I flew Hawaiian Airlines three times during my trip. Each time, when we went to baggage claim, it took about 45 minutes to an hour to receive our luggage.
The kiosk was fast. I got in and got my baggage tag right away. There was a long lines at baggaged check in But it moved fast and checked my baggage with no problem. The flight was good. The flight attendants were very helpful, friendly and always smiling.
We were very late to take off, late exit plane, and luggage took a long time.
Short trip from Honolulu to Kauai. Not a major issue. Only concern was the drop off of the luggage for departure. Only one person handling all of the passengers. She was busting her butt.

Good, but because I fly internationally I found the food and service lousy compared to European standards. You should include a regular small mean (and not a lousy sandwich) and ear phones. People who travel from Europe are not aware of limited services.
Confusing now Hawaiian and Alaskan have merged, hard to check in - they need to uncomplicated things.
I've never flied them before but liked them. Weather was bad so a little scarey but they did a great job landing.
Kayak I had marked one carry on, one checked bag. Yet when it completed the purchase marked it as no carry on. Fail on kayaks side! Then extended flight delayed due to computer issues. Crew of the plane did awesome but fail on both kayak and alaskan
Flight was delayed several times. At one point, they "pulled back" 15 minutes from the delayed boarding and sent a text saying we would board sooner than previously advised. The flight then was delayed again. And when we boarded, there was an unspecified technical issue which had us waiting in the plane for about an hour.
Delta is a good airline. I've never had an issue with Delta. I'll continue to fly with them until they show me that I shouldn't.
The only thing nice I can say is the flight crew was really nice and apologetic about the situation. They shared as much information as they had and advised us on what we could do about missing connecting flights. The boarding process was so slow. The gate agent was working by herself and should have had someone working with her. It took almost an hour to board because she was trying to board a full flight of people and provide customer service to everyone who was flying standby and/or had questions. It was really chaotic. This didn't help the fact that we were delayed and folks were missing connections the longer it took.
The gate attendants and the crew were terrible. Because of high winds, they needed to carry more fuel, so they had to get volunteers to take the next flight at 6 am the next day. They did a terrible job of it - our flight ended up taking off just under 3 hours of the scheduled time. I hope to never fly Delta again.
Did not realize internet screen was hidden between seats and no info printed!!!!
2 of the seats in row 31 the entertainment system was not working, and one seat the tray table did not go all the way down. Flight arrived early and departed on time which was great.
Very good flight crew and very nice people staff were incredible especially the gate agent
Waited at the usual crowded gate at DCA where one ends up standing up because there aren't enough seats.
The flight was delayed for about 2 hrs. Other than it, it was good.
Advertised fruit trays with cheese, but only snacks handed out!
I liked the Starlink WiFi but didn't like how they said they were the only airline to offer a free meal and it turns out to be just a standalone sandwich and then charge for snacks to go with it. Rather have the free snacks like Southwest, but have the option to purchase a decent meal for a 5+ hour flight.
Canceled my flight within 24 hours, causing me arriving home midnight. Will never book Hawaiian airlines anymore

Flying with Hawaiian Airlines is a treat! They have the best crew, food and drinks! I’ve always enjoyed flying with Hawaiian Airlines and will continue to use them!
We decided to take our mom on vacation but we were worried how well she will do on the flight, she's a senior and required special accommodations such as transport chair since she can't stand for long periods. To our surprise my whole family was given priority boarding, my mom was given chair, we were not standing in line and were given seats in good area next to our mom. A+ experience!

Our flight was delayed, which I know things can happen. The bathrooms were dirty and a mess. It took over an hour to get our bags after the plane landed. Every flight was on the same 2 baggage claims. You would thing if we spent over 5 hours on a flight we would get more then a tiny bag of pretzels. The movie and tv choices were mid.
Pillows and blankets were nice since it was an overnight flight, but the seats should be larger and there should be more space between rows so we have more leg room.
I loved flying Hawaiian Air! We didn’t pay to sit together, but we were able to anyway. They had usb charging ports and even outlets in some seats. They served a hot sandwich that was not very good, but we were still pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice. The seats really made my booty hurt but maybe I’m just not used to sitting so long. Also, the AC was really cold even though I was wearing pants, a hoodie, and a light blanket.
Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.
Hotter than Hades in August. Why, why do crews think that in the winter when we are already dressed for cold weather we need a cabin that is 82 degrees. Even the vents were blowing hot air.
Unbelievably poor service from flight attendants. They didn’t even do water service on a four hour flight. Just disrespectful.
United is an incompetent airline. They parked the plane on the tarmac for an hour after arriving because they “didn’t have a gate available” it was actually some sort of lie because as we de planed there were approximately 9 open and manned and empty gates that we walked past. Many people on the flight missed connections for the hour long sit on the tarmac. Utterly baffling and incompetent behavior from United flight ops.
Flight was delayed. De-icing took a while. When we landed had to wait for another plane to vacate our gate. Just an overall bad experience.
I understand weather is an issue, but making us chase our plane down at five scheduled gates across three terminals in an airport the size of O'Hare was unfair. They'd have probably been better off to leave gates as TBD until the inbound plane is in final approach instead of running us all over the place. Also, props to the consistently-unprepared ground crew in Richmond for once again leaving my lane parked short of the gate because they couldn't have a crew in place on time with 2 hours notice...
I boarded flight UA#1318 at Sacramento International Airport going back to Houston TX. The flight was scheduled at 5:10am. I was able to check in virtually using the United Airlines app. When I entered the airport, there was no one outside assisting with checked bags as it was for Delta Airlines. Immediately upon entering, there was a LONG, EXTREMELY LONG line to the kiosks to get boarding passes. I stand in line to get boarding passes then had to move to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG line to get my bags checked in. While standing in this line, we noticed an agent taking customers to 3 at a time to her station to check their bags in. Lucky for me, she called me back, checked my bags for me and I was on my way. I then encountered another long line at the TSA check and to avoid I ending up having to sign up for CLEAR to bypass it. So glad, I did.,...Both of my flights were great with no issues, butthe check in progress at Bush Airport was so much smoother. Check-in at SMF airport needs to be anaylzed and corrected. Do better United, I know you can....thanks
cabin crew was OK, food was OK, the trip from the US to Munich was actually pretty bad comfort wise. Noisy aircraft, lights never dimmed even in Business class (night flight) barely sufficient amenities for the price. I have millions of miles with United but TBH American is gaining ground and Delta has always been marginally better then United although on paper United has more longes and cheaper upgrades.
Pushed back only to get deplaned due to a tire damaged by ground crew. They did at least go pretty fast. The bathrooms should be banned under the Geneva convention. No room to even sit straight on the toilet. The under-seat entertainment units block what little leg room there is.
Essy to get on. The hostess gave very little pop, the plane was late getting in, and we are still waiting for our bags. This sucks. :/
