Had to take a United flight to a different destination. No compensation for something I had no control over. When I am at an airport and have the opportunity to catch an earlier flight you have room on, you charge me. When this kind of thing happens - I pay with my time. Sucks
Asked for an extra pillow - handed that straight away. Excellent food - loved every meal, both portion and quality. Boarding process was smooth too. Pilots are always great.
Would have been nice to get upgraded to premium economy since they had seats available.
The service was excellent along with the flight being very comfortable.
A little more options in entertainment in the hindi language would be much better for people who do not like to watch English entertainment. Along with that free wifi would be kind of good to have for people who need to work on the flight or check out important emails.

Having had bad experiences with Aer Lingus before, I was hesitant to book with Aer Lingus again. But sadly, I was booking this flight last minute and had no other option. The route was Dublin to Calgary, via Toronto. I left myself plenty of time im Toronto to clear customs as I know it can take a while. The day of, the flight ended up being 1.5 hours longer than usual due to headwinds, leaving me with only 2.5 hours in Toronto. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for my bag and missing my connecting flight (my sister who was also on the same flight received hers in 30 mins and made the flight). Westjet was wonderful and put me on a later flight but Aer Lingus didn't have any assistance for me.
Aer Lingus lost my sister's luggage going to Ireland and never contacted my sister once the luggage was found. She only received it the day we flew back to Calgary. Poor customer service when inquiring about the bag, no compensation for necessities purchased.

Could not check in on-line from Dublin on either Air canada or Aer Linguis websites. Time to sort out this long-standing problem
Pleasant crew and good food/snack service almost forgotten as I stood at the baggage carousel for 40 minutes.
Baggage claim very frustrating (40 minutes) particularly after 12 hours of airports and airplanes. Messed up our ground transportation plans for no apparent reason. Totally unexplained!
