Website would not let me check in the day before or the morning or my flight. There was an error every time and I almost got to the end once. I could not change the time of my transportation and arrived 10 minutes past the check in deadline (an hour prior to the flight taking off). I was refused access to the flight and offered a flight 5 hours later. The staff was rude and not helpful. I had heard negative things about Frontier and now I know why.

On two of the legs of the trip they notice I was a tall person with long legs and upgraded me to seats with more leg room!! I didn't even ask. Thank you.

On the way back there were open seats with extra leg room and I asked the gate attendant if it was possible to switch my seat to one with more room and they said they only could if I paid extra.

Long wait for de-Icing. Got on and off the plane 3 times. First wait was 1 hour, but plane aborted takeoff. Second plane waited at gate with all aboard for 2-1/2 hours and never got slot and de-planed. Third plane waited 1-1/2 hours for de-Icing and finally we were headed home. Arrived 8.5 hours after schedule.

I liked the expediency of being rescheduled for another flight and the kindness of the American Airlines staff. When I first received my boarding pass, the pass listed gate A24 as the one where my flight was scheduled to depart. The plane destined to depart from Dallas to LAX did not show up. However, a few of us were kindly offered a cot and blankets to sleep on. The next morning I folded the cot and the blankets and found an American Airline staff member who swiftly rescheduled me for another flight to LAX. She did state that the original flight had departed at 11:15 p.m.

From around 6 P.M., December 11, 2017, I was at gate A24 - the gate listed as the Departure gate for my return flight to Los Angeles. The last flight that left went to Saint Louis, I believe. There was never a flight to depart from Gate 24 to Los Angeles. I believe the gate may have been changed and for some reason, those who were at Gate 24 were not informed. Also, the travel instructions on the advertisement for scheduling the flight mentioned the ability to carry on luggage for no additional charge. When I received my boarding pass, it stated I was only allowed to carry on baggage that would fit underneath the seat and not in the overhead bin. I had to pay to check my baggage that I thought was free. In spite of the changes, the flight was a good flight. Thank you

Its a scam! They act like they are giving you a break by having you buy cheap flights but in reality it costs more than a bit more expensive flight. I had to pay $45.00 each bag no matter if it was checked or carry-on. In total round trip I paid $180.00 extra just for my husbands carry-on as well as mine. Must add that our flights together cost 286.00. We should of went with American Airlines. On top of that we couldn't select our own seat if so, we had to pay extra, so we had to sit separated from each other. It was ridiculous! Never Again with this company!!!!!

The staff on the flight was awesome, very helpful and kind to my friend who is terrified to fly. We were even ahead of schedule.

To pay for a carry on item is just crazy to me... not to mention you have to pay for beverages and snacks. All you are given is water.

Didn't make it to Denver

My flight ended up being canceled due to weather which was understandable. I explained to the attendant at the counter that I had to get to Denver because I had my brother who is a minor meeting me at the airport in Denver and I did not want him alone by himself in a place he'd never been. when trying to reschedule my flight at the counter the attendant was rude and told me I had to call united myself to reschedule my flight. I was on the phone with them for over 45 minutes just to be told there was nothing they could do to help me. They said they had one flight leaving the next morning to denver but it was completely full. Which defeated the purpose because I was going to have to fly back home the following Sunday. So I stuck around and tryed to find a flight to Denver and I over heard the couter attendant book another customer to Denver for that evening when I was told I had to call united myself and pretty much was told I could not be helped. I ended up having to pay another airline 538 dollars to fly my brother to Tulsa instead so he wouldn't be stranded in Denver because I wouldn't get there till the following day. I'm very disappointed in united and there lack of customer service. I especially don't like being told I can't be helped when the attendant at the ticket counter clearly helped someone else. I am so disappointed in my experience with united and will never fly with them again.

The aircraft was extremely cold throughout the duration of the flight. Of all of the long haul airlines I've flown with, I find that American Airlines offers the least leg room.

I like quick flight,

I liked the expediency of being rescheduled for another flight and the kindness of the American Airlines staff. When I first received my boarding pass, the pass listed gate A24 as the one where my flight was scheduled to depart. The plane destined to depart from Dallas to LAX did not show up. However, a few of us were kindly offered a cot and blankets to sleep on. The next morning I folded the cot and the blankets and found an American Airline staff member who swiftly rescheduled me for another flight to LAX. She did state that the original flight had departed at 11:15 p.m.

From around 6 P.M., December 11, 2017, I was at gate A24 - the gate listed as the Departure gate for my return flight to Los Angeles. The last flight that left went to Saint Louis, I believe. There was never a flight to depart from Gate 24 to Los Angeles. I believe the gate may have been changed and for some reason, those who were at Gate 24 were not informed. Also, the travel instructions on the advertisement for scheduling the flight mentioned the ability to carry on luggage for no additional charge. When I received my boarding pass, it stated I was only allowed to carry on baggage that would fit underneath the seat and not in the overhead bin. I had to pay to check my baggage that I thought was free. In spite of the changes, the flight was a good flight. Thank you

Excellent, friendly service by flight attendant, Amy Sparks! I felt very welcomed and relaxed, especially having just flown 15 hours from Sydney back to the States.

Engine noise was loud seated at the rear of the aircraft.
