It was my first trip with BermudAir and a great experience. Organized boarding and the staff were polite and professional. The Bermuda shorts on the male attendants is a nice touch! I look forward to flying with BermudAir again in the near future!
Excellent, as always. Friendly, free in-flight service of drinks and those delicious chocolate chip cookies. Arrived 17 minutes early. However, no in flight entertainment – 2 hours to read a book!
It was perfect! Will try to use BermudAir when it works.

I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

Flight was delayed from San Diego due to being overweight for weather conditions. We missed our connecting flight to our final destination due to the delay, as well as the connecting flight leaving before the scheduled departure time. We missed the connection within 10 - 15 minutes. We were booked on a later flight arriving 7 hours later. There were 7 passengers sharing the same originating and connecting flight.
Horrible, mismanaged ground issue resulting in a long delayed, next flight left early, waiting extra 7 hours in the airport, screen did not work
Wifi on this flight was very sketchy and not available for most of the trip.
I’m on this flight every other week. Same flight, same day of the week, same time of day… Multiple times there are issues getting flight plan registered and FAA approved r to take off. PAPERWORK This is exhausting and it sucks.
Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.

It was a really seamless flight and the entertainment selection was excellent.
Horrible. Flight was delayed for 4 hours first till 7pm. Then for one more hour. Then again and around 9pm we were finally boarded and waited for catering delivery for another hour. At 10pm we were not interested on food at all. Tired, sleepy we arrived after midnight. Insane.
The forward head smelled putrid and urine soaked, worse than any head in even transoceanic flights. The wifi stopped working after about an hour of flight.
Wifi was good on the flight from DCA to Dallas and terrible on the flight from Dallas to Tucson. The forward head in the flight from Dallas to Tucson was putrid smelling entirely urine soaked. The flight from DCA to Dallas was delayed by almost 30 min with a plane change.
As per usual for my flights with American Airlines, One flight was very delayed and caused me to miss my connection and they moved my flight to another day. I called customer support and was moved back to my original day but different flights. My layover flight was delayed by an additional 30 minutes while the flight crew confirmed that the plane was airworthy. Ultimately, it is less hassle to drive 10 hours than to fly 6 hours with American Airlines. I recommend my friends and family to hitch hike over taking this terrible transit.
On time departure was much appreciated. However, as a frequent flyer and American Advantage member, I was as disappointed not to get an aisle seat.
I've never seen such poor lack of information at a gate station in 69 years. The flight from COS was to depart at 12:37pm. At boarding time, the gate agent in the microphone mumbled something completely unintelligible. I understood one word. "mechanical". Nothing else. Absolutely nothing else was reported for the next 1-1/2 hours. Past the time for departure, at 12:37pm, the gate agent simply walked away and the station was left unattended, as all of the passengers waited expectantly. The board still said that the flight was ON TIME. That was hard to believe since it was then well past 12:37pm and we all were sitting at the gate and there was absolutely no gate agent anywhere in site. I stopped an employee who was standing somewhere else and said that we can use some information. Much later, the same gate agent said that he will have information for us about 5 minutes but he "doesn't know any more than you do." Of course, five minutes came and went and he did absolutely nothing. One and a half hours after 12:37pm, he opened the door and began boarding. No explanation, no apology. Once we were boarded, the same happened on the plane. We sat. No explanation, no apology, from any flight attendants. Finally, finally, a pilot apologized and explained that there would be a delay. WELL NO KIDDING !
Checked in online. Seating map was inaccurate. Wound up in a middle seat. Couldn't download the boarding passes had to go to the counter to get them. Otherwise flight was ok.
Departed late but made up the time en route. Uncrowded and clean aircraft.
The food service is non existent. Crappy cookies and a drink. Plus no entertainment worked in whole row.
Had to gate check bags, even though was empty spaces in overhead bins. No entertainment.
KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
Good experience with this flight. Boarding was smooth with no issues. The short flight was good with quick drink & snack service. Nice easy way to get back from DC.
Staff was very responsive and nice. Long delay because of mechanical issues was a problem.
Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
