Good experience and I would fly again with CP. Disappointed that they ran out of the dinner option that I preferred. Other than that, the trip was quite enjoyable.

The crew could have awaken me to eat dinner!! I was so waiting to order the braised duck breast and fell asleep b4 crew got to me to take order. When I awoke, lights were out and food had been served without me eating. I did love the apple juice!

The flight was delayed for over an hour, which made me worry about pets in cargo.

It was good, on time boarding. Have a good service. .

Better food quality and suggest using the 777 for the HKG-BOS leg instead of the A330 since the seat pitch seems better on the Boeing.

Food isn’t hot, seat is too tight even for a person weight 120 lbs.

Seat is too small. Food selection is limited and often ran out of selectable item.

The go to HK trip will easily giving jetlag, but coming back to Chicago has no jetlag because of the time taking off matter.

Just want to do a little more clean up so does not smell like urine.

Wanted different plane design with an additional bathroom at the back of the plane.
