Cons: "Attentiveness of the stewardesses: I had to repeatedly ask for things over and over Stewardess manners: when I gently and lightly touched the stewardess elbow as she was passing by and was seated while in air to make a request she looked at me like how dare you touch me like she was appalled."

Got on next flight, 5 hours later, the literal last row of the plane right in front of the bathroom, you know, those seats that don't recline? Travelling with a cranky two year old, made pains to select seats for maximum child comfort and it all flew out the window. Arrived at destination and sat, again, waiting for a gate. Signed up for sky miles previously based on good experiences, but this was one lane thing after another. Advice? Don't act like you're doing me a favor when asking people to check bags cause then it's "free"."

Pros: "Two Delta agents a kiosk assistance were not aware of the Hurricane Irma policy of waiving baggage fees to my destination. I informed them that the website indicated it would waive baggage fees to certain destinations if checked in at the airport before a certain date. Another Delta agent nearby had to show them a copy of the policy before I could get my baggage fees waived."

Cons: "LEX to ATL to GRU did NOT happen because the LEX flights were delayed to the point of missing the ATL connection. While Delta re-booked me on United, my flight arrived 3 hours later than scheduled (so transportation plans had to change), my bag did not successfully move from the Delta flight to the United flight (and was thus delayed in getting to GRU) AND once the bag was received, 4 shirts had been stolen. While a delay/theft claim has been filed with United, this could all have been avoided if the Delta flights had been on time."

"For a delayed flight, and one that most choose because of the amenities, no one apologized for the lack of amenities. A simple, “we are truly sorry” announced to everyone would have gone miles. Instead, the crew kept trying to almost conceal the total lack of available entertainment and even feign like it might “sort of work” until the last minute. I was traveling with my life partner, who intended upon and did work the whole flight (despite zero internet, even for the little time avail that we are aware of when traveling to/from PR), but also with a just turned 6 year old who had been looking forward to using “his own” screen for the last 2 weeks. Underwhelming to say the least. The crew’s apathy didn’t help."

I had work and responsabilities the next day. TThe scheduled trip was supposed to take off at 7:45. Boarding started late and was very slow. My bag fit the meassurements and still was forced to check it (which I did not want to do as I did not want to be waiting an hour for my bag at my arrival as I had work early the next day. In addition there was airplaine traffic as it was "rush hour" instead of flying at 7:45 we departed almost at 9pm!!!! Have to pay for food Quality of tv monitors very poor And in an uncomfortable position No movie options No wifi although stated the aircraft has Non functioning electrical plug"

My fight from San Juan to Miami on Friday Oct. 7 was cancelled because of hurricane Matthews, since I didnot buy a roundtrip with AA they did not reimburse or offer me a credit for my returning flight. I contacted AA in two ocassions and both times their personnel were impersonal and even rude to me with the whole situation. I ended up losing $250 because of choosing American Airlines. I will do my best to avoid traveling with American ever again, and I will spread the word, as well. I felt robbed, so unfair."

The female crew members, a dark haired woman and a short blond haired woman both would have ignored me if the other two people seated by me did not also try to get their attention. The dark haired woman gave the guy next to me headphones and when I held out my hand she just looked at me and walked away as if she'd been called away. Which she hadn't she came back and started with the row immediately behind us and the guy next to me was nice enough to give me his. Also after nearly waiting 4 hours, 9 minutes before boarding we were given food vouchers and told to "run and hurry" and get food "to go" so most people didn't even bother using the vouchers because of that. I've had better flights with American Airlines, I just didn't know this one would be so poor. Definitely way below average expectations."

Habia un problema con el avion o la torre del vuelo miami hacia san juan PR. Nos ofrecieron estadia en un hotel supuestamente ellos corrian con los gastos ya q se atraso el vuelo y no fue culpa de ningun pasajero segun nos dijo una señorita del counter, resulta ser q el hotel fue el piso del aeropuerto de miami x 8 horas!!! Wow a la verdad q nos vieron la cara de bobos y nos cojieron de bobos tambien. Q trato mas injusto. No volveremos a viajar por AMERICAN AIRLINES asi mismo le dejaremos saber a todo el mundo el trato de esta linea con los pasajeros. Gracias a esto nos agravamos la espalda, costillas. Por culpa de ellos por tratarnos como basura. Eso no se hace!!!! Despues q estabamos sentados en el avion el piloto no llegaba y nos tuvieron q bajar del avion, esperar a que llegara otro piloto para volvernos a montar en el avion!!! Q mala coordinacion!! Esto es una falta de respeto!! Esta linea AMERICAN AIRLINES ES UNA PORQUERIA!!! No volvemos a viajar por esta linea JAMAS!!! Irresponsables!!"

Pros: "The United App is a must. Having so many movie and tv options made the flight breeze by."
Cons: "The cabin was so uncomfortably hot. After passing by a second time with the drink cart, there was still another two hours left on our 4.5 hour flight. I hit the button to request a flight attendant, and after 15 minutes, one finally answered. I asked for water, and they stood over me while I drank it so they could trash the cup."

"Flight from Denver to Salt Lake City was cancelled. I didn’t fly anywhere this past weekend."

"The pilot somewhat made up for the delay by arriving to my destination in record time. A more frequent update as it relates to the delay should have been given. The cost of the ticket was reasonable but they made up for the cost by making you pay for your carry on luggage."

Pros: "The price, not the charges for the luggage, carry ons."
Cons: "Less repeated opportunities to sign up for the additional charges for carry-on, seat selections which was overkill. There are enough solicitous emails to dodge without having to say no to the same question over and over. It seems sneaky, breeding mistrust. We were delayed about 30 min. because of a crew change, had to wait for the crew to arrive. I don't understand this- if I knew the flight was leaving a month earlier, why couldn't the airline have crew there to fly the plane as scheduled?"

Cons: "The flight was fully booked during Covid. I just flew the other weekend with another airline and felt safe. I can not believe how gross and I safe I felt on this flight. I will never fly Frontier again."

Cons: "Nothing!! First time flying with a broken leg...wheelchair, emotional animal, crutches...you guys were AMAZING!"

Cons: "Seats were made of hard plastic and did not recline. No radio or TV. No free food offered. Waited hours as they had to locate a mechanic, repair an armrest and then do the paperwork to prove that he had finishes the armrest!"

Cons: "If you want a snack you have to pay for it. Even Water will cost you. The prices are reasonable for a plane ride though. Seats are very close together unless you get the exit row. Each bag you bring cost you unless you are active duty military. Active duty gets one checked bag for free but you have to take it to the ticket counter the day of the flight. A carry on will cost you. Pay before you get to the airport. Both flights I took were 30-45 minutes late due to the plane being cleaned. The luggage was also slow coming down. An airport employee told me that 2 other major airlines bump Frontier a lot when it comes to unloading luggage but I didn’t confirm that with Frontier."

Pros: "It boarded and left on time."
Cons: "I think it’s ridiculous to pay $40 per bag! It took a long time for the fasten seat belt to go off so people could get up to the bathroom. One of the flight attendants had no problem getting on the overhead speaker to yell at people if they were up."

Cons: "Literally watched gal shut the door and I missed my flight. There is only one flight to Denver all day. Makes no since at all. No stand by. Employees only. Pissed. Pissed. Pissed. Just wish there was another option. Seems resiculous"

Cons: "My flight was delay and they told me I was going to have time to get my second plane to Orange County California, when got to my lay over my plane was still there but the tunnel gate was closed. The tunnel was still connected to the plain but nobody to assist me. The plane stood there for about 20 minutes and nobody helped. Then once the plane left went to customer service and encountered a unapologetic lady that gave me the option to go either to LAX to get there at 9:30 pmor San Diego at 10:00 pm but I was suppose to get to Orange County at 3 pm, when i had a 9 month pregnant wife at home who couldn't drive due to been due any moment. I ended up going to LAX and getting there past 10 pm was not able to find anyone to pick me up on a Saturday night so had to take an Uber to OC which cost me about $90+ and frontier did nothing for me, just gave me a voucher for $15 to eat while I waited for the LAX flight. As we all know food is expensive at airports what can I possible buy with $15 besides fast food. And no offense to fast food but I'm a 6'6" and 230 lbs I need to eat a little more than a Big Mac meal."

Cons: "Turbulence"

Pros: "This was the most economical flight even with the add ons."
Cons: "Even though there are many add ons, price total was still least expensive. Flight was comfy; no issues. I'd fly this airline again."

Pros: "Seats have great leg space and are so comfortable !"

Cons: "Seats and traytables are both issues. Uncomfortable and made for a rough trip even with a short flight time"

Pros: "The booking never said anything about charging for a carry-on. They simply said you were allowed one carry-on and one personal bag. Then they hit you up another $40 at the gate. It's a cheap shot. The flight was five hours delayed with no explanation. Never again. I missed my frontier connection and they couldn't get me to San Diego for two days. Plus, they would not pay for a hotel in Denver. They abandoned us."

Pros: "Thank you so much for a safe flight. One of the better ones I have had when flying! I appreciate the safety of the pilot and the crew meeting our needs."

Cons: "For some reason, it was extremely hot on our flight. There were times throughout the flight when it felt like someone kept turning the air off and it was uncomfortably hot! It wasn't just me because the man next to me was fanning himself with a piece of paper. I also hated the hidden costs for baggage! I ended up paying $200 extra!"

Pros: "I arrived at LAS at 6am and was at the gate around 7am. I was informed by an employee that the flight had been delayed to 10:15am instead of 7:15am. The plane left without me at 7:31 with no announcements. I was sitting across from the terminal charging my phone. The agents told me it was my fault and refused to put me on the next flight. This is the 2nd time I've been burned by frontier. The first time I said I'd give them another chance. That was this trip. I will never fly them again."

Pros: "I eventually got to my destination."
Cons: "My flight was delayed for nearly three hours. While it was not the crews' fault, the way they handled the situation was far from professional. Updates on our situation were sporadic and sparse. Moreover, once our flight received the go-ahead, the crew essentially reprimanded the passengers for not getting on the plane fast enough. I have heard that the crew does not get paid until the door on the plane closes, but their behavior was unacceptable. Their customer service did not improve during the flight. To top it off, the plane was also awfully dirty. Frontier bills itself as a bargain airline, but when you add in the cost to select your seat and the cost for your carry on, the price gets awfully close to any other major airline. Given Frontier's very poor service, the small amount of money you save is not worth it."

Pros: "Nothing about my flight was good. Our plane left late because frontier overbooked. So we were late arriving in Denver. I was asked to move seats because frontier messed up a family's seating assignment. Then when we arrived in Denver we sat in the plane for almost an hour because our gate wasnt available for our plane because we were late. I will NEVER fly frontier again. Terrible experience. I want my money back."

Pros: "Friendliness of my Mothers assistance with her wheelchair."
Cons: "The delays were ridiculous."

Cons: "My 87 year old mother's flight was cancelled Tues. the 20th and no flight before Sat., Christmas Eve, was offered. I understand a weather delay, but 5 DAYS!! Will never fly your Frontier airline again and letting anyone that asks know too. Very disappointed!"

Pros: "Boarding was smooth and the crew was good."
Cons: "Most uncomfortable seating out there. Really bad operations with frequent delays and mishaps. We sat on the tarmac for an hour waiting for our gate to clear. I guess it was a surprise to them that a plane was coming in on time."

Cons: "Got to airport, showed flight wasl on time. Get to gate find out flight delayed from screen behind boarding gate. All official Frontier sites say on time. Finally after about an hour all official screens show flight delayed 4 hours. (initial delay was 6). 2 hours after that a person from Frontier came to our gate. explained that plane was replaced in Cleveland. They did give us 10,oo vouchers but by that time we all had pretty much eaten."

Pros: "Low price was great. It had everything I needed which was a flight to where I wanted to go. It didn't have any additional amenities but the lower price was worth it."
Cons: "You get what you pay for. No entertainment. No complimentary drinks or snacks. A fee for a carry on bag. All of these however are unnecessary so it was fine."

Cons: "Where do I start... The seats don't recline, paying for carry on and checked luggage, paying to choose seat, no entertainment, no drinks offered. Frontier should be more upfront with their business model. At least spirit airlines lets you know upfront that there will be multiple fees at booking. Frontier used to be my favorite, now they are my least favorite."

Cons: "Due to arriving early we had to wait onboard for a gate to exit the plane. THEN we had to wait one and a half hours to obtain our baggage."

Pros: "We flew through terrible turbulence and did not crash. Landing alive is always nice."
Cons: "No in flight entertainment at all. Seat did not recline (and it was not an exit row) so it made sleeping almost impossible. Had to pay extra for EVERYTHING, carry on luggage, choosing a seat, etc. Even coffee and soft drinks were extra! Only water was free. Will try to never fly Frontier again."

Pros: "I like that the plane didn't crash."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed for 3 hours, a major inconvenience, gotto Denver at 2am insteadof 10pm as expected. They gave us $25."

Cons: "It took over an hour and a half for our bags to reach the baggage claim. I could have carried my own bag from the plane way faster than that. Made us miss our arrangements in Denver. Poor service."

Cons: "Initially scheduled for much earlier in the day and was moved later about a week ago the. Got delayed 2 hours in PDX today. them sitting after midnight on runway with no gate assigned"

Cons: "They nickel and dime you, terrible leg room, chairs don't recline"

Pros: "The flight attendant was hysterical! We enjoyed her commentary the best! The seats are fairly roomy, actually."

Pros: "The original price of my ticket. That's about it! Oh, and that the desk clerk at the airport was smart enough to give me a stamp to get through the express line at security because she knew even the hour I had given myself as a buffer was not long enough with the one security scanner they had open for spring break traffic."
Cons: "Really didn't like the bait and switch with the ticket. How can you list one price and then weeks later send me an email asking me to then buy a seat - I'm not buying that with my ticket?! And tell you flight attendants not to the rub it in people's faces who are over six feet tall when they didn't want to spend $35 extra dollars for the leg room they NEED! Also, your zone system for loading is absolutely ludacris and makes boarding slower than it ever needs to be. Thanks for making a bad situation even worse. After sharing my experiences with my friends on Facebook and Instagram, those friends who didn't already know how crappy you were and commiserated with me let me know they were either trying to change their tickets or would avoid your airline in the future."

Cons: "I was not allowed to e-check in... you don't participate in TSA Precheck and to add insult to everything else, when I showed up to the ticket counter to check in (because you don't allow e-check in) I was charge for my carry on bag. ... obviously the reason you don't allow e-check in. Who travels without a bag??? this is absolutely absurd. On the plane I was even charged for coffee and a glass of water... pathetic... When I asked why they parroted the obviously programmed response that management trained them to say "we're required to charge for that, it's our business model". On the way back I was again forced to check in at the ticket counter. I was asked if I wanted to check my bag or if I was going to carry on... I said carry on and the agent did not charge me. When I was boarding the plane the agent pulled me out of line and made me wait until an agent could come to the counter. They told me that the fact that the ticket counter agent didn't charge me was them not doing their job but that they were going to charge me $60 for the bag despite the fact that they "normal" fee is $45. I asked why I was being penalized because the agent didn't do their job????? Their response was "that's our business model". So let me get this straight, the model is mislead me into buying your ticket with what looks like a cheaper price, then don't let me e-check so that the ticket counter can "forget" to charge me the bag fee so that you can charge me more when I have no choice at the boarding gate..... then when I'm good and mad and trapped on your crappy jump seat (that doesn't recline) you charge me for water... You're airlines scumbag tricks and hidden fees are insulting and I hope people see this before they get suckered into buying from you.... You suck suck suck... and I'll NEVER use you again."
