Pros: Everything was generally fine. The flight left about 1 hour late, but the pilot made up the time on the flight and we landed about the same time as originally expected.
Cons: The crew, particularly the flight attendants were rude and impatient. Have they forgotten their manners?

Cons: 2 hour delay, entertainment and WiFi not working, bags almost an hour to come out at SFO
Pros: The seats in first class. But far from adequate amenities for the price paid. There are no USB ports nor are there electric Outlets, yet you're expected to use your own tablet or phone to access their entertainment. When flying across the country that's a little ridiculous in this day and age.
Cons: . If you expect us to use our own devices you need to provide USB port or outlets. This was a coast to coast redeye,Iwas awake the whole flight. 20 min before landing announcement was made to not get up, We were not given time to use the restroom, brush teeth, have coffee before landing. Bad form.
Cons: Flight was delayed, flight was overbooked, and WiFi wasn't working on the plane, so no entertainment at all, as the plane had no screens and we were supposed to use our own devices.
Pros: The plane was very quiet
Cons: I don’t like the stand to put your own iPads on. Just give us the screens. Seems cheap for a 5+ hour flight. Come on american.
Cons: Have coach passengers prepay for meals
Cons: I'm expecting more from AA. We were delayed for 2.5 hr since we didn't have a pilot !!!!!
Cons: Flight was delayed twice, and the flight was very bumpy and the pilot really had a bad landing.

Cons: AMERICAN IS THE WORST. Never flying with them again. My flight was cancelled, &they would NOT rebook me until 2 days later. REFUSED to compensate for the hotel I booked for the night. Held my baggage hostage & would not return it for a whole day. And their customer service is non-existent.
