Flight 1039 dec 16 was delayed due to late inbound arrival to Aruba. United gave the reason "delayed Maintenance" which United denied as mechanical failure. We missed connected flight to Albany. United gave us only option: morning flight to Washington and then To Albany which is inacceptable option. We took rental car. Also: Workers at Newark do not coordinate. Super Slow and give disinformation.

Delays from an earlier flight getting in and then maintenance delays. It was an overcrowded, uncomfortable flight. We didn't even get an apology from it being over 40 minutes late. Then you want us to buy tv? I'm thinking of flying Jet Blue next time!
