I love this company for comfort, cleanliness on board the liner, excellent food, very good selection of films in Russian. Looked with pleasure. And the main friendly conductors who work smoothly and with the soul.

Business class should have free wi-fi. Food was horrible

Finnair was ok. But some things were pretty bad: 1. Crew was not friendly, especially a crew member named, Maria. She woke me up while I was deep asleep by force just to let me know that 2 people can’t be on the same seat (my toddler and me) for sleeping. 2. There was no vegetarian option in the menu so I had to eat bread for one meal 3. They didn’t have an option for child meal

The food was delicious. There has been a major improvement here in the last few years. Excellent, friendly service. An enjoyable experience.

It was okay. The airplane was a little smaller than a flight from Thailand to Helsinki.

This was an absolutely exceptional flight. The flight attendants were extremely attentive and very friendly. They seemed to go out of their way to make us comfortable and to make sure that we had everything we needed., We were in business and were very happy with the size and the details for our pods. We would definitely recommend Finnair and will definitely be flying with them again.

Any flight that lands safely is a good flight. However our leg from Helsinki was delayed 1 hour with no explanation. The delay would not allow us to make our connection to Cincinnati. I was informed by American Airlines that our Cincinnati flight was rescheduled for the following day. I immediately made a non refundable hotel reservation in Dallas. Upon exiting the plane at Dallas I was given a hotel voucher. Nice, but I can't get a refund on the hotel I booked. A little communication would have been helpful. Food on Finnair is below quality of Korean Air.

Everything was quite easy from boarding to landing - the staff was great and service was excellent too!

Some of the rudest flight crew I have encountered in over 40 years of flying. Despite pre-ordering a vegetarian meal, the only options provided included meat, with no other choices or substitutes offered. Additionally, the sound on the entertainment system was not working. With flight delays had only 20 minutes to make it to next boarding gate and after running most of the way made it to flight with 2 minutes to spare Will never fly SAS again and I am looking for partial refund for false advertisement.

I feel SAS is the only airline that does not let you choose your seats when you're checking in, and so we were forced into two middle seats and it was quite uncomfortable. There are not enough new and quality movies available on the entertainment system. After our inbound SAS flight being canceled with less than 12 hours til departure, the whole experience flyign with SAS wasn't great.

My biggest recurring disappointment is that I buy a pre-assihned seat while pucrhasing the ticket and then when checking in it disappeared and I have to buy it again. That's very disappointing and actually a reason I will actively avoid SAS in the future

SAS cancelled my flight SK910 on Sep. 21,2026 because a construction crew from New Jersey Transit accidentally cut through a fiber optic cable which enabled the control tower at Newark Intl. Airport to communicate with all flights. Over 600 flights were cancelled including mine. My boarding code was B2WJMJ, I demand a refund of all monies spent toward this reservation!

Didn't care much for the food but maybe that's just because I'm American and the food was very European. Would have liked a second alcoholic beverage service in a 7-8 hour flight. I was offered two wines to have with dinner though and should have accepted both. I didn't realize they would only offer alcohol once. Lights were never turned off in the cabin for sleeping. Flight was delayed several hours with zero explanation from SAS. However, the flight attendants were fantastic. We were traveling with a friend who needed oxygen and they were very attentive and helped him throughout the flight. That was greatly appreciated. The pillows and blankets are great. Gift bags with toothbrush etc so nice! This was our first time traveling Premium so alot of perks we were used to getting! The flight was smooth and I loved watching the planes location on the seat screen and being able to watch movies etc. overall it was great I would definitely recommend SAS to anyone and hope to fly with you again sometime.

Food was excellent and plentiful! Cabin crew seemed to truly enjoy their job. Interacted with passengers with a friendly nature. Very pleasant flight

they had to land at Dulles instead of EWR and had no one to help all of the stranded travellers the crew was rude and not helpful as well

The layovers / connections were too short and too long. I SPRINTED to make the connection from OSL-JFK and then SAT for over 6 hours from JFK-BUF. I don’t mind a longer layover more than I want to RUN to make my next connection

Our vacation started with horribly, 48hr prior to departure SAS airline cancelled our return flight giving us little to no alternative options.

Cabin staff were very disengaged, spoke with no eye contact, dismissive. Disappointing compared to my United experiences.

It was decent, there was no WiFi on the flight but the FA’s gave everyone a warning once we boarded the plane. Unfortunately it didn't give me enough time to download my entertainment content.

Seats were very tight for a 17 hour flight. Baby cried for 15 out of 17 hours.

The seat configuration was insane. Horrible. Had to jump over sleeping people to go the bathroom. The food was the best we’ve had in any Business class.

Our plane was delayed for an hour because they had the wrong tow truck that pulls the plane out of the gate. An hour late just to find the right vehicle that pushes the plane out of the gate area! The delay made us barely make our connecting flight but of course our luggage didn’t make it. So no luggage when we arrived at our destination.

Flight attendant super rude demanding I remove my carry on baggage from overhead and place under seat. I stated I am an ADA passenger and need the leg room as the seats are very tight. That’s why I boarded early for the extra time to get situated. She said, we need the space. I replied “How can that be as only a few passengers have boarded so far? I am executive platinum status so I understand the rules and you are discriminating against ADA federal law. Please stop”. Her answer… then you should find another flight! Not ok. Addressed with senior flight attendant. So unprofessional and discriminatory.

Perfect from check in at the airport to the flight all staff were very friendly The plane was nice and clean and modern Because I’m here in the UK to visit my Dad who’s critically ill the details of me getting here were very important and nice to see staff being pleasant and professional

Both departure and return flights had mechanical delays. Their planes are antiquated resulting in a two hour flight taking almost four hours to complete.

Flight was ok but the food was poor, and the business chairs were not comfortable.

Great experience in Saga Premium. Food was tasty and felt fresh. Seat was comfortable (enough) - would have wanted a layflat seat.

The plane was 100% full. Too cramped and difficult for stewards to do their work on such a large plane.

The flight itself was excellent, but getting to the plane was literally an exercise in pain. My wife needs a wheelchair and can only stand/walk for short periods before having extreme pain. We had to take a bus to a loading platform and use a terrible elevator to get up to the plane. Meanwhile the rest of the bus were using the stairs. This meant the people who needed to sit down were stuck standing at the end of the line while everyone else boarded. My wife was in agony.

It was amazing. I sat in First Class as a Saga Premium member, and my service was top notch. It was wonderful. I only recently joined Saga Club since I do travel to Scandinavia often and enjoy flying through Reykjavik on Iceland Air versus other ways of travelling to Europe. This was my first trip sitting in first class, which I honestly wasn’t expecting!

Plus—newer aircraft, luggage arrived on time, adequate legroom. Minus-No snacks on three hour and five hour flights, long wait for a shuttle from the terminal to the airplane, indifferent flight crew

No food was served for 7.5 hrs flight. When our flight changed to other airlines due to wether issue, our seats booked with no checked in luggage when I already payed for. We end up to pay 90 euro per suitcase.

Not good. It’s a terrible budget experience and the crew were not very helpful. The plane was so hot and uncomfortable and the entertainment was awful (not even headphones offered and antiquated jacks that don’t work with new iPhones). I was placed on standby for my flight home for no apparent reason, causing me to be put in the worst seat and at the end of the plane. They did not try to fix the situation.

I'm a nervous, autistic adult. The staff were very friendly and answered my questions and came by at regular intervals to check everyone's comfort. They even resolved a fight between two couples in front of me!

There was a stewardess walking up and down and keep spraying room refreshner on people heads and faces. I had to bread this and smell like a room freshener afterwards not to mention was keep falling on my face. It was terrible.

The flight from FRA to SFO was uncomfortable. The crew allowed people to change seats after boarding finished, but then made some people move back to their seats but not others, which resulted in my wife and I having to sit in two middle seats for an 11 hour flight. The entertainment system was not working well throughout the flight, and stopped working completely around hour 8.

Inflight food quality is definitely declining. Only one hot food was served and rest of were boxed meals. That’s not how was done before. Better to fly Asia or Qatar carriers for better service.

Economy plus on a long flight with Lufthansa was wonderful. Service starts with a pillow, blanket, slippers and care package waiting on your seat. An it just gets better from there.

The Linate Milano flight was delayed. Landed at Frankfort at 12:10. Then took the bus on the tarmac and the bus ride was about 20 minutes due to the airport traffic. Got off bus went to passport control, used the kiosk scanned passport, took photo and finger prints and proceeded to wait in line. I asked the attendant that I had a connecting flight at 12:50 his respond was you have to ask the other travelers in line to let you go ahead. There should be a better system. Passed passport control and the gate was at Z69 to the other end of airport. Ran there out breath, I was last person to board due to a mechanical:electrical issue plane took off 2 hours later. Lufthansa need to a better job with international connecting flight. A 1-15 minutes is not enough considering the doors typically close 15 minutes prior to take off. So the window is reduced to 1 hour with all you have to go through with a slight delay it is not enough time. The crew on the flight was excellent and received exceptional customer service.

Loved the towel at the end. Service was frequent and perfect.
