I am happy to do this review and share my opinion about Dynamic Airlines. First let me start with my trip out of the USA 1. The workers was the worst of bunch of employees I have ever seen the were rude unprofessional group of people I have ever seen. They didn't have much patience and they all worker laughing and talkingredients amongst themselves. 2. The woman/supervisor in charge was the nasty boss I have ever met her behavior was just plain horrible the was she barked at the workers disrespectfully and her choices of words was ear deafening if I had to recommend this flight I would gave it a zero and the aircraft was dirty and smelly and I think if I am paying for my flight I should at least be comfortable and what happen to the food there was none I didn't even get a drink of water. On my way back the flight left Guyana at 5pm and I got out the airport at least 1am wow what a five hours flight.
We boarded quickly.
The crew members were kind, and the captain tried to help me.
The seats were fine.
The snack was ok.
The crew unnecessarily took my carryon and checked it when there was PLENTY of space in the overhead compartment.
I wasn't too comfortable in the bathroom.
I wouldn't call the snack "food." I was a bit hungry.
I don't remember any entertainment.
I guess the shocks on the plane are gone because the landing was rough.
Crew was very professional despite challenges
Check-in process was chaotic
There was not enough staff available to help or answer questions
There was no clear delineation of lines, people were everywhere
Checking in took almost 90 mins....and then there was Security
As the time came closer to departure, there was no rep to help move Flight passengers to the top of the Security line. More poor planning considering the check-in.
The boards through-out the airport showed a 3:45PM departure for my 4:30 PM flight. Lots of panic on the long security line.
They don't give any food for the passengers to eat no tv not even radio very unprofessional they even had us sitting in the plane for 4 hours on the tarmac without saying anything the pilot didn't see anything or apologize for the delay would never use their services again
