One checkin and gate attendant was very nice. Another was just making everyone check their bags and slowing down the boarding too. This was an A310 so good over bin space. Seats kind of weird, cushion sticking up in the back pushing forward
The food on my AA flights was horrible, it wasn't filling either. Additionally, my bag was delayed and was damaged when delivered. However, the airline made it impossible for me to file a complaint. Had a stressful travel as multiple flights were delayed, causing unnecessary stress due to fear of missing connecting flights. Awful experience. Experience with British Airways was better than American.
I wouldn’t like to have been told what gate I would connect at ahead of time. It was rather stressful, considering the fact that I only had an hour turnaround time between flights
Luggage did not make it onto my plane. Business seats were economy with empty row seat. Just horrible experience. Why would the company allow for transfers that don’t give employees enough time to transfer luggages??
For an long range economy flight I feel more space and more meal options need to be offered for flights over 5 hours
The check in agents in PHL and gate agents had to have been the rudest women that I have ever encountered; the agent weighing the bags at check in screamed continuously at all of the guests as did the woman at the gate.I have Executive Platinum status with AA and fly a lot with AA but these ladies were the absolute worst I had the displeasure to encounter!
Because of Marseilles' antiquated process of checking passports, we headed for London nearly missed our flight. In fact five people did and had to have their bags removed from the plane as boarding had closed. As I recall the seating gave us a little more leg room than the seating going from London to DFW on American.
B-class on an old plane with antiquated amenities and poor service. Landed in Rome w/o bag that didn’t make the connection (plenty of time in London). Bag will come to hotel NOT the day it lands but the following night!! Still waiting for bag…BA had nothing to offer in support and couldn’t even tell me their comp, told to submit receipts and then I’ll learn what is or isn’t covered.
It's a long flight and that is always difficult. I was comfortable and well. The movies available were great and the crew was good.
Premium Economy Good crew, good service, excellent food. Seat back screen just not bright enough.
There was an older steward, he is top notch. He is very attentive at the passengers. I do not know his name. Thank you to him.
Good was great. Some of the older crew were grumpy and not customer friendly.

Service and food was amazing. Aircraft configuration is weird - stare at a stranger at take off and landing, during flight someone is crawling over your seat. It was lame.
BA Canceled this flight and put us on a flight leaving Aberdeen at 8:00 PM, delaying our return to the states by a full day. The cancellation caused us expenses in both Aberdeen and London and BA was completely unhelpful on the phone and at the airport.
First time flying with them! Loved it! Specially the schedule from Miami and being able to come back directly to New Orleans :)
They lost my luggage on my way to Namibia (I was unable to review that flight as I was in the bush/off line) It took 3 days to get my bag and I had to pay $375.00 to have it transported to my location as it was over 100 Kilometers from that Airport and the local Airlink carrier would not got that far.
Unable to check in online until the morning of flight. No early baggage check available nor any BA personnel present. Poor customer service.
Boarding process was chaotic. Confusion over Boarding gates: gate 55 or gate 56 ???. Unnecessary standing in long lines to board. Better to call out Boarding groups one at a time and everyone else to sit. Airline only has 2 Boarding groups 1-3 and 4-9. That causes over crowding and chaos
Lady next to me was coughing profusely the entire flight, other lady moved seats because of it, 8 hours of that during an overnight flight is a bit much.
