Exceptional. The gate crew responded quickly and got me onto this earlier flight as the final passenger, saving me more than four hours of wait time for my reserved flight.
Boarding process, crew were good. But the seats were so uncomfortable that was all I could focus on. I literally had to sit forward so that all 3 of us could fit in row. I will try to avoid Southwest in the future for any flights over 60 minutes.

The flight was delayed about 20 minutes, but this was an evening flight, so it comes as no surprise. This flight came a good 1.5 days ahead of hurricane Helene which was still far out in the gulf. However, the flight never removed the seated buckle light. The staff announced from the beginning that due to the bad weather (I suppose the hurricane a day and a half away) they would have to do an abbreviated service with water and a snack. I am fine with their water and snack offering, but this was one of the smoothest flights I've had in years. If Southwest believes a flight like this requires everyone to remain seated, then all of their flights should remain buckled for the entire flight. I cannot help but wonder if things like this are a sneaky way to cut back on expenses since the airline is currently under a lot of pressure to reduce costs.
Although the flight was delayed, but the crew was amazing. They did the best they could to make the time enjoyable.
My experience was find with Southwest. The only issue I have is...at the exact time for me to check in...I don't understand how I always end up in C.
Boarding was quick. The flight itself was good. However, no charging ports for cell phones. Also, the food provided was just a few snacks. For a 5-hr flight, I would expect at least a sandwich.
Boarding was well explained and smooth. The flight was short, so there was no time for snacks. They did offer water or juice, though.
The flight was very short, 45 mins, therefore no snacks/drinks were provided; there should be a NA option for food and entertainment survey questions. Also, there were no charging ports onboard for cell phones. My experience was overall positive.
I love the fact that Southwest airlines has a direct flight from Honolulu to Las Vegas and Las Vegas to Honolulu. The only downside was flying on Southwest is they do not provide meals even if they charged you they do not provide meals. They do provide a free snack that consists of chips pretzels cheese and a cookie. They do serve free drink and if you book the premium flight then you get your choice of an alcoholic beverage. The seats are small so if you are not traveling with three people plan on someone sitting next to you.
Flight was way over-booked and the turn over too fast from the last flight to the next. We had delays both ways due to storms -- not our trip but the one the plane had taken before us. Just seemed like poor time management. Shouldn't there be a slight buffer built into the schedule? And every seat was full to the detriment of loading.
Baggage pickup in Seattle took over an hour. We were told one, then moved to another, and then back to the original. What should have taken 15 minutes took over an hour. When waiting to board our flight in Seattle to return to DC, we were sent to 4 different gates before finding the right gate. I have walked every inch of Sea-Tac Airport. The actual flights were great. The rest, not so good. "Ain't no way to run a railroad."
Our seat assignments were mysteriously changed such that our boarding was delayed when they tried to fix it, but to no avail. It took more than 15 min. before we sat down. Then the catering delayed our plane for 35 min.
The flight was delayed by over an hour with no explanation.
A five hour nonstop flight traveling over a few time zones and over the dinner hour and you get a small bag of pretzels. And no screens to watch movies. I
Agent could not provide me a boarding pass for the second leg of my flights - yet with a partner airline. Not understood.
This was my second time flying Alaska Airline in the 1st Class cabin. Everything was fine with the exception of the food and entertainment. The food was just ok but not what I was expecting from 1st Class. A BBQ pork sandwich and baked potato. There wasnt any in-flight entertainment. I found that odd since it was a coast to coast flight Seattle to Dulles. My sister flew 1st Class on Delta on a shorter flight ( Seattle to Cincinnati) and had an awesome meal and in-flight entertainment. I typically fly Delta but there wasn’t a flight with times that fit my schedule. I am by no means a primary donna. But when my upgrade cost over $900…I didn’t use any reward miles…I was expecting more than what I got. I will never fly Alaska Airline 1st Class again. I will stick with Delta for all my travel needs whether it’s in 1st Class or coach.

This was my first trip with Alaska Airlines (round trip DCA to San Diego). Despite a slight delay on the return flight, I feel compelled to post a RAVE review! I cannot praise the airline and the crew enough! Everyone was kind, professional, and courteous, every step of the way- excellent service, snacks, and entertainment! On both legs of the trip I inquired whether there were any free seating upgrades and my request were granted BOTH times! I’ve flown on other airlines where they won’t do that, even when those premium seats are empty. As a customer service professional myself, I can say I left my experience feeling like a valued customer and not just a number. I NEVER expected to praise an airline lol I’ll definitely go out of my way to fly with Alaska on future trips. Thank you for such an awesome experience!
The seats were spacious and comfortable. Even in basic economy. However, the flight boarded 30 minutes late.
Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.
Really hard to tell what was happening after my flight got delayed five times
I’m on this flight every other week. Same flight, same day of the week, same time of day… Multiple times there are issues getting flight plan registered and FAA approved r to take off. PAPERWORK This is exhausting and it sucks.
DL486 could not get to the gate due to jet bridge malfunction. We moved gates. The connecting flight of LAX to MCO was not communicated with. Even though we were in the same terminal, DL482 left without about 10 of us, including a mother and her 3 children. I got to the gate at 7:34 am which is past the 7:20 am last call for a 7:35 am departure. Had they waited 5 minutes, all of us would have made it on board.
Chaotic boarding at these gates, multiple gates squeezed in at the very end of a concourse, behind a restaurant. Agents gave up on boarding by individual zones. Flight itself was uneventful, which is all we hope for any more.
Flight delayed due to ground hold. Republic airways did a great job.

Flight was delayed several times. At one point, they "pulled back" 15 minutes from the delayed boarding and sent a text saying we would board sooner than previously advised. The flight then was delayed again. And when we boarded, there was an unspecified technical issue which had us waiting in the plane for about an hour.
The Dekta Rep that checked us in was great. She's very personable, pleasant, and can tell she enjoys her job.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
Did not like the check in guy quibbling over a couple pounds at the luggage weigh in

This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?
Great Brasilia aircraft - not a Boeing 757 like the next part of the flight. Flight from MCI to IAD was great, on-time, comfortable, did I mention that? The flight from IAD to EDI was painful. One of the reasons I won't fly United again? Boeing 757, with a seat pitch and material that was horrendous. Worst aircraft ever, made worse by United sardine-can tight seating. Oh, and the connection window, 45 minutes, really? At IAD, in different concourses? What idiot came up with that flight scenario? Happily, (for me and my travel insurance people) the flight was late (reminiscent of American Airlines). The crew was professional and courteous.
No drink service but there was no N/A as an option to choose. Seats were extremely tight. I am under 5.5 and I bumped my knees have no idea how taller people could manage.
The flight to America was freezing. The overnight flight back to the UK was boiling hot and the cabin stank of toilet or occasionally perfume, even though I was several rows back from either bathroom. Food was tiny portions. Two small pieces of tough and dry beef in random gravy with pretend mashed potato raking up most of it. Very little veg. Salad was ok. Wooden cutlery broke within minutes of using. Lots of old films for entertainment. Some new ones. Generally a bit rubbish.
Our flight gor canceled and there was no one to help us but told us to scan the qr code and fill the forms on-line. Very poor service especially we are tourists traveling to Washington DC for the 1st time.
Terrible. First of all we were delayed 4 3/4 hours departing Honolulu. As we had to leave our condo and the rental car had to be returned we had to go to the airport. Even though we had a business class boarding pass to Washington, since we did not have business class to Montreal we could not access the lounge without paying a $59 fee each. This does not make sense to us. Since we could not meet our original connection United booked us to Montreal via New York LaGuardia on Air Canada. In Washington a further delay got us into LaGuardia too late to make our connection to Montreal so we were booked on another Air Canada flight 3 hours later. We were originally scheduled to arrive in Montreal at 10:40 and arrived at 19:55. A totally exhausting day, United did not offer a meal voucher or any type of compensation. Air Canada did give us a digital meal voucher. The food in United business class is poor among all meals offered. The pods look nice but are not that confortable. Overall would not fly on United again.
As per usual for my flights with American Airlines, One flight was very delayed and caused me to miss my connection and they moved my flight to another day. I called customer support and was moved back to my original day but different flights. My layover flight was delayed by an additional 30 minutes while the flight crew confirmed that the plane was airworthy. Ultimately, it is less hassle to drive 10 hours than to fly 6 hours with American Airlines. I recommend my friends and family to hitch hike over taking this terrible transit.
My flight was delayed close to 10 times over the course of the evening. I was originally scheduled to depart at 7:03 PM but did not leave until 12:33 AM, resulting in over 9 hours spent waiting at the airport. The only explanation provided was that the aircraft kept being swapped, with no clear reasoning as to why. Weather conditions at both DCA and Tampa were clear, so that was not a factor. The only accommodation offered was a $12 food voucher, which was entirely insufficient given the length of the delay. Overall, I was completely unsatisfied with this experience. A delay of this magnitude with no meaningful communication or accommodations is unacceptable, and I would have expected much more from American Airlines in terms of customer care.
if it's a mobile only entertainment experience, please provide a place to hold the device in the back of the seat.
My flight attendant was miserable. Bathroom filthy and the water soapy in the tea. I’d choose delta everytime.
DCA-LAX No screen on a 5 hour flight (almost) no food for sale on a 5 hour flight (practically) no wifi coverage or speed on a 5 hour flight I should have gotten my money back, shame on American

Flight was delayed 2.5 hours at the start. They kept saying mechanical issues and changed gates several times. Then when we landed, they kept us on the tarmac for 1 hr because they didnt have gate staff to pull out a bridge. Its insane that they cannot have 2-3 people to operate a bridge for a flight with 100 people? Then the baggage claim, bags took over 45 minutes to arrive. All in all, I was scheduled to arrive at 6:30 PM local time and I didn't leave the airport till 10:40 PM local time. Its a shame and makes me never want to fly American again.
My wife has a scooter and they where supposed to send from departure to destination and had it go to connecting flight,not good.Nobody has knowledge of the scooters or the battery's.
The flight was over an hour delayed. The problem was they had the wrong aircraft at the gate, Joe in the world does that happen?
On time departure & early arrival. Made a long day much better.
