On board, Andre, our primary crew chief, was sincerely friendly, a consummate professional, and, along with Freddy, one of his team members, truly among the best of the best. The captain even came through the cabin to chat with passengers—a wonderful personal touch, especially on such a long journey.

Entertainment center did not work and no electric available at seat for 11 hour flight. Didn’t have access to overhead light or call button. Food was tasteless and had a high salt (27 %) of recommended daily salt intake

It was hot and not as comfortable as the flight to Chicago. Must have been a different plane that needs to be worked on or replaced.

What would be infinitely better if for Kayak to not offer this flight as if it was completely different airlines rather than United and then filtering me through some creepy discount site.

Wonderful flight! The crew was good, check-in was good and orderly and the flight was uneventful and good.

The SFO lounge closes at 12 midnight. My flight took off at 2AM

Not a bad flight but a long delay boarding and taking off due to the pilot not arriving on time.

The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.
