So I waited for 38 minutes, watching an empty TSA line and then listened as my flight pre-boarded, , boarded and took Off without me. Then I had to buy an American airlines Ticket to reach san diego via LAX 5 hours Later. Alaska was a big let down this time."

When I got back to my seat to retrieve my things a man from the cleaning crew had one of the bags I had under my seat. I had $500 cash in my wallet that my husband gave me to deposit in the bank upon my arrival. When i asked the guy why he had my bag he said he was security and he thought I left. I felt that was odd because people were still exiting the plane. I grabbed my things and left. I didn't realize my money was taken until i got my rental car. That was the only time my bag was left unattended. I have never experienced this before and was so disappointed in my ingnorance. Since it was cash, my colleagues told me I would most likely be wasting my time."

The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

Could the zones instead reflect both location of seat and area of plane, so that those with window seats at the back board first, then middle seats, then aisle? That way if aisle seats fill first, seated people are not stepping back into the aisle to accommodate others needing to get a seat in that row, while everyone on the gang way must wait for the aisle to clear."

Was in 1st class and didn't get beverage service after boarding. Then, the plane sat on a remote taxiway another 30 minutes before takeoff, fully loaded, no A/C, and still no beverage service. Truly miserable hot and sweaty flight."

I have to travel quite a bit as of late for work, I am doing all i can to Avoid using American. There were others on the flight that paid for first class that didn't pay as much as me and i was stuck in boarding group 6. It really feels as though American is only in it for the dollars, not the customer service."

Why did you say you could check the bags through, then? 3. The long, ridiculous AA boarding process consisting of 9 groups and 2 short lanes, taking about 20 minutes to get 30 people outside. 4. 30 people wander around outside on the tarmac, trying to find a sign for Albuquerque. 5. BAGGAGE HANDLERS tell some of the passengers that the planes have been switched, and we should now board the plane marked Flagstaff. 6. Gate agents come outside, receive information from -- again -- BAGGAGE HANDLERS -- and then tell everyone to go back inside. 7. Once inside, gate agents tell passengers they have no idea what is going on, where they will be departing from, or when. 8. Gate agents tell passengers to go through the (long, ridiculous) boarding process a second time, and get on the second plane on the left. 9. A couple of PASSENGERS remind the gate agent that the baggage handlers specifically said that plane was not going to Albuquerque. 10. Gate agents change their minds, and tell passengers to get on a different plane. 11. We finally get on the damn plane."

They had no flights that would get us home on the same day, then claimed that since 12 hours had elapsed, we had to repay to check bags. During the flight, they had non stop commercials for their credit card. Ugh"

Albuquerque Airline staff were rude, dismissive, incompetent, and each individual I spoke with gave me wildly differing information. The two delays (leading to approximately 48 hours of travel) would have been stressful enough, but the callous, ignorant and unprofessional attitudes of American Airlines staff (and staff in general at Chicago O'Hare Airport) really disappointed me. This was even more striking compared with the professional service I received from British Airways (from whom I purchased the tickets). I was ashamed that my country could lag so far behind in terms of basic customer service and problem solving."

Upon return to Albuquerque from Denver bag was not on my flight so I had to hang out in Albuquerque although, I live an hour away because I have prescription meds in my checked bag I need to take 4 times daily. Would not fly United again"

A 2nd attendant was able to move me to a front row where there was space for him to sit on the floor in front of me."

I was rescheduled on a flight home and was forced to sit in the row in front of the bathroom by the window. Likely the most cramped seat on the aircraft. I literally could not sit upright with out my head striking the wall. To top it all off they lost my bag. After hours of wrangling with the baggage folks it could not be located in their computer system at all. I was told they could only reimburse for $3,500. Needless to say I had some expensive camera equipment in my checked luggage and was not too excited about this reimbursement cap. By some miracle the bag ended up at my home destination. It was off in the corner of baggage claim. No tag on it, no one standing around it, no one knew anything about it. I just happen to walk by it on my way out of the airport. Horrible experience. I think I’ll stick with the other airlines in the future."

When we went to the Frontier desk to re-book on another flight, the attendant told us she could get us to New Orleans (we were going to New York) - NOT HELPFUL. We ended up booking another flight on Delta to get us home."

I like the early flight time from SFO and option to arrive into ORD at a reasonable hour."

The service charge for carry on is not favorable. I dislike arriving early into Chicago and having to wait on the run way for over 15-20 min before we can get to a gate. Defeats the early arrival."
