Pros: Boarding was easy, crew members were friendly, snack food service was good, and the flight was smooth and on time. My baggage arrived promptly at Chapeco after the flight. No complaints!

Pros: Azule Airlines incorrectly charged me 60 Rais for my first bag of 23 kg. When I showed them documentation of my connecting flights, they reversed the charges.

Cons: Check in using the online system was impossible, even with helpdesk staff assistance.

Pros: Very nice and modern plane with attentative staff. Also they served maybe the best airplane food I’ve ever had.

Cons: We boarded just a bit late but still arrived on schedule.

Pros: Bus service from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 was clearly marked and frequent. The flight crew members were all helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the drink (especially suco de maracuja) and snack offerings. As I spoke only limited Portuguese, I greatly appreciated the attempts made by the ground staff and flight crew to communicate with me, both in English and via hand gestures. I am certain that no domestic airline would be so helpful to non-English speakers in the USA!

Cons: I realize Azul cannot help being stuck in Terminal 2, but it's not the most comfortable place to wait for a flight. Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!

I couldn’t get over how there were cameras to look at outside of the plane for those who didn’t have window seats as it helped with some landing anxiety. The food was well prepped and decently enjoyable! The charging port was also amazing and I was very happy to see it when I had boarded the plane.

Cons: Unfortunately, boarding was a bit confusing as the crew members spoke a majority of Portuguese and translated only very few times. I had to ask a crew memeber when I would board.

Cons: The leg room was terrible. I'm a tall American and I could barely fit in the seat, let alone fall asleep in a 9 hour hour flight. Also, there were no plugs that would work for an American outlet.

Cons: Cheap seats. And why were we not seated together when we booked way in advance?

Pros: Boarding was quick.... I am just filling space to get to 50 characters as United was quite bad and that’s paying for first class

Cons: First class doesn’t get you into their United Club before the flight. You still have to pay for any food in first class. And they tell you need to download the app after you exit the airport area and lose WiFi and coming international couldn’t go and download before flight. United was a huge disappointment.

Pros: All flights were on time or early and luggage made it to final destination with me.

Cons: Wish they had another snack option besides just pretzels.
