Cons: it would be great if you could not use all those one-use plastic cups. waste is a real issue in the US and the solution is using re-usable items like washable cups. Unboarding was a nightmare and it started to get really hot waiting to get off.

Pros: Delta, as always, comes through! Although my original flight was delayed, Delta provided the option to rebook on another DL flight at no additional cost. They made it super easy! As always, the crew was friendly, helpful and professional! Thanks!
Cons: They could improve the boarding process.
Cons: The female staff at the desk where the luggage is dropped and boarding passes are issued was very rude. A little smile makes a difference vs being rude to customers. Apparently she needed to know that she is getting paid because customers like us choose to fly AA or BA
Pros: The Crew was great. Very courteous and respectful.
Cons: Better communication. Flight was delayed but passengers were not notified right away. We were notified after we were supposed to have boarded already.

Pros: Arrived early with great service which is most important when flying.
Cons: Entertainment was not on par with competitors like Delta, especially on a long flight. Movies depended on downloading the gogo app before you boarded which most were not aware of until we were airborne.
Cons: Economy cabin is not meant for anyone over 6' tall. Worst seats I have experienced on any airline. My knees were jammed against the seat on front of me the entire flight. The seats lacked cushion. My legs became numb 20 minutes into the flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced.
Cons: The plane was cramped and uncomfortable. I also don’t like all the additional baggage fees tacked on to the original ticket price. I didn’t expect that when i first bought the tickets.
Pros: The crew on my flight it self did a great job but comfort is not there. I don’t think I’ll fly with Frontier anymore. It’s not worth the hassle.
Cons: The experience was aweful, simple language purchase took me two days to get. 1 days of stress figuring out how to buy my carry online. 45 min wait to talk to someone. The good thing was the call center representative was patient and help me out, if not for her I would’ve have to spend more than $650
Pros: Really nice crew, I loved my seat assignment, Swift and easy boarding.
Cons: Comfier seats
Pros: Crew kept us updated on everything.
Cons: No complimentary food or drink. Seat was small and tight.
Pros: There is a dispute going on about who cleans the planes and so the crew won’t help thereby placing the customer in the middle of the dispute. 45 minutes late because of this nonsense.
Cons: Someone clean the damn plane and get the PAYING customers on their way.
Cons: The flight was delayed and it ended up being delayed for 4 hours and we had to take a cab to Detroit to catch our flight to Europe
Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: It would have been better if the flight wasn’t 3 hours late.
Pros: It wasn’t delayed 3 hours like the first flight
Cons: Departing on time
Pros: Good crew. Ample legroom.
Cons: Plane was delayed by more than an hour.
Cons: I really like more legs room and comfort and crew member were very good and helpful. Regarding food I say it’s just ok.
