Even though there was a delay the crew was exceptional.

Flight was not on time and it was very annoying flight. Keep changing gates.

It was delayed but the landing was the smoothest in a while that I’ve had.

Second time in 3 days I walked off the plane late. This time - almost an hour.

Everything went well. The flight was slightly delayed however we landed on time.

spirit delayed my first flight 9 hours and then cancelled my flight back home. Very disappointed with their service.

They canceled the flight at the last minute! No customer service. Unable to get another flight for 3 days!! Spirit was NO help at all!!

They cancelled our flight (and others across the country) because crews called out sick. It was a miserable experience.

The counter people was very disrespectful screaming and not helpful to find another flight soon. Having to cancel the flight
