Carry on $55, soda or juice $3. Not comfortable. The plane sounded like it was about to fall apart when we landed. Worried for my flight home.

Cons: The person sitting next to me needed to buy 2 seats. He couldn’t hit in his own. Flight was late taking off due to catering. The landing was the worst I’ve ever had

Cons: The flight was delayed (naturally) so the crew was rushed and inattentive. No pre-flight beverages in first class, and then no follow up service once aloft unless you asked. Makes me wonder why I’m paying extra for mediocre service.

Pros: The crew was polite but not overly friendly or welcoming.

Cons: Boarding was orderly but it was hard to hear the announcements of the zones. I flew economy and it was like flying in a frozen sardine can. There was absolutely NO leg room. At 5 ft, 2 " if I found it difficult, I cannot even imagine how a taller person felt. I wore a coat, sweater, and scart , and warm socks, and I was still freezing the entire trip. It took me 20 minutes to thaw out after arriving. It was quite uncomfortable.

Pros: Potential the entertainment which was hard to enjoy due to the constant interruptions of automated announcements relative to frequent flyer incentives, available programs, etc. The entire experience felt like being hostage to advertising.

Cons: Constant adds with the entertainment, multiple long interruptions that paused the entertainment relative to buckling your seatbelt. The entire experience felt dehumanizing in an already cramped, uncomfortable experience. Never flying american again and i'm going to cash out my points asap.

Pros: The staff were as kind & caring as I've seen

Cons: Seats were rock hard, very uncomfortable. My flight from Munich to Kyiv on an older airbus 321 was better and my earlier flight from ElPaso on SWAir 737 were a hell of a lot better leg room seats were nice, go figure!

Cons: Wi-Fi, as usual, was not working. Plus, there were no screens in the seat, so passengers have to rely on their own smartphones/tablets/magazines/books to keep entertained.

Cons: They put us on the plane after waiting 11/2 hours, we all had to deplane as the mechanical problems were not done correctly. We waited another hour to correct before leaving. The gate agent was able to get me on a later connecting flight to Charleston. That was a positive.

Adults were talking in full voice and screaming, lots of kids screaming and crying, pushing your chair in the back... I am flying very often and the first time the passengers behaved this way

Cons: Landed and sat on the tarmac for 30 minutes waiting to deplane. The Captain made an announcement to explain, but the speakers sound like they are underwater. The wait was because there wasn’t a set of stairs available. Love budget airlines.

Pros: The legroom was a nice surprise. I thought the seats I’m fromt of us were going to be sitting on our knees but my boyfriend who is 6’2 had room to stretch his legs out. The in flight entertainment wasn’t bad either.

Cons: I wish JetBlue would explain how they categorize to board people. I know some airlines that board first class, passaengers with disabilities and then back of the plane to front. I think it works so much better this way.

Pros: We boarded close to on time, no hassles. Allowed my husband and me (retired military) to board early, thank you.

Cons: LAX security is awful. We never left the airport (arrived LAX from Sydney AU) yet were forced thru security again. Had to remove shoes, was scanned and "frisked" by TSA to get to Denver. To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation.
