Flight was fine.
My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom.
Very grateful they moved me to an earlier flight when mine was delayed due to weather. Impressed with entertainment options.
Seeing as I’m still waiting for my flight, more than five hours later I am not inclined to rank it highly. This airport is an embarrassment and I will try my best to never fly Delta again. Weather is no excuse for this.
Boarding was fine. And service was good.
TV controls didn’t work. So I couldn’t watch anything for the 4+ hour flight.
When the passenger in front reclines their seat it was in my face The legroom wasn’t terrible but I had a hard time even reading since it was so close
The crew are always excellent.
The comfort is horrible. Airline companies keep shrinking the seats and charging more. Also they keep serving less food. And flight changes.
Smooth boarding, the crew was really nice (and it didn't hurt that they were generous with the wine).

New plane, 737-Max. More fuel efficient, quieter, more in-cabin luggage storage.

Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!
The crews were very kind and friendly.
I bought a ticket for ANA but my flight was United. It was ok but I payed extra to get flight with ANA so I was disappointed a bit.
