Only drinks included in economy class was water and coffee seat on the 737 were hard as rock. The landing and passport control in Iceland are the worst I have ever seen. 2 hours to clear customs ???? 3 attendants at pass port control out of more than a dozen closed. I” ll never fly to Iceland or transfer through this airport again.

The ticket was reserved in my name but not paid for by underpricer. Alaska airlines was unable to issue my ticket (could not connect the ticket with the PNR) due to an error with underpricer and I spent the better part of 2 hours at the ticket counter trying to rectify.

Terrible way of boarding in Reykjavik. Seats comfortable. Meal was good.

Plus—newer aircraft, luggage arrived on time, adequate legroom. Minus-No snacks on three hour and five hour flights, long wait for a shuttle from the terminal to the airplane, indifferent flight crew

Waiting area on top of stairs before Boarding the bus wasn’t great. Took a long time to load the bus to gate.

No food was served for 7.5 hrs flight. When our flight changed to other airlines due to wether issue, our seats booked with no checked in luggage when I already payed for. We end up to pay 90 euro per suitcase.

Bad. Flights were late, by hours. No clear information was provided even until the delayed boarding time.

Again, lines for boarding are a problem in iceland. The flight itself was fine and very smooth. No complaints. We would definitely fly icelandair again.

The ground staff was very helpful and the flight attendant as short but good.

Not good. It’s a terrible budget experience and the crew were not very helpful. The plane was so hot and uncomfortable and the entertainment was awful (not even headphones offered and antiquated jacks that don’t work with new iPhones). I was placed on standby for my flight home for no apparent reason, causing me to be put in the worst seat and at the end of the plane. They did not try to fix the situation.
