Check-in was efficient and friendly, the flight attendants were warm and attentive, and the food was excellent—a real highlight! The pricing was also fantastic, offering incredible value for the quality of service we received. We loved every part of the journey and will definitely fly with Suriname Airways again. stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable

Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.

A lot things happened in this trip.The fly should be less stress.

Tell people to remain in their seats during the meal/beverage distribution. Enforce boarding by group numbers. No one was checking. Tell people to turn their electronics speakers off. Bigger cups for drinks.

This airline makes you check in in one terminal and then you have to walk to the other terminal. Its messed up

landed in panama it was in terminal one. We had to take a bus to terminal two for customs. Then back to terminal one. It was very frustrating. Then, on the way back from panama it was the same situation. We had to go back and forth between terminals to check in and drop our bags and then to board. When we were leaving, we had to wait in line for the boarding area and go through another gate security process. They told the bottles of water and coffee were bought while in line in the airport after we passed the main security. Ridiculous (and expensive). A much better communication system is needed.

This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!

Horrible experience from start to end. Copa costumer service is non existent. They treat you bad. Everybody tells you different information. We didn’t received our luggage in the 1 day stop we did even we they said if was not going to be a problem. They didn’t respect the seats that we had and spread our family leaving in between of two big people who didn’t leave any space for me and crush me from side to side. I’ll never recommend Copa to anybody.

The flight had a 6 hours delay. This should not happen to anyone. Airlines should provide an alternative with no additional costs.

Paid for wifi but it didn't work once. Seats were incredibly cramped and passengers sitting in front was reclined the entire time and staff did nothing

Did not know that they didn’t have screens for entertainment. I didn’t have headphones so I couldn’t watch anything on my phone.

I was stuck in Miami for 24 hours! I waited in a line for 3 hours just for a hotel still at the airport. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Boarding was atrocious. Completely unorganized bedlam. Could not understand the person announcing. The PA system sounded like Charlie Brown's parents.

It was awful. My first flight was delayed and as a consequence I lost my second flight to Greensboro. I did not know what to do so I rebook myself a flight to Charlotte . It was very inconvenient I not to have anybody form corporate assisting me either from PwC or from kayak . It is a very disappointing experience that American did not wait 1 minute or told me to rebook before making the first flight

The departure and arrival was on time. The fact that I could load my boarding tickets on the American airlines app.
