leg room, and the chairs were pretty plush. Comfort+ is pretty nice
Cons: On my first flight they forgot to turn the wifi on. I have unlim data but obviously can't use while in air; no big though.

Cons: Our flight was delayed by an hour, which didn't really affect me, as Detroit was final stop. However, there were a large amount of people on the flight with connecting flights coming into Detroit. I am POSITIVE that several of those people missed their connecting flights as the flight attendants and crew did not allow for them to leave the plane first. As people seem to be so self-centered anymore, the attendants should have announced that people were not to leave until all passengers with connecting flights had left the plane. Very sad that people can't use common courtesy all by themselves, but as they can't, it should have been enforced by the team on the plane.

Pros: The Delta cookies that were offered as a snack
Cons: I don't understand why there's always a lack of space when the flight is full. Were the aircrafts not designed to accommodate a full flight's worth of luggage? anf then when I went to go to my seat, the air stewardess told me to progress down the aisle so someone that they knew could pass through, causing a delay in me getting to my seat as well as losing my overhead luggage space as someone else passing utilized it instead. Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system.

Cons: Flying on a different airline

Pros: Quick flight
Cons: Nothing

Cons: An on time flight

Pros: Flight to DC was good, on time, clean, pleasant crew, etc. And the flight back was mostly good, with exception of the booking and boarding issue.
Cons: My TSA information was included in the flight to DC, but apparently omitted from the system for the return trip. This forced me to go through the non-TSA precheck even though I have paid for and am a known traveler. The flight was also late and making it later still, was the gate having to plead for passengers to check their bags as a way to avert the airline’s overbooking it in the first place.

Cons: I don’t think so. Thank you!

Pros: timing and services

Pros: The crew was clearly concerned with the covid rules, but just as concerned for passenger's needs. Outstanding performance in difficult circumstances.
Cons: Drinks!

Cons: Food option to purchase

Pros: Turbulence Ear popping

Cons: Better food options for those in group 1

Cons: Old planes, disinterested crew, full flight

Pros: Crew was great.
Cons: Need better snacks on American.

Pros: Comfortable seat, chargers and device holders at search station, very clean and great leg room.

Cons: Flight attendants not enforcing mask rules. Unfortunately, many people on my flight seemed to think they're not concerned by the pandemic, and were keeping their noses out of their masks, or frequently removing their masks

Cons: The seats are uncomfortable and cramped

Pros: I was lucky enough not to be put into a middle seat or next to a stranger during this pandemic.
Cons: No social distancing and no enforcement of wearing a mask properly. Wearing one on your chin or half of your mouth with your nose hanging out needs to be corrected. Empty seats should be utilized for social distancing regardless of fare. First class and the back half of the planes were practically empty while everyone was in the center. We should have been allowed to spread out.

Cons: It could have been cleaner. I wiped the arm rest with my disinfectant wipes and that arm rest was dirty! I wiped everything else around me. Not clean at all

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

Cons: 3 hours delayed

Pros: Seating had more space, the crew very relaxed and good humour as well as professionalism.
Cons: Well the flight was short, so not much more could be done on this particular flight. The restroom could be a tad larger but think was on an older aircraft.

Pros: The air hostess didn’t smile while offering cookies, but she wasn’t rude. She later asked my fellow passenger to move to another window seat and I had the comfort of 2 seats.

Pros: Convenient departure time originally
Cons: Late start due to needing more fuel because of weather at the destination. So after everyone had boarded, at the minute we were supposed to take off, they beg for 2 volunteers to get off the flight to compensate for the weight of the excess fuel. Eventually 2 people b3came annoyed enough to get off and take a $200 voucher (probably for another delayed flight.) so we were late taking off for that. At our destination there were clear sunn6 skies. Extra fuel was needed for that. So I was stuck in a seat the size of a child’s car seat for an extra 40 minutes? And when we could finally get off, my legs had fallen asleep ffrom being too squeezed in for that relatively short flight. When will the airlines focus on the passengers’ safety & comfort and not on excessive profits?

Pros: Plane was full. Finding overhead storage was tough. And, we checked luggage. The seat was small, but I had leg room and no one reclined their seat. There are a lot of extras one must pay for. But, the plane was on time and the crew was pleasant..People are accustomed to this treatment. There is no joy left in the flying experience.
Cons: I did not understand the entertainment system. I read a book.

Cons: on a 5+ hour flight, that was diverted back to the originating airport due to a passenger who had extreme DTs from excessive drinking the night before, and made the flight return, American offered NO compensation AND the aircraft was so old, there were NO back seat monitors NOR any means to charge our electrical devices!!!

Cons: I am very disappointed with my flight this morning on American Airlines 1533. The crew did an excellent job. The issue, however, is the media AA chose to play at 8:30am. The NBC show that was playing on every overhead TV on the flight featured a woman being sexually assaulted by a man, someone being bludgeoned with a piece a wood until they lay unconscience in a pool of blood, and woman with a gun to her head as she’s being yelled at by multiple men. I was flying with my three year old son. Why on earth is it necessary to show this tv show (or any show that has mature/adult ratings) on a flight that is obviously going to have audiences of all ages? Our flight had a dozen or so children and when you show prime time trash on the overhead TVs, it’s really tough to keep kids from looking forward the entire length of the 2 hour flight so they don’t watch a woman being raped, a man being beaten, or someone being held at gunpoint. I am traveling on behalf of the US government so I didn’t have to pay for my ticket. I did, however, pay for my 3 year old son to accompany me on the flight and I am wholly unsatisfied with the AA team responsible for choosing in-flight ‘entertainment.’ I’m not sure if NBC pays AA to feature their shows or AA has to pay NBC for the pleasure of featuring their trash but either way, what in the world are you guys thinking?

Cons: They lost our luggage even though we have 50 minutes between connecting flights.

Pros: The crew was helpful and nice, boarding was calm, we got there much earlier than anticipated.
Cons: 1) Biggest complaint is not about the actual flight we were on, but the one we missed, who left the gate Early, even though they knew we had landed and other people from our BCN to JFK flight made it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, esp since all other flights to DC out of JFK were cancelled. 2) We were on the last row of the plane so our seats didn’t recline. Annoying at best bc the flight was so short, but would have been nice since we had been traveling for 18 hours by that point (because of the late flight, missed connection, cancelled JFK flights, etc).

Cons: After being delayed without any explanation, I was told that I would not have my purchased 1st Class seat. To add to that I received no service In economy.

Pros: Nice modern plane. Even though the flight was delayed, we ended up boarding earlier than expected and arrived pretty close to our original expected arrival time.
Cons: The crew was nice and everything, but they weren't very good at making announcements on the loudspeaker. You could tell they didn't really know what they were saying or haven't practiced. One lady was trying to make a sales pitch for a new master card and you could tell she was reading and there were long pauses. My sense is that when using the loudspeaker to talk to the entire flight, one should be practiced and know what they're saying and communicate quickly and efficiently. Don't mean to be critical, but it's something that I noticed that could be improved.

Pros: Despite the boarding process, the on-flight crew was nice. The seats were comfortable. Also, I like the in-plane sockets and entertainment screens.
Cons: When preparing to board, the two clerks at the gate were very rude. I had a carry-on suitcase, a laptop bag, and a small camera bag. They wouldn't let me board, claiming that my camera bag was a third item that I couldn't have. They then tried to force me to check the suitcase which i explained that I did not want to do, before giving me the chance to place the camera bag in the suitcase (which it fit just fine). They were not understanding or friendly and really made me question my decision of flying with American Airlines.

Cons: Flight was delayed for hours- weather related, but at other destinations- so this flight had to wait to be rescheduled. Also they weren't able to give any idea when the flight would be boarding- they just kept sending text alerts that it was delayed another half hour and no updates were listed on the screens. When the flight finally left, after I had been waiting for over 5 hours, we were told that they would be flying low, so there would be no beverage service. It would be nice in these situations to simply have bottled water to pass out quickly, or make the announcement prior to boarding so people would be able to bring their own beverages.

Pros: Have not travelled AA in a long time due to my disappointed but today's flight changed my opinion. Was impressed with every thing except that 1 cookie and a cup of water. Not a deterrent though

Pros: Narrow aisle and seating. Attendant looking at his phone the entire time we were getting ready to take off as well during taxiing and takeoff. Unbelievable!

Pros: Flight was fine.
Cons: Diverted due to low weather and low fuel. Sat on the tarmac for almost two hours before we could get fuel and be on our way.

Pros: Ground delay but we still got there in time and I made a close connectionshort flight

Cons: Food was bad and crew never ask for food to economy passengers for long hour flight meal plan was not working I felt hungry and ac was too cold for all the time nothing good entertainment movies for different languages and no providing small personal hygiene kits for long flight

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

Pros: I was not able to seat with my son, I was not very happy about it.

Cons: Your subject headline in your email read: How was your Alaska Airlines flight to Washington? All correspondence referenced Alaska Airlines, however my flight was and American Airlines flight and in a terminal on the complete other side of the airport. I suggest you clarify on line.

Pros: That I got home safely
Cons: From the get go it was an awful experience ... I travel with an emotional support animal as does my husband because we don't do well with flying. I have anxiety to the max about it & my husband gets ulcerative colitis flare ups any time he's stressed out which is usually while we fly and having our dogs with us turkey makes us feel better. When I called to tell them over the phone we would have our emotional support animal I got an attitude as if I hadn't been doing this for the last 4 years. She reiterated to me that we needed in addition to the letterhead from the doctor a form filled out (which we both did ) . Brought to the airport and sit had to sit at the counter like the girl didn't know what she was doing. Fast forward to finally getting to the gate after being stressed and our flight was delayed. This now only made our 50 min layover in DC 20 min by the time we landed. We ran from one gate to the next hoping we wouldn't miss our flight and when we got there they wouldn't let us on the plane saying things like "your dogs are not on this flight" "there is no documentation" "well then you must not have the right paperwork" ... in front of a bunch of people in line, out of breath, and now embarrassed I am forced to take out my folder and give them all the paperwork I had just given to the customer service desk before our first flight. They let everyone on the plane and still made us stand there and finally said "just go but your dogs aren't on this flight". Fast forward AGAIN to sitting on the flight the flight attendant comes over and says "guys where's you carrier the dogs need to be under the seats" .. we peoceeded again to explain for the seventh time that they were emotional support animals ... she then proceeded "no they are not they are not even listed on this flight" at this point I'm EXTREMLY embarrassed because people on the plane are paying attention and drawing attention to us but not only that ... I have been doing this for years .. I ALWAYS have the proper documentation as does my husband and we have never ran into this kind of disappointment and embarrassment from any airline until now. I was so stressed out to begin with and this deffinately didn't help ... nor did it make us wants to fly on American again. I felt pushed aside, embarrassed, and belittled by multiples employees ... all because the first employee clearly made a mistake and didn't document things correctly ... that should have never been put on us .

Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: Service, size of plane, lack of enthusiasm from staff

Cons: Flight from Miami last night was delayed 3.5 hours (which was a 9:30pm departure to 12:30am departure) There was horrible weather that prevented the Flight captain to arrive on time for our flight. (he was en route from NYC to MIA). But instead of providing accommodations, the times changed and then they boarded us on the plane where we proceeded to wait almost an hour on the plane before take off. Arrived at DCA at 3 am....not a goo start to a work week.

Pros: Flight was on time. Landed early.
Cons: old plane. first class sat in front of me was broken and kept reclining into me

Cons: When the pilot took off at LGA he said "everyone here is trying to take off at the same time" so we'd be delayed by 30 min. Not once was there a mention of any other reason. By the time we got to DC I had JUST missed my connecting flight. It was listed nowhere on the departures screen and I realized I had to take an outdoor bus to the other half of the "c" terminal which was very confusing. I got there and had missed the connecting flight and stand in line for 20 min for someone to tell me that I would be stuck in DC overnight. At this point rain had started pouring and they told me that because my mishap was due to weather they would provide no meal or hotel voucher. Weather was not the issue and I was stuck in DC overnight by myself and not compensated for hotels or meals.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Delayed over 6 hours for a two hour flight. The only compensation provided was to offer a cup of water. Sad

Cons: seats are terrible.

Pros: Always good movies
Cons: Overall everything is good , with the actual situation I font think is a problem with the airline or employee

Pros: Crew is good
Cons: Delay is a problem, am late for second fly

Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: Security staff short with passengers

Pros: The seat was comfortable and the crew was accommodating.

Cons: It was a mess from start to finish. Ridiculous lines. Ridiculous covid rules. They have us all shoulder to shoulder in tiny waiting areas then suddenly we get on line to board and have to stand six feet apart and then on the plane we are squashed all together anyway. It’s all so stupid. Not having the ability to get a boarding pass from the online app or printed made me have to wait in a line 300 people long to access the kiosk and then half of them were down. Then another line maybe 500 people long just to be allowed up the escalator to where there is another line to go through exuding checks. Nuts!!! My flight was an hour and I spent three hours online getting to it!!!

Cons: Less people because of COVID

Pros: Friendly helpful flight crew
Cons: Entertainment wasn’t working well at all

Cons: The plane was extremely full. No chance of social distancing.

Pros: Same
Cons: Hire better competent people

Pros: There were only snacks, no setback entertainment
Cons: Add a meal and seatback entertainment

Cons: Counter at Asheville, point of origin for the flight, was unattended at recommended arrival time. Attendant, when he finally appeared, seemed, to this traveler at least, unengaged, abrupt, even rude, certainly not as welcoming and helpful ad other UA counter attendants at busier airports and at more demanding times. The word lazy comes to mind. The same individual handled the gate. His demeanor there was similar. If it is UA policy to leave counters unattended, an explanation should be posted; if present policy requires one individual to handle counter and gate duties, perhaps more help is needed. This experience, all the more frustrating when a passenger ruses early so as to comply with recommended arrival and boarding times, combined with the fact that the incoming flight significantly delayed AVL to Washington depart setting the tone for a mostly mediocre experience crowned by a painful trek from terminal A to terminal C to catch the connection to PVD. Not a best effort by UA. Outstanding flight and cabin crews saved the day.

Pros: 2h short flight!
Cons: Bloody narrow seats and aisle, no comfort at all - horrible!!!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Luthsansa sent the reminder 30 prior the flight that was a delay on the flight operated by United. I called customer service they do don’t helped and hanged up twice. Finally after waiting for an hour on the airport the same flight was change 4 times more. A manager in United got us in a different flight but we arrived 40 minutes later to Madrid and missed our connection to our other flight. I had to buy a one way expensive tickets because my connection was loss due to the issues with the FL rigth from Charlotte

Pros: Cost
Cons: Aircon too cool

Pros: The crew on the flight were very friendly, very attentive and always smiling. They took great care of the passengers and in particular a woman with a crying baby. It didn't bother me at all, but I know the parents were concerned and the flight attendants were so kind and helpful. The food was truly fantastic, and served hot and with a smile. They repeatedly asked us about water, as the cabin was dry. I would give the crew an A+!
Cons: My husband and I have not flown for several years and have always enjoyed past flights. However, it seems as if the seats have much less leg room than years ago. I am only 5 foot 4 inches, and was very uncomfortable. My husband is 6 feet tall and he was miserable. Sleeping on this 9 hour flight would have been helpful, but due to the cramped seating, it was pretty much impossible. The little pillow and blanket did help with some back support, but I guess making more money per flight is more important than comfort.

Pros: Not much
Cons: Cabin AirConditioning fault. Air bridge fault all delayed flights from Fort Lauderdale to San Antonio

Pros: Very comfortable flight

Pros: Highly professional and exceptionally courteous service by the cabin crew. Professionally dressed. Organized and dilligent. Customer friendly. The way an airline owner and CEO would want to be represented to the paying customer by a frontline segment of his/her organization. Best UAL/Lufthansa experience ever for me.
Cons: The ‘third world’ arrival handling by IAD. Ragged transporters. No intercom service or effort whatsoever to advise pax of apparent problem at main terminal. Turned off transporter engine and left us on the tarmac breathing diminishing air in the module and wondering what was going on. Mobile passport service ‘not working’ at jam-packed immigration. Luggage retrieval frustrated by problems or incompetence and finally located at an undesignated conveyor area. No kudos to IAD. All kudos to Lufthansa/UAL. One Exception was my ‘by chance’ immigration agent who for the first time ever for me at IAD said “welcome home” as he waved me on.

Pros: The flight went very smoothly from start to finish

Cons: United wifi entertainment system was not operational.

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: United has a system glitch and we were delayed. I got in around 1 am instead of 11 pm. I decide to order a glass of wine and since they don’t give receipts. I found out i was charged for 2 glasses instead of one. To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit.

Pros: Easy check in. Good flight. Good food.

Cons: Had anightmare will complain to united diect

Pros: They staff was friendly and they boarded efficiently.
Cons: The worst part of the flight was the fact that they have redesigned their planes. They have put the seats even closer together and their new seats are horribly uncomfortable. The seats are made out of a hard molded plastic. There is no give and they don’t form to you back at all. Their comfort level I would rank at a zero! I had thought they may not be bad for a domestic flight as mine was international, however, I also had them for a domestic and they were equally uncomfortable. I will be checking off of United on my next flight as I can not sit in a seat this uncomfortable ever again! Try again United!!! #UnitedSeatsUncomfortable, #HorridSeats,

Pros: I was separated from my 4 year old and 7 year old children as well as our husband. We bought our tickets together but we're out on 4 different rows. I asked flight attendant for help and she was rude. She talked to my husband who was further in the back and came back and told everyone it was ok for my kids to not be with their parents because my husband said it was ok. It was not ok, it was awful. After I started crying someone finally traded spots. But I didn't like that my husband's wishes over Road mine, it was misogynistic and she was a woman, a very condescending women.
Cons: That our family was separated. That the female flight attendant talked down to me in a misogynistic way

Pros: Landing in Dulles
Cons: Poor boarding - had to walk steps with luggage, board a bus and wait for 10 mins in hot weather, then had to walk steps to plane with luggage. Plane - no place for cabin baggage and people had stuffed inefficiently their bags; crew did not seem to care Crew - did not care, pointing fingers at people like they do not know English, no sense of pride or commitment in their job; they might as well thrown food at us Food - bad, lucky we were hungry Entertainment screen - not working well Flight was smooth I do not know why Lufthansa partners with United Airlines.

Pros: The flight actually had hot food for sale! The cheeseburger was pretty good.
Cons: I had a really hard time getting the cabin crews' attention during boarding for a piece of safety equipment. I hit the call light, tried to catch them as the crew was distributing headphones, and the light got turned off by an off-duty flight attendant without checking that we needed something. I got it in the end with an apology from crew but I still don't feel terribly safe Also, the paid entertainment system that my neighbors purchased seemed to be down with static for a portion of the flight.

Pros: The crew were excellent and receptive to needs on the flight.
Cons: Baggage Claim was a nightmare. I did not receive a baggage ticket when I checked my bag in London. Part of that is my fault. I should have made sure I had one. It took an extra long time to get my bag. Everyone else had left the area from my flight and I approached the counter. The attendant at the counter was rude. She said she couldn't help me unless I had the baggage claim ticket. Which I get that, but it all comes down to how she said it to me. She went over to the carousel and said that my flights bags were still going around and at that time I saw my bag. I said there it is to her and she responds, well you can go get it yourself then. Just completely rude. It all came down to how she responded to me. I was freaking out at the prospect of my bag being lost and she responded as clipped and uncompassionately as possible.

Pros: The movies were good - glad it was free and nice selection
Cons: US Pre-clearance in Dublin was ridiculous. I don't know what else to say about it. They were even holding us going down the escalator to the actual screening part. It was just one crazy queue to another. Will definitely make me think about ever going through Dublin again.

Pros: The boarding was pretty good for this flight, seemed simple enough, everyone was pleasant. And I was near an exit, which offered sufficient leg room.
Cons: I was disappointed by a few things... 1. The staff didn't much care to be there. They seemed distant and unconcerned, although their words were supportive. I just got off a flight from Seoul to SF, with United (892) and they admittedly stated that they were understaffed (which was completely fine) and their attitudes were much more supportive than that of the following team (486), a flight from SF to IAD. 2. I was surprised, that on a 5hr flight, they only offered a half bag of mixed items and two rounds of beverages. I was sure that they would feed us something. However, if it's not the policy, I get it...but I asked if they had anything I could purchase, the flight attendant points me to the menu pamphlet and says that I could choose from there. I asked for the Chilled Chicken with Slaw and she promptly lets me know that they only have cheeseburgers, a protein box and Cheese. For a person who's lactose intolerant, I was again disappointed by the service--why ask me to go to the menu, if you knew there were only three items you were offering?? So I didn't order anything. 3. The entertainment blows my mind. I've flown with you guys like 8 times this year, and the app still does not work properly, however, before every flight, someone mentions over the intercom to be sure to download the app...but if it doesn't work...why offer it? Also, if there are tvs at the back of every headrest, the least you could offer is a random movie, versus the commercials about how great the app is, or whatever was scrolling along. Lastly, please note, I was trying to figure out a way to make a comment to United...but didn't want to sound TOOO disgruntled. I'm not opposed to flying with UA, absolutely not, but if any of these things are addressed, I definitely feel you will be making a massive improvement on what seems to be an airline that I'd think twice about taking. Feel free to e-mail or call me. I don't mean to sound rude...but having flown other airlines, and knowing that UA has been around for a while, i just hoped the experience would be better.

Pros: The crew was friendly and helpful. We were always informed of what was going on.

Pros: The cabin crew themselves were great. The pilots offered my child to go see the cabin and everyone on the actual plane was great.
Cons: The United employees at check in kiosk were very unorganized and unhelpful. I was traveling internationally with a small child and had two pieces of luggage to check in. Normally you just go to the counter once and they do everything including taking your luggage once they weigh it. Instead, I had to go to the self check in kiosk, then back to the counter to weigh my luggage, take off the one luggage from the scale, weigh the second one, then go back to the self check in kiosk, then was told to take off the second luggage as well, then finally went to a second counter where the lady handwritten my luggage tags and then was told to take both pieces of luggage and put them somewhere else altogether with specific directions on where to put them. This is something normally handled by the actual employees. Also, the check in dude yelled at my kid for putting in his name into the check in kiosk while we were waiting on the check in dude to do all those unorganized activities. He claimed it would break the software if my kid were to enter his name. I have told him that no, the software will not break if my child enters in his name.

Pros: Professionalisam, friendliness and smiles of United stewards.
Cons: We weren't accommodated when asked to be seated next to each other.

Cons: Smelled like feces.

Cons: No entertainment

Pros: Safe landing in windy conditions.
Cons: Air-con failure delayed departure. No complimentary food or OH. Poor legroom. Nothing

Pros: The people were very nice! The entertainment although not easy to access was free. snacks were meh but ok. They did what they could to make us comfortable after flight was delayed 2.5 hours.
Cons: The flight was delayed for 2.5 hours was out of the control of the crew. They did what they could. But the plane was cramped. Not enough space. Everyone was cramped. We missed our connecting flight they put us up in a hotel and booked alternate flights. We had to stand out in the cold waiting for a shuttle to take us to the hotel. The hotel staff said more than once they were not prepared for all of us and getting us from airport to hotel and in rooms was almost another 2 hours. That gave us 3.5 hours to sleep before we started in the next journey. Of 4 hours from take off to landing in our home city. I had to pay for my baggage to go onto another airline.

Pros: Both flights overbooked so finding space on overhead bin was impossible. They boarded us last though we bought the tickets weeks in advance. Could not get seats online, at the kiosks or at the desk. Really fruatrating! My wife and I had to sit apart for the return flight. Will not fly United again unless no choice.

Pros: The crew and the gate was great. The pilot was amazing. This was my first flight since 1998 and I had gforce fear for take off and expecially landing but this landing was so smooth I wasn't scared.
Cons: I didn't like that you had to pay to watch the monitor and the seating was tight.

Pros: crew, takeoff, landing and flight were good on each flight. no complaints there.
Cons: from COS to FLL: first flight was late taking off. connecting flight was on time. this is a bad combination. i was literally seconds from missing my connecting flight, and that was after sprinting from one terminal to another. captain on the first flight announced that takeoff was delayed because they were waiting for flight charts to finish downloading. really? WELL THEN GET THERE 20 MINUTES EARLIER AND BE PREPARED TO LEAVE *ON TIME* SO THAT PASSENGERS DON'T MISS (OR NEARLY MISS) THEIR CONNECTIONS!!!

Pros: Found what was expected from the flight. Hats up to the take off that happened on time in a busy airport.
Cons: Aircraft is tiny and seats are narrow.

Pros: They held the plane due to delays in customs

Pros: Aircraft with old decoration. Could not see a single smile from the crew.

Pros: Comfortable and enjoyable flight, efficient crew without delays.
Cons: Poor food - even going for the safe pasta option. Very disappointing & not enjoyable.

Pros: Horrible communication
Cons: Horrible communication

Pros: The crew was wonderful, so was the pilot!
Cons: Charging $35 for a carry on bag was disgusting!

Pros: Value for price was amazing!
Cons: Vastly exceeded my expectations for such a cheap flight

Cons: The timeliness

Pros: Flight was on time.
Cons: Partner has heart and breathing problems. We were brought to airport early by cruise line. Spirit would not accept any bags, including heavy suitcases until 4 hours before flight, "due to just imposed TSA direction". Spoke with supervisor who hid behind policies and wouldn't even take into account the situation. They merely directed us to the cafeteria Down the hallway. I checked with a TSA agent and he investigated and said no such restrictions were communicated to any airlines. He said Spirit has been telling people that all day because they are understaffed. When we went back to drop off bags, we were only 20 minutes until the 4 hours and the agent almost wouldn't take them again until I spoke with a different supervisor again. When we got on the plane, crew didn't seem to know who was doing what. Announcement was made that if we are connecting through Baltimore to let flight attendant know so we can get gate information. When I told the flight attendant, she asked why am I telling her? And then told me to just check the board in terminal. I guess I interrupted her child counseling session with the mom ahead of us that went on the entire flight. It was one of the worst flights I have ever experienced. Won't be using Spirit ever again.

Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Everything, will never fly with Spirit again

Pros: Flying from Fort Lauderdale to DC, our boarding gate was switched without adequate notification. While up headed to the bathroom I noticed the flight information changed. When I asked the gate “Spirit” gate attendant, who was there the entire time, she told me the gate changed. I went to the new gate where the incoming flight was already deboarding the plane. 10 minutes later other passengers from my flight began to arrive complaining about sharing electronic notifications because the attendant made no attempt to let passengers know the gates had changed. She did publicize other gate changed a while I was at the original gate, but never announced my flight’s gate change. Claiming bags in DC was also an unorganized event. I understand the no frills concept but I can’t recommend Spirit to anyone I wish to remain friends with, no matter how cheap the tickets are.
Cons: Ticketing, boarding, bag claim.

Pros: Check in, boarding, and everything else went as advertised on the website. I brought a computer bag chock full of stuff and saw other personal bags larger than mine that rode for free as advertised. Flight attendants were friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Regular seats were a bit tight on leg room for me. I’m 6’1 with long legs and am thankful I picked an aisle seat and that my flight wasn’t too long. I was also annoyed that multiple people complained about hating Spirit Airlines because of the fees they charge for standard services on other airlines. Use common sense and do your research people....

Pros: smooth take-off, travel, and landing by the pilots so felt very safe
Cons: we boarded the plan and were ready for take off, but the 2nd pilot did not show so we had to get off and wait 2 more hours. Didn't touch down until 110 am

Pros: Good

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Unskilled pilots who hit every air-pocket going up and landing. Do not worth the $25 savings compared to united/aa/delta and others.

Pros: The value is good if you can manage with a small carry on
Cons: The spirit plane was not delayed getting to FLL. The plane took too long to clean which delayed take off by 25 minutes. They did not make up any time in the air. 25 minutes late for arrival

Pros: Awesome access through the lines and security
Cons: My wife's suitcase was damaged, but the customer service office in baltimore took care of her issue.

Pros: Once again, the common thing I hear is that Spirit is terrible and to avoid it. I would that every step of the way was pleasant and easy. The crew was professional and nothing was unpleasant. Would fly again.
Cons: Would like to see free snacks and drinks on flight.

Cons: People had warned me about the unreliability of this airline but I went with it. I wish I had listened- the both ways were delayed by several hours to the point our hotel reservation was cancelled and it. Exams a debacle to get another room.

Pros: Flight attendants we're great
Cons: Seats are uncomfortable

Cons: Your baggage fee is way to much we paid 59 for carry on ine way and 59 again on our return homw way to much

Pros: Boarding was done quickly. I wanted to praise crew member Derek on NK240. I could tell he was having a rough day from all the delays of traveling but he was extremely friendly. I asked if I could take an empty seat after boarding was complete, and I was able to move. Thank you so much Derek for everything that you do, it does mean a lot.
Cons: I know that Spirit has to comply with weather safety so a delay was obviously expected. I think it would be better to quickly update passengers on the expected arrival time to the destination. Updates are better than nothing at all.

Cons: Seats are too small, I understand that's why ticket is cheap. However I was sitting next to a very large man and his leg was in my seat about 3 inches. I didn't want t say anything cause I'm not a mean person. My flight was uncomfortable.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cancelled flight with prior notice at all. Only one person to help everyone on the flight figure out their travel plans - waited in line 1.5 hours just to speak to someone. Had to take a connecting flight to Boston and ended up in my destination 6 hours later than planned. On my way back from Fort Lauderdale, almost every Spirit flight in the entire airport was delayed. My flight boarded on time, but when we were ready to take off, the captain came on the loud speaker and said that we need to go back to the gate because 3 flight attendants need to get off of the plane. First and last time ever flying with Spirit.

Pros: Flight crew was nice
Cons: There were mechanics in the cockpit while the flight was boarding and it was unnerving because they seemed to be fixing things and stressed out ... I have never seen this on a flight before but it seems this is normal with Spirit I guess it's because they are just rushing all the time. I think its extremely unprofessional, this work should be completely before the flight is boarded

Pros: Nothing
Cons: OverchargedI had to pay for my luggage which I'm use to carry on being free and the flight was delayed twice!! First they told me 7.15 and it was 8.15

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They stranded us and it was their fault and many customers were told to just deal with it! FLL police were called to the gate to help with customer tensions and the whole process was not only a wast of precious time but a real amount of money

Pros: Getting off the plane was the best part.
Cons: Too crowded no room to move. Sat on the runway for 3 hrs they kept saying we are waiting for paper work. This was my first flight with spirit airlines and this will be my last. I will spend the extra money for a better airline. Very disappointed

Cons: The people were rude for no reason. There were extremely long lines for baggage check in for no apparent reason and the delay was not dealt with properly. Neither I nor the people I was flying with will ever fly this airline again.

Pros: Nothing because we missed this flight
Cons: Nothing. Our flight was delayed

Pros: If you check in online it's to avoid a long line at bag drop. It defeats the whole purpose to wait 25mn in line having checked in for a domestic flight..

Pros: Only think I like flight was on time on the ride was smooth and the pilot did a good job and the seat was very comfortable.
Cons: I hate I couldn't have personal purse out and 1 small carry-on which I have to pay $55 for that take up no space whatsoever my small carry on which go over the head off the plane my personal items which is a small purse which go under the seat but I have my wallet some documents in could not hold into that small bag they wanted me to push my personal item bag into my carry-on when it couldn't hold a charge me $55 for that bag which I think was unfair it wasn't a pool suitcase it wasn't a big large bag it was a small bag so I had two small bags we can take up no space because it is overhead bin and small personal thing where you can put under your seat and they charged me $55 and that hurt me.

Pros: My flight into florida not bad except I thought the plane was going to shake apart for the first 1/3 of the ride
Cons: Some how they did something wrong when they put my information in the computer for my return flight departing from Ft. Lauderdale. I was not able to check in and print my boarding pass ahead of time. I called the customer service line twice to confirm that my reservation was intact even though I could not print the pass. At the airport there was no "bag drop" so everyone from all Spirit flights had to wait in a line that was 2 blocks long (no lie.) It took 45 mins. to get to the counter. Once there no one could seem to figure out what was wrong and it didn't seem to be a priority for them as they were putting out quite a few other fires. I stood at the counter for another 45 mins. They finally were able to print my boarding pass. Thank god I was TSA approved or I would not have made the flight. That did not seem to bother any of their employees. They won't be seeing me again!

Cons: Spirit's gate agents were some of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. They made the decision to ground more than a dozen employees and refused to listen to other passengers at the gate who pleaded them to wait one minute as the passengers made the sprint from TSA security check to the gate because of TSA's inability to expedite the security check process at FLL airport. Spirit's customer service was bar-none the worst I have ever experienced. After their refusal to allow passengers on the plane they could not accomodate passengers on a flight until the next morning and would not provide hotel accomodations for a decision they took. Terrible.

Cons: Flight was cancelled no reason was given to passengers, all passengers had To sleep on the floor overnite. No accomodations, food or reason. Poor Customer service. Never again will I fly on this airline. I will make sure to tell my family and friends not to book any flights with Spirit.

Pros: Smooth flight after it began.
Cons: The plane was delayed but no information was given to the crowded waiting passengers. Only after the 8:35 departure time had passed did the updated 9:00 pm time get posted without any announcement nor explanation. At 8:55 the time was again changed to 9:30 pm without announcement. When the boarding commenced there was request for orderly boarding by groups. After the plane was boarded, there was a 10 minute delay and then additional passengers began boarding by dribs and drabs. Finally we did take off and the flight was uneventful. I believe you could have made announcements to explain that there was a necessary delay and this would have allayed the passengers anxiety and allowed a more relaxed boarding process. This is the second flight I took in two day on Spirit and both flights were substantially delayed without any public announcement of the delays. This is less professional than most other airlines' behavior.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Our flight out of San Jose was delayed so we missed our connection from FLL to BWI.

Cons: I expect when I am quoted a flight price that the price includes a seat. When I went to check in for my Spirit flight I discover that any seat has an additional charge. I call that false advertising. Worse of all is the Spirit check in process. I paid for my luggage and seat ( see above) in advance and printed out my boarding pass before I went to the airport. The check in procedure was a horror. Each of the two flights I still had to wait 40+ minutes to hand in my luggage. No check in machines. Just understaffed check in counters. Compare that Spirit check in experience with my last Southwest flight where I used a machine to print out my boarding pass and which also printed out my luggage tags and I just handed my luggage to an attendant.. Total Southwest check in time 5 minutes. Every one on line with me at Spirit was basically saying first time on Spirit and the last. Really the savings with Spirit in not that great when you add in the seat cost and the very high baggage charges. Not worth hassle for the small savings and resent the false price advertising

Pros: I arrived.
Cons: Every time I fly Spirit Airlines, I swear I'll never do it again. Then I see the low fares and I say "okay, just one more time." This experience was another leg in that cycle. A low fare, a "one more time," and a fierce "oh hell no--never again." When I arrived at the airport, the ticket counter looked like a flea market. It was absolutely mobbed. My flight was departing in about an hour, and one woman in line had already been waiting for 2.5 hours. Since Spirit Airlines does not participate in the mobile boarding pass process (FOR SOME INANE GODFORSAKEN BULLSHIT REASON), I still had to check in and get my boarding pass. And since two other Spirit flights had recently been cancelled, the ticket counter line was a trainwreck. An utter mass of dispirited humanity, waiting, ironically enough, at a counter called "Spirit." I managed to maneuver my way through, and with several strokes of luck and a possible intervention from God, I left the sad zoo of passengers behind me and made it through security, to the gate, and into the boarding line, with my idiotic paper boarding pass. As you might imagine, I was somewhat rushed and a touch flustered, though grateful to be en route to my destination. I was thirsty though, a combination of the morning's odyssey, the recycled cabin air, and this human need to hydrate that we share with literally every living thing on the planet. So I waited patiently for the pilot to extinguish the "seatbelt" sign, walked up to the flight attendants and politely asked for a glass of water. "That will be $3.00," she said. I paused for a moment. Surely there must be a mistake. I wanted water. Not coffee or tea or lemonade or a cocktail. Just a glass of water. This is how I came to realize that access to something that is a biological necessity for survival--that I would be granted gratis almost anywhere else--costs, on Spirit Airlines. Only those with access to a functioning credit card will be served water. Now I understand that keeping costs down is the only way this poor excuse for an airline stays in business. Every one of its passengers is there as a personal compromise, dodging hidden fees for "legroom" and seat selection and peanuts at every turn to get to their location without selling their souls to the corporate demons who've re-vamped the age-old "bait and switch" and call it a bargain. But if Spirit persists in being a seething mess of a nightmare of a preposterous front of a business, and if their customers continue to play along and manage to navigate the utter catastrophe of a process it can become to reach a destination via Spirit Airlines, one might believe that once they sit down in their unassigned (unless you're willing to pay an additional $14 each way) se

Pros: The crew on the plane and the crew at the gate at FLL were courteous and helpful.
Cons: The gate crew at BWI as we prepared to board for FLL was just downright awful. They treated customers more like juvenile deliquents on the way to a prison than valued customers. I have never been treated in such a manner while flying. The person at the gate basically berated all of us, very sternly telling people to consolidate their personal items. Then she said, "if you have a carry on with wheels and you're not in Zone 1, you need to come up here and pay $65. If you don't, we'll charge you $100 on the flight." As a first time traveler with Spirit Airlines, I couldn't believe they charged that amount for a carry on. At first, I thought it was a joke, but when I went to the counter, sure enough, they charged me $65. I asked why anyone would ever travel with Spirit Air given all these hidden fees for regular travel practices (like bringing a carry on), she shrugged and rudely mumbled, "I don't know." Then she told families with small children to 'feel free boarding in Zone 2'. I was traveling alone, but I felt that was a ridiculous policy. However, I noticed on the return leg from FLL to BWI, they allowed families with small children to board first. Then when I got onto the plane from BWI to FLL, I had a window seat with no window. I've never even seen that before. I felt a bit chlaustrophobic, and I never feel that way. The only reason I didn't give the 'crew' a score of poor, is because the crew on the plane to FLL and the full spectrum of crew on the return trip, from the crew working the gate at FFL to the crew on the plane back to BWI was excellent. But what I experienced as a customer with the crew in BWI, from check in to the gate was outrageous. The check-in for Spirit Airlines is one of the most chaotic I've ever experienced. There was no signage for what to do, and there was a guy at BWI yelling at people to stand in particular lines, causing people with luggage to basically stampede over one another. What in the hell is Spirit Airline's customer experience strategy? How do they want customers to feel about the airline and themselves as they travel with the airline? Because I actually felt worse about myself during the entire experience. Even though the crew on both planes were great and the gate crew at FLL was great, I will never fly Spirit Airlines again. The 'less money. more go' slogan is a sham, considering I ended up paying way more than I would have with another airline while doing the same thing (bringing on a carry-on). Where's my incentive to fly with them after being treated so poorly at check in and at the gate and then paying more than I would have with American or Delta or United or Southwest or JetBlue? As a director of customer experience at my company, this was a wonderful example of what we do not want to be. In that, I can thank Spirit Airlines.

Pros: Worst airline ever. I will never fly with spirit again. Hidden fees, poor communication, unprofessional staff-- save yourself the trouble and take the bus instead. If this company was pitched on shark tank as is... let's just say "I'm out."

Pros: spirit airline's model of efficiency of the interior design of the plane and punctuality of the itinerary are decent.
Cons: I received horrible customer service at Spirit terminal in Fort Lauderdale Airport. On 11/20/2016, when I arrived at the terminal around 7pm, it was hectic to know where to go to drop off my bag at all. Half of Kiosks were not even working. So I figured asking a spirit employee would be helpful; however, it was not like that at all. One female employee told me to wait in a line that's by the door, which looked like connecting to a line to 'bag drop' / 'ask an agent for further service', when it was almost my turn to get to the actual line that's belted, a male employee (whom I didn't catch the name to complain about) directed me and he people after me to another part of the terminal without explaining to us where he's taking us. When I inquired why he took us here explaining to him my concern of the line he took us to was longer than where I was about to go to, he responded with massive attitude -- "so you want to go back to that line? You can go back to it, I'm not going to stop you..." I clarified my concern one more time to him with a reasonable tone, he emphasized to me that I had the option of going back with sassy attitude instead of trying to assure me that what he did was best to the customer. Only if I knew his name, I'd absolutely call spirit airline and complain to a higher lever management. I understand the craziness of traveling during holiday seasons, and I know the airlines are doing their best to ensure safe travels of every passengers, but no one deserves this kind of attitude and mistreated. For this incident, I would not recommend spirit airline to anyone. In addition, I was drawn to fly spirit because of cheap plane ticket, but then I found out hidden charges of carry-on and assigned seats, along with more expensive baggage fee for check-in bags. I wasn't pleased about this either.

Pros: 7 AM flights are miserable, but the crew from FLL to BWI was amazing. They kept us laughing and made the trip great. Early arrival is always a plus.
Cons: Food is very limited for those with nut allergies.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The fact our flight was cancelled with no reason, none of the airline staff had any idea what to do with the passengers who needed new flights, we were sent to 3 different people before someone actually knew their job. Then we were given a voucher not for our bag to check which is an exorbitant hidden fee, but for us to book another flight on Spirit like that would EVER happen. The whole process was a joke and extremely time consuming.

Pros: Flight was on time. Boarding was seem less. I liked the newer plane we were on. Flight crew was friendly.
Cons: Little things you have to pay extra for. I had a middle seat. I didn't buy any food so I can't rate the snacks.

Pros: Not much unfortunately
Cons: Additional baggage fees. Disconnect from third party vendor for flight to sprit airlines for purchasing additional travel needs, airlines crew was not attentive to passengers.

Pros: That we got to our destination safely
Cons: I felt like spirit finds anyway to make a buck from the customer. I know it was a cheap flight but there was a fee for everything. Almost $40 for the bag but it could only weigh 40 lbs. that's nothing. Most airlines are 50lbs. Also the seat was so uncomfortable, it doesn't even recline. On the way to FL the stewardess lied to my mother in law to get her to sign up for the credit card. She told her there was no peak travel and the brochure in the seat was old. Was informed in flight back to Baltimore that was wrong. Blatant lie which is completely unacceptable. I will pay the extra money next time to fly with another airline.

Cons: Spent the night trying to talk to a supervisor, Helen. She was a liar and the single worst customer service manager I have ever encountered in my life. After making us wait in line to talk to her. following a missed connections due to Spirit delays with their aircraft she told us that we didn't know what we were talking about, and that we should leave because she wouldn't be talking to us again. This was after she made us wait for 3 hours to speak to her. I ended up in Philly instead of BWI because of this woman's incompetence and several hundred dollars poorer.

Pros: Polite staff on board
Cons: Unannounced gate change at the last minute. Almost missed plane because the change affected the terminal. It never displayed on the board. We had gone through security and had to exit the airport to get to the switched terminal which was far (10 walk) and had to get through new security check. After going through the full body scanner, a TSA agent patted my hair with her dirty gloves. Nobody should have their hair patted down after going through a full body scanner. This is a violation of my person, of my privacy. Also noted that only coloured women had their hair patted down. We should never be treated like animals or differently than other travelers.

Cons: Our flight back from Baltimore to ft lauderdale had us sitting in the plane with no air conditioning for 1 1/2 hours and no ability to get off plane. We waited for a part to be delivered and installed. We should never have been boarded onto plane. I will not choose this airline again.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The trickery of low pricing is quickly realized with your inflated baggage and seating. No frills?? Water and a bag of peanuts wouldn't kill you. And the worst ever is your significantly inefficient ticketing process! A domestic flight shouldn't require a 2 hour airport arrival and even with that, leave 47 passengers at the gate... All that waited patiently thru limited attended ticketing and baggage drop lines followed by security all in an effort to maintain on time departure stats. Other airlines would at least provide a food voucher. I arrived at the airport in Ft. Lauderdale at 5:30 AM and didn't return to BWI until 12:30AM the next day. That's unconscionable and in this day and age -- flat out horrible business!

Cons: Previous flight delayed, caused extreme stress to get to this flight! Got through customs and border protection, very long process and our bags were not at the baggage claim yet! Had to wait over 30 minutes for our bags. If Spirit charges for every bag, they should provide better baggage service! Had to wait in another long line to show our passports. Then run to recheck our bags. Spirit offered no assistants at all to speed this process up. As we are trying to check our bag they are starting to load the plane and we have to go through TSA yet! again another long process. We made it to our flight just in time. But I was completely sweated and stressed out! These flights originally had a three and a half hour layover scheduled between flights.

Pros: The aircrew, flight attendants and pilots, were very good. The aircraft are new.
Cons: Customer service at the gate was horrible. The baggage policy is different than any airline I've ever flown... Which is fine if you understand it. But since this was my first flight with spirit, I wanted to make sure. After many threatening announcements of a $100 charge if your ONE allowable item is too big, I went to counter to see if my backpack was of appropriate size, When I approached the podium to verify I was ok, the two gate agents were talking so I stood and waited to be helped. After several minutes, one finally looked over, with a very annoyed expression and asked, " Do you need something?" (Actual quote) I asked my question, which was answered with equal distain and then I was dismissed and the agent returned to her conversation. Throughout the entire trip, it felt as if the ground crew were there to herd you on and off the aircraft... That's it... They were completely unapproachable. My recommendation? Spend the few dollars more and go with another carrier... If you do choose to fly Spirit, set your expectations very low and then you'll only be slightly disappointed.

Cons: There needs to be more staff to help people or signs or something. There was too much disorganization. People were waiting outside the airport in a line for no reason when all we had to do was go in another section. There was no one to talk to about anything and people were yelling at the poor staff that showed up that had nothing to do with the flight being delayed so much.
