Staff and flight attendants were very polite. Flight was smooth. My seat on the plane was a bit broken so it would not stay in upright position but it was fine for the most part.
OK, I don’t expect much from coach class. Everything basically is pretty lousy. But at least I expect my bloody luggage to get from A to B. Tap Airlines lost my luggage and it has been more than 24 hours in Lisbon and they still have not located my luggage. On top of that, they are incredibly unhelpful. They feel actually dismissive. This lousy customer service.
I didn’t have a seat assignment and my seat was very dirty on the flight from Frankfurt to Budapest.
The flight was significantly delayed. The inbound flight from EWR was delayed departing because of mechanical problems. My original departure from CLT was 5:28 pm but due to the delay of the inbound flight, after arrival, deplaning, cleaning, boarding, we did not push back from the gate until 9:00 pm. Once in the air, the flight was smooth and what was originally supposed to be an arrival in ORD at 7:30 pm local time turned out to be 9:35 pm.

Bad food, bad service, cold cabin with no additional blankets when asked for (they told me they don’t provide additional blankets). I’m a frequent traveler and this is one of the worst companies I traveled with (by the way I thought that I booked my ticket with Lufthansa but I didn’t see that the flights were handled by United).
Hotter than Hades in August. Why, why do crews think that in the winter when we are already dressed for cold weather we need a cabin that is 82 degrees. Even the vents were blowing hot air.
Flight is clean and ontime. Crew is friendly. Snack can be better and the internet connection is poor

Our flight from Denver to Honolulu was delayed by close to 4 hrs. The only concession that was offered was a $15 food voucher to be used at the airport. They texted the vouchers after we boarded so there was now way to use them.the food they did serve was cold. I can’t recommend this airline.
Didn’t happe- would have missed connection so we rebooked

Efficiency of supporting mechanical teams who changed a wheel on airplane in minutes. So no delay, and pilot made up the lost minutes in flight. Comfortable seat.
We had multiple delays and a medical incident during the flight. We barely got a glass of water during the over 4 hours we were on the plane. Somehow first class got all of their service. It would be nice if all of your paying customers got the service they paid for.
Horrible experience, delays after delays. A flight that should arrive 11:50pm just landed past 1 am, and another 30min waiting for the baggage to come out. Very disappointing.
Awful. They won’t help me with anything. I booked on American but they abdicated to Iberia. The ticket was overpriced. Everything negative
Delay of 30 minutes, but most of time recovered in flight. Lots of overhead storage, so roller bags could be kept on board and not checked.
Loved the leg room but hate I had to pay to get it!!
My luggage was lost at the airport but American Airlines contacted me and got it to me the next day.
All the above categories was great. Seats entirely too cramped.
It was not British Air, we were put onto Air Portugal for our London to Lisbon leg.
Horrible leg room - coach seating with empty seat in middle on a 3 across seating. You buy business class for comfort which includes leg room. Absolutely no entertainment options either. Awful experience
The on flight entertainment system touch screen system and the USB charger did not work on multiple seats on least 4 seats an in different rows. The attendant tried to reset the system but was un successful. I couldn't change my phone to get my ticket for my next flight. This was an international flight I changed seats and the problem was the same. the flight attendant offered his power bank
Business class was nothing more than Economy with middle seat empty. Uncomfortable seat and leg room. A mom behind me had a 18 month/2 yr old on her lap, who had his feet on my back all the time- while middle seat remained empty. Pretty much not worth the fare. Very disappointed.
When bussing people to/from the gate, don't pack everyone in like a can of sardines and don't send the bus on its way if the plane isn't ready. Waited for about 40 minutes packed in this bus...both ways!
A Perfect 2.5 hr flight. No amenities, but we did not expect any.
Delayed flight by 45 minutes. Need a refund to compensate for the subsequent itinerary changes
The flight was delayed and absolutely packed, we had to dispach our hand luggage which contained some fragile items, luckly nothing was damaged.
