Ot was overall fine. Left on time and had basic snacks. Weather was finicky but that’s not the airlines fault.

Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.

We boarded late. The crew at the airport was dismissive. The seat cushion on the plane was uncomfortable.

Very thoughtful flight attendant offered me water immediately since I had run to make my connection.

Door to door, the crew and staff were amazing. It was a stressful travel day with delays, but they were focused on customers and doing what they could to get us to our destinations.

This flight leg was fantastic - super comfortable and a great selection of things to watch on the TV. Staff were excellent, really above and beyond.

Not enough veg food available for passengers. I actually did not get the veg food and was told it was over, and I starved the entire flight duration.

The LH flight was great except for the delay at boarding. It should be announced well in tme.

Could have said yes to a glass of wine 🍷 instead of saying we'll come around in a couple of hours

Inoperable monitor left no entert for 9 hours. Crew was not helpful Food was awful.
