Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
Caribbean airline sucks… they have a promotion to bring 60lbs in your suitcase.. meanwhile when you reached your destination (JFK)… your suitcase didn’t show up. They had too much weight so the suitcase was left in Guyana… like WTF????? Stupid promotion.. just like the uneducated people working with the airline. The representative said there is nothing she can do about it… will not use them again.
Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR
Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..
The food wasn’t good. Need better food. There wasn’t any entertainment.

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.
We booked Caribbean Plus and Business Class.. The problem was that in Toronto the staff we would collect our bags in POS, but we had to pick up our luggage in GEO, do immigration, and customers, and go from one terminal to the other with all our suitcases and 2 kids.. Not nice and not cool. Wont do that layover in GEO again
The Wifi was not working. No screens and it was a very ancient plane
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself and that was the highlight. Unfortunately, the flight was really turbulent which had no impact on how effective the crew was. However, I am disabled and should have boarded the flight first, but that wasn't the case. They also decided to take my bag at the gate because I had one too many and upon my picking it up at JFK it along with my rollator had been damaged. I am a vegan so the didn't have a proper meal for me and I was unable to view the entertainment because I didn't receive a set of headphones and if I needed to supply my own I wasn't made aware of that either. The crew was great, but overall everything was pretty lackluster.
Food horrible, even because there was no food the personal was rude and show off and the landing and take off ,was an adventure.

It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
The plane was spartan, the seats not that comfortable. It was like flying a super low budget airline. They charged for coffee!!! I have never, ever experienced that before.
we had flown from Okinawa and had breakfast in Okinawa. There were issues with the plane so service was postponed. I asked a crew member if we could get something to eat as I was very hungry. Shevwas so nice that shev brought nuts for all of us. The sad part is that thevnuts were stale but I was hungry so I ate them. My side of the rew was really very nice. Both my wife and I travel quite a bit even though we cannot lift our bags as we get help. My wife asked her dso=ide crew if she could help put up the computer bag. She told he that its not her job. Oh well
Excellent service. Flight attendance like Jessica,, on our flight, is a reason I wouldn’t mind flying through British Airways again. Jessica,, was very courteous and helpful.
Agency very bad had to cancelled my booking too many changes in the flight changed my flight to 1 week
The middles seats on the 777 airplane are very small. I am only five feet tall and my knees were touching the seat in front of me and the is no leg room if you have a person item under the seat. The food was horrible, spicy sauces, tasteless bread, and wilted/brown lettuce. Keep it simple. The staff was mediocre., one minute loud and chastising, and the other friendly. We liked how clear and easy to understand the entry process in to the US was.
Our flight from JFK to Madrid was delayed. We had to go from one side of the Madrid airport (Terminal 4s to the far end of terminal 4 - Gate K98) to our gate in less than 30 minutes. Put passport control and security/baggage check and that’s very hard unless you’re Usain Bolt. I called Iberia Airlines and the telephone customer service told me that I was going to have to pay to re-book. Luckily the help desk in the airport (who was dealing with dozens of people from the same JFK-Madrid flight) did not charge us extra to reschedule to a flight 8 hours later. They also gave us a voucher for breakfast and lunch. Glad the actual person at the airport had some actual sense.
The seats were roomier than other airplanes I’ve been on.
Checking-in in Barbados was excellent, connecting in JFK to JAX was a nightmare, had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my check bag. After receiving my checked bag and going to the gate to check in for my flight to Jax the crew there had no clue. They first told me that I had missed the flight and had to rebooked.. after trying to speak with JetBlue reservations (without luck) I was asked to leave my Phone number for a recall, I did so and my call was returned after 15 hours. I finally looked at the information board and saw the flight that I was originally scheduled for was still at the gate. I alerted an JetBlue employee of my findings and was told to rush to the gate and see if I could still board. The agent at the boarding gate apparently was having a very bad day, after lecturing me on how late I was (which was not a fault of mine) let me on the flight. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER fly JetBlue ever in my life again.

Horrible - for the first time in my life i was denied boarding an international flight because the name used on my ticket - Josh - was not exactly the same as my passport - Joshua. At no time during ticketing, online check-in, or at the airport flying from Boston to NY was i notified of a problem. It was only at boarding from NY to Costa Rica I was informed of the problem and by then it was too late. After missing the flight I was told by airport Jet Blue staff, including a supervisor, that it was my problem and they could not assist because i bought "the cheapest fare". i was hung up on twice by JetBlue customer service, including once by a supervisor. I blame Kayak and your awful partner ChatDeal for even allowing me to purchase an international ticket without verifying this - you effectively sold me a ticket i could not use. Shame on you and shame on ChatDeal for doing nothing to help me resolve the situation. What a scam.
Probably won't be traveling with JetBlue again. The planes for both flights were so old; I was honestly nervous it was going to hold up. The screens had so much static. I couldn't change the volume and my movie changed to Portuguese five minutes in and refused to switch back to English. Onboarding process on the way back was utter chaos.
Ask flight attendants to make normal temperature. It was freezing very uncomfortable. No one want to lessen to you.
Complete and total debacle from start to finish. HUGE mistake picking this airline. NEVER again! Rudest staff in the business.

Every time I leave from sti Dominican Republic, there is always a delay with a flight , causing a rush to make it to the next flight considering you have to go threw immigration

Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
Avianca is not what it used to be. So disappointing
why did we have to go through security mid flight
A few years ago long flights 6 hours or so used to have video screens and they offered ear phones. The food cart used to come and drinks. Now absolutely nothing. Avianca is as bad as Spirit Airlines. Avianca will now be my last choice when booking my next flight.
Same experience, very poor food, drinks or entertainment while flying. There are some products offered to buy but only using debit or credit cards . No friendly for seniors or people without cards.
Poor In food , poor in entertainment , passengers don’t get for free not even water
