Essy to get on. The hostess gave very little pop, the plane was late getting in, and we are still waiting for our bags. This sucks. :/

It was good, although we could not get our preferred seats, we did enjoy the whole experience from Costa Rica. I still don't understand why our luggage is not the first to come out at the band.

Great flight. On time boarding. Smooth flight and on time arrival at EWR. The flight crew was marvelous and there was a great selection of movies on the entertainment system. Our bags were at the carousel before we got there. Another excellent flight from United.

This flight leg was fantastic - super comfortable and a great selection of things to watch on the TV. Staff were excellent, really above and beyond.

Not enough veg food available for passengers. I actually did not get the veg food and was told it was over, and I starved the entire flight duration.

The LH flight was great except for the delay at boarding. It should be announced well in tme.

Could have said yes to a glass of wine 🍷 instead of saying we'll come around in a couple of hours

Inoperable monitor left no entert for 9 hours. Crew was not helpful Food was awful.

The food and sitting need improvements. They were extremely bad.. If you choose to recline, there is no room for the passenger behind you. This is one of the worst sitting arrangements that I ever experience. The aircraft was not properly clean before boarding.

Had one staff that was not pleasant. Seems they are stressed with too many people to care for.
