Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.
No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.
The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.
We fly to Ecuador frequently. Checking in is usually a hassle because most United agents take some time before they can verify that my passport doesn't require a visa to Ecuador. This time the process was even longer due to the cyber attack. But she was really nice to us. So glad we brought plenty of snacks to supplement the 3 flights from SEA to GYE.
