I got denied boarding bevause they said they "ran out of seats on a plane"
3 hours delay, non comunicated until past the time of original boarding, no assistance, witnessed land crew shouting at a passenger
Flights were on time. The crew was efficient and friendly.
I hate Ryanair and have decided never to fly with them again, they treat you like animals on the way to slaughter and they never take responsibility for their errors and lousy service.
On time, no announcement all along the flight, you can rest.

Bag check in was terrible. Arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes ahead of required time and then waited 50 minutes in line to check ONE bag. There were 4 employees standing around as only two were checking bags and there were 6 gates available to check bags. Process is terrible. Lack of customer concern and service.
The boarding process was fast and easy , but the airport sign was not up on the board, so it was hard to know the correct gate , on the airplane there was NO Snacks and NO water …. Everything needs to be purchase …. It’s not worthy for the price we paid !
Kudos to the staff for their patience and professionalism. Next time, please stop serving alcohol to Romanian male passengers who are clearly not able to drink with measure. Appalling behavior.
