It's a long flight and I would have liked better snacks between lunch and the arrival meal. It's fine to have fruit and nuts but I really don't like ramen because it's salty junk soup. I'd suggest sandwiches. They're not expensive nor are they hard to store for a long flight. The FA's had a couple of big services and they were super busy preparing, executing and then cleaning up. Then they disappeared.

Great flight. Got to watch a movie. Smooth flight and early arrival at ORD.

I've been flying American mostly, and it's been very frustrating. This united flight makes me realize maybe the issue isn't flying, but the airline. United was a significantly better experience. The plane was more comfortable, with a normal amount of leg room (vs the ridiculous reductions AA has made), more comfortable seats, screens to watch movies. It was a much better experience!

We had excellent customer service despite the chaos at George Bush airport in Houston!

It isvvery small flight. No leg room . No space to put my personal item at feet.

Didn't make the flight because the first leg of my flight was canceled and the next leg was already booked.

Terrible because it was cancelled due to volcanic ash clouds in Guatemala while all other airlines kept flying. Had to pay for a hotel to stay overnight in Houston and try to fly next day.

Overall we had a good experience during our flight from San Francisco to Houston.

Airport terminal was outdated, flight was on a small jet with no wifi

Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.

Westjet never disappoint always terrible small plane ,crowded cheap snack if you can call it snack

Westjet was late and we missed our connecting flight with Cathay. Had to wait 8 hours. Westjet only allows 1 checked in baggage for international flights- it’s always been 2. Canada allows only 1 sandwhich bag size full off small liquids. Everything else will be tossed. Awful trip. Will never fly west jet or go to Toronto to connect flights!

I thought the coffee was excellent! The wait for the luggage was acceptable.. It left and arrived on time. My son found that his device worked very well and he really enjoyed his flight! The stewardess moved him up to the emergency exit and he very much appreciated that!

I wasn’t able to book or pay for a seat and they forgot to check me in for my third flight so I spent 24 hours in Toronto waiting for another one.

Everything was good except for flight delay, but it was because of the snow storm in the arrival airport.

The flight was cancelled less than 24 hours before departure. The alternate flight was a day later going from Grenada to Toronto to Vancouver to Calgary to Montreal. 2 days in the air. Not serious, Very bad service

I like the wider seats, Plus lots of legroom, Lacking entertainment, no tv or screen to play with

Liked in-flight wifi Did not like - nothing to complain, really. All good

The keg from Edmonton to Toronto My wife found it very cold. Other than that great flight.

Smooth flight Staff were courteous and welcoming upon entering and exiting the plane Pilot and crew provided frequent updates Leg space was not pleasant but manageable

Cancelled BOYH legs of our flight home 30 min before initial boarding

The flight was delayed about an hour for a maintenance specialist to approve the maintenance repair

This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.

The staff was nice. I appreciated that I was able to take an earlier flight, even though it was last minute. The boarding process felt rather chaotic.

My flight got delayed a total of five times. And the boarding gate changed four times. most of the time the platform was not up-to-date with the changes taking place. The most discouraging part of the entire trip by far.

Returned home with a blood clot from flight homes and the uncomfortable aircraft I was on.

The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.

Everything was delayed and the staff sent me to the wrong gate, causing me to miss one of my flights. I arrived at my destination 6 hours later than I was supposed to.

It was good, the staff was great, and the food, was as usual, tea and biscuit. Bathroom was clean, and the plane was clean as well.

It was really a terrific experience both going and returning on AA. Staff and crew were professional.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

It was a problem because there was a delay where we sat before taking off from newark, then when landed in Toronto we sat on tarmac and they wouldn't let us out for a long period of time. When we finally were released to the airport in Toronto the attendant scanned our boarding pass that we were here for our connection to Brazil. We ran all the way to the gate and they said at the gate the door is shut so we can not let you on the plane. We explained that we were checked in by the attendant when we arrived at Toronto airport to go to Brazil and they should not have shut the door. We were ignored at the gate

Flight home was delayed multiple times, did not get home until 2am

the check-in lady at ORD was extremely rude and unprofessional. very disappointed as it was supposed to be a celebration for my wife's birthday and it really put a damper on things. if i wanted to be treated like trash, i would have flown Economy! (as opposed to business class)

My original flight was cancelled and then rebooked four hours later on a recovery flight, but I was checked in as stanby and had no seats so as a family of four we were concerned about not being seated altogether. Our flight then got delayed by another 1.5 hours and when seats were assigned at the gate, three of the four of us were together and we could get my wife closer, they offered no assistance.

Good boarding but extremely cold temperature in both flights (60 F!).

Very rude gate attendants in San Francisco who didn’t let me bring my little carry on (smaller than usual size) and after boarding I realized that there still were a lot of overhead compartment space (like a full section available in some spots). That made me lose 30 minutes at my destination at 1am and it could have broken something fragile that I had in it
