Red eye from San Diego. Temperature of the cabin was way too warm and the air duct flowed very little air.
I think Southwest is the number one airline that anyone can fly I have flown for the first time Frontier and what a joke and their customer service United was a very strange experience I'm only sticking to Southwest from here on out for sure
Great job Southwest! My family doesn't fly often but we felt safe the whole time.
Flight was delayed, full flight and I had to change gates. Southwest flights are always late later in the day.

Delayed flight, lack of information, boarding process is a mess as is the carryon luggage causing issues when leaving the plane….just a poor experience.
We got exit row seats both flights. Everything was running on time
I always know what to expect with Southwest - friendly crew, on time departure, app that works great! I appreciate having free baggage, and the in-flight entertainment passes the time.
They could have served us 🍺 drinks, said there was turbulence, I must have been on a different plain flight felt pretty smooth to me. ✈️
The seats are too small/crowded. It is frustrating to be forced to sit with someone who is overweight as they crown the other seat. Nothing against the person…just the airline companies who continue(over decades!)to reduce seat sizes. Americans are fat. Those of us who are not are tired of being compromised by the airline companies who don ’t faces that fact and make adjustments. Maybe have “overweight seats”? Maybe give us a discount for being forced into an uncomfortable flight due to others overweightness? Please, make adjustments…be accountable. Thanks!
No outlets, plugs, way to charge the phone or service and no food on one leg o the trip, but other than that, great. Loved WIFI, the flight, the crew, the pilots, the schedule, etc. Great job. My new favorite airline!
The seats were not very comfortable and there were no TV screens. Boarding was pretty fast because there were so few people on such a small plane and I appreciated that they still gave us our snack and drinks, however I really wish they would come up with a good gluten-free snack.
Flight crew and flight were good. But it departed two hours late.
They were friendly, efficient and got our bags to us so fast at the end of the flight.

We were traveling with four adults two children. The boarding crew helped seed us all together quick flight from Sacramento to Boise, seamless.
I love having assigned seats and being able to check bags at the gate, if needed. Both are super-helpful when traveling with a toddler!!!

Seats were not bad enough and uncomfortable good legroom in the emergency exit row we were in, but we were forbidden to hold my grandson on my lap for a little while, and the stewardess passed us saying it was against regulations which makes little or no sense when you’re 36,000 feet. The food snacks were really bad. Tasteless tasted like wallpaper, but we’re supposed to be protein bars, and the announcements were all completely incoherent because of the noise of the airplane and the lowness and crackly nature of the PA system.. this was disgraceful. No one in our party could understand a word of what the captain or the flight attendant were saying —not a word! The landing was a little hairy in a pretty stiff crosswind -we bounced before the plane stabilized on the runway

First The flight got delayed because one of the crew members was late and we couldn’t board until she arrived. Then we all boarded and got held in the tarmac for another 30 min.
I missed the flight because the Minneapolis flight was 49 minutes LATE, and the Boise flight LEFT 24 minutes EARLY!

Be on time? When not on time a circling for over an hour offer more than 1 bag of chips to the passengers? It was a 7 hour flight by the time we got done.
Having to up charge for a seat assignment is not good. Delta can do better
Flight was late, the only reason I almost missed my flight was that my connection was also late.
Baggage claim signs were not updated with my flight information, so I had to guess. The app wasn't updated either.
It was a short, comfortable flight. It did leave an hour late due to the pilot having to be replaced (family emergency) but that didn’t inconvenience myself & my friend. The situation was explained, eventually.
UA594 was delayed multiple times. I ended up getting picked up so I can make it in time for work 6AM on Monday, 7/6/2026
Boarded from a very small gate at LAX. Staff at gate had us line up, then waited 25 minutes to board without a word of explanation. Plane arrived on time then waited 20 minutes for a plane to vacate our gate. Majority of bags arrived after 15 minutes but it took an hour for a small number of remaining bags to be off-loaded despite my “priority” bag tag.
Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.
Lost one piece of luggage even though I checked in 2.5 hours before the flight
The boarding process on the departure from LA was rather slow even though I was in Group 1. For first class, I was not expecting to have to pay for Wi-fi but I did and then the wi-fi was spotty. The entree was surprisingly good and so that was a pleasant surprise. However, once I got to Houston, it was terrible. Unfortunately there was bad weather but the constant gate changes for my connecting flight was difficult to manage due to having to navigate back and forth between different terminals.
Flight delayed. WiFi connectivity very poor if not existant. Last minute arrival forced me to run to catch my connection.
It was fine. Everything ran on time, crew was great.
