I always fly Delta main cabin and pay to upgrade my seat to preferred/extra leg room. However this time even with the buying the upgraded seat I was extremely cramped with very little legroom and unable to move comfortably. For some reason meal service was very early in the flight and my row seemed to have been skipped. Most of my attendant calls were unanswered. I was unable to get extra water, or crackers/snacks to make up for my missed meal. I always carry protein bars in my personal bag, but with no extra legroom I wasn’t able to access from underseat in front of me. I am unable to sleep while flying so I read and count on in flight entertainment. However the passenger in front of me reclined their seat fully preventing me from being able to view the screen or be able to rest my book on tray table to read. One of the first times I’ve been completely disappointed in Delta. I fly internationally 2-3 times a year.

Good flights. On time. They had a gluten free snack option which was nice

Take this flight once or twice a month. Just don’t cut it from the schedule.

737-800 in first class was pretty dumpy. Seat had an uncomfortable angle, storage under the seat was blocked so even my very modest backpack didn't fit, power outlet was flaky. Weird tiny seat pockets that couldn't hold a gallon ziploc bag, emesis bag missing, etc. etc. No in-flight service due to turbulence. Crew was excellent, boarding was smooth despite a full flight.

Food from the flight from Atlanta to Santiago was very poor..

Flight was delayed due to weather. Crew did a nice job of making us comfortable. No complain complaints.

Our bag was lost so that made unnecessary chaos On our trip

Delta is my preferred airline. I've traveled with them for years. On time in most cases, good communication, easy to use app. Most planes are pretty nice. I was on a CRJ 700/900 however, which was pretty badly aged inside and needed a refresh. No infotainment, unreliable wifi, best to download before boarding or bring a book. Food choices are really just snacks on this flight, nice variety but about what you'd expect. Great staff and prompt in departure and early arrival too. Overall quite satisfied.

Crew was friendly Love the entertainment in the seat head rest.

Delta flight was on time, seats were comfortable, and crew was nice.

We departed and landed on time, the aircraft was clean and comfortable, the crew were lovely. Online checkin worked well and the self service bag drop at the airport worked well. The a/c was an Airbus A330 and has been fitted with a good entertainment system with lots of choice in many languages. The price I paid for the flight was competitive with other airlines apart from the budget carriers, none of whom I was familiar with so I stuck to an airline I have used in previous visits to South America.

We didn’t have any entertainment. I tried to go online without success. The airplane was extremely cold and they didn’t have blankets.

It was good, however the airplane was really cold. We received snacks and the crew was friendly.

Delta has an outstanding service. They are courteous and punctual most of the time. The flight departed a half hour late but we arrived 15 minutes early.

Not sure why there are so many security checks at this airport. Consistently annoying showing passport over and over, checking carryons at gate all the while trying to make tight connection. Basically it was uncomfortable crowded cabin with meidiocre service

Although the flight is goof and the crew is good, the way the airline charges you for every service is ridiculous.

Plane never left the ground. Mech issues - entire trip was rerouted through united.

They didi not provide wheelchair though we had requested. We had to run around for 40 minutes and arrange it from the airport!

I liked everything, this was classed as premium economy but it was much better than Lufthansas business class. Lovely staff, comfortable plane and an excellent seat arrangement. A very pleasant surprise.

No entertainment but not expected. Unless you are referring to monitor that you can use. Then Al, was fine on all flights.
