Not good. One of my luggage is missing. And until now they can’t find it
My 9:50AM flight was delayed to 3:40PM "due to incoming aircraft delay". No aircraft is "delayed" that long. Found out once we did board (after several changes in times) that the aircraft had a maintenance issue and we had to wait for another aircraft. Just tell us that. The aircraft we did get was old and the seats need to be updated. I have been traveling for several weeks with AA and you should refresh your entertainment content as frequent flyers have gone through most of your new content. I have Celiac and a shellfish allergy and continue to have struggles with meals on business and first class flights. Please keep this in mind. Sorry - was a long travel day yesterday and a bit cranky this morning with my experience comments. Still an AA fan.
Delay after delay with little communication then AA lost my luggage and at airport would not assist just said scan this QR code to track your luggage and submit a claim. However QR code provided did not work so have to go back to airport
Dloght delayed by 2.5 hrs . Common theme in my last four american floghts
They are rarely on time! Very hard to plan your travels when flights or connections keep getting delayed.

The worst Airline ever. They centered my second flight and leave me in NY. They don’t have any representatives at the airport and they don’t respond to calls. Basically I got stuck. I will never purchase through there again.
The chicken wrap was tiny ($13 for what looked like a 1/3 of a normal wrap?) and disgusting.
Mediocre would be best description. Food bland. Seat biz class uncomfortable to sleep. Crew never dimmed lights completely in an overnight flight to Europe. Would avoid AA if possible.
Small plane, poor meal choices for first class, bad terminal and boarding experience at LAX
Overall a good red eye. Crew chatted very loudly the whole time making it difficult to sleep.
It’s a 2 1/2 hour flight so good and comfort was not my real concern. Safety, easy, fast was what I was looking for. The crews were great, plane was clean, boarding from CBX was fantastic! Definitely traveling this way again.
Is was a good short flight with some turbulence! I would fly Volaris again.
We had boarding passes for the next flight but we could not catch the flight in the small airport just because volaris closed the boarding at the counters an hour before for which we had to sepnd almost 3+ hours to catch next flight. There are hardly anyone who can speak english, but thank God, we have found an young man who could not only speak English but helped us book for the next flight. The air crafts are noisy and scary sometimes to hear that squeeking noises during the take off and during the flight. They do not even offer a cup of coffee for free in flight. The prices are super high and the services are zero. That’s pretty much for this airlines in summary.
Unfortunately it was not a good flight got canceled had to be at the airport all night long to get a different flight to another airport my first flight with Volaris was very bad. Poor services

The flight was delayed by two hours. I had paid for extended leg room. Due to the delay, the plane was different and I didn't end up having extended leg room. I finally was able to reach Volaris on Whats App and they gave me an airline credit. I wanted a refund to the credit card since I hardly ever fly Volaris. Other than that, it was a very comfortable flight.
In Mexico charges too much for my luggage and I ask for help and nothing one lady she just disappeared 😡😡😡😡😡never going to fly there
Confusion over extra fees. Held up on ramp during boarding. Thin seat cushion. Minimal leg room.
