Cons: First of all, We were delayed 5 hours, I did not know finnair was operated by American Airlines(I wouldn’t never bought this thickets) we so many issues with AA in the past that we refused to fly with them, on top of all this they were trying to split us up(2 times) I bought 2 ticket for a reason...

Cons: Board planes from the back to front to avoid aisle congestion while boarding.

Pros: Fast boarding, flight relatively smooth, got to my destination pretty quickly as well.

Pros: Right on time

Cons: Wife on board

Pros: Everything was great! On time and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: There is a lot to complain about with this airline. I cannot comment on the comfort, food not entertainment because I missed my flight. Granted the flight missing was not the fault of the airline however I would have imagined that the staff would have told me in no way would I make my flight with the security lines the way they were. Once we made it through we ran the entire length of the airport to try and make the flight in hopes that they might delay the plane. That's is not the whole complaint because it happens. However; my bags flew with the flight I missed. The ticket agent assured us the bags would get to the destination and I could pick them once I arrived on the later flight (through a different airline). When I arrived NO employees where to be found. The "helpline" not helpful not even to tell me if the bags were there and lock and I could get them in the morning. Instead I was talk to condescending and rude, thanks to Kim in Colorado. I stayed the night over since my home is 3 hours from the airport. Next morning at 8:30 I call to speak to someone, helpline again unhelpful. Could not tell me when someone would be there or anything about my bags. I show up the airport. No staff. I waited for an hour and half for a ticket agent. Once I posted on their social media page that I was unhappy that person told me when they would be there and their hours. NOT THE HELPLINE but I already stood around picked up my bags and was out of there. I will never fly this airline. They nickel and dime you and have terrible customer service.

Pros: Easy boarding process, great attitude of staff, nice atmosphere

Pros: Cheap flight. Didn't need food or more than my free travel bag for the weekend so it was perfect.

Cons: Cabin was messy, seats uncomfortable. Glad it was a short flight!

Cons: We paid for comfort plus but the seats were no different than main cabin. Comfort plus experience on other legs was much better.

Cons: Seats are not very comfortable. The standard has decreased: leg room is reduced, and options to gain 1 or 2” of legroom, is so pricey that it feels like ‘highway robbery ‘.

Cons: Gate D60 is the gate from hell. I was told to go to a different number gate 3 times, and no direction board to reference. Worst airport ever. The staff are rude and could not understand most overhead announcements because their accents and talking super fast.

Pros: The seats in first class. But far from adequate amenities for the price paid. There are no USB ports nor are there electric Outlets, yet you're expected to use your own tablet or phone to access their entertainment. When flying across the country that's a little ridiculous in this day and age.

Cons: . If you expect us to use our own devices you need to provide USB port or outlets. This was a coast to coast redeye,Iwas awake the whole flight. 20 min before landing announcement was made to not get up, We were not given time to use the restroom, brush teeth, have coffee before landing. Bad form.

Pros: I liked nothing about Frontier Airlines. Horrible service, cramped seating, unruly passengers and the flight time just kept getting delayed. I never want to fly with them again!

Cons: The food choices aren't really good. Not much to choose from... our flight was short but wouldn't fly for more than 3 hrs.

The flight was delayed and no overhead baggage space. For such a long and delayed flight they gave me one pack of cheez it. Terrible value for money :(

Pros: The male crew member was excellent. He was responsive and speedy with trying to find a solution. He gave me a few flyer miles for my trouble and was empathetic, which is rare.

Cons: The tv/monitor didn’t work so there wasn’t any entertainment for the majority of the flight.

Pros: United Airlines culturally has a very big issue. The crews are not friendly and the seating is awful.

Pros: There is a dispute going on about who cleans the planes and so the crew won’t help thereby placing the customer in the middle of the dispute. 45 minutes late because of this nonsense.

Cons: Someone clean the damn plane and get the PAYING customers on their way.

Cons: American Airlines cancelled this flight and then sent one of my two checked luggages to another flight to Newark from Chicago O'Hare and didn't even think to put me and the luggage I left behind on said flight? Either they should have left both and let me deal with it OR send me on a flight.

Cons: Worst first class service. Only came by twice in two hour flight

Cons: Ear buds that allow me to hear the movies clearly; better equalization of the treble, bass and volume. I had to constantly turn volume up and down because of fluctuations in the movie sound track.
