Cons: I’m skinny and 5’2” and I felt squashed. Like I was in a dollhouse. The space is too small, it’s too uncomfortable. I couldn’t take my zip front sweater off. The seats and space are not proportional to humans.

Pros: The crew is always smiling and ready to help you and I really like that.

Pros: The boarding/unboarding process was very efficient. I’ve never unboarded such a large plane so quickly.

Cons: The transfer between Alaska and ANA was a little more confusing than I’d like. We unboarded outside of the terminal and had to exit the terminal, come back through TSA and then find out gate.

Pros: The usual efficient, friendly WestJet crew. Nice to fly in one of the new Dreamliner. Super smooth landing.

Pros: Very rude behavior of the staff at the desk. Flight was 7 hours delayed and then canceled. And the staff were not able to give us updates. They were being rude.

Cons: Ground staff should need more training how to treat passengers. They should show little respect towards their passengers.

Cons: If they could have held the flight for 15 minutes, I would have made it. My flight from Spokane was late. Now I had to pay another $250 just for a crappy room for the night.

Cons: Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!

Cons: Air Canada Rouge is pretty much the same as Air Canada except for entertainment service and I would say meal service. The entertainment service means you have to download their app, but unfortunately the streaming service wasn't always working. In terms of meal service you have to pay for alcohol.

Pros: I liked getting the $75 credit due to the extreme lateness of the flight.

Cons: The passengers seemed a bit wound up after a 3 hour delay. When it was time for the safety review, several passengers were not listening to the attendants, and one attendant shouted "Hey, you need to listen. This is important. This is not a party bus." I understand her frustration, but her behavior was really unprofessional. I've been in customer service for years, and you never let your personal frustration show. She should have brought the behavior to the attention of the flight deck for the pilot to make an announcement, etc. Southwest attendants are always cool, calm and collected. I'll bear that in mind the next time I book.

Cons: I missed my flight and am still in Seattle! You should let people with connections which are already boarding off first. I could have made my flight. Customer service then refused to give me anything to eat and now I haven’t eaten all day.

Cons: Delta communicated no reasoning for delaying our flight three hours. They also did not update estimated departure times even when it was clear we would be delayed multiple times because the plane was not at the gate, the crew were not in place, and the pilot safety checks had not occurred.

Cons: I only had one gripe about this flight and my one other flight on Air Canada Rouge; the overhead bins are very poorly designed. I purchased a carry on bag specifically to meet their regs, yet it had it go in the bin longways, taking up a ton of room. The bins are tall, which is wasted space, when what they really need is another 1-2" in depth.

Pros: Crew, seats and entertainment. Unfortunately a rude passenger in front that put their seat back too far and refused to compromise so didn’t have much leg room over a 6 hour flight.

Cons: Seating room was horrible. My knees hit the seat on front of me, fortunately the gentleman sitting there did not try to recline. Seat very narrow As well as isle. Controls for monitor in seat back on arm rest and I kept activating it accidentally while trying to nap which was annoying. I’m 6’1” and 190 pounds so am not what I’d consider oversized but I’ve not been this uncomfortable on a flight in many years. Will make a note to avoid this line and plane in the future

Cons: There was no In Flight Entertainment seat back screens, which is unusual for a 5+ hour flight so the only way to watch anything was to download the GoGo app, which can only be downloaded on the ground and wasn’t even mentioned until after takeoff.
