Cons: Having less than an hour to deplane, go through immigration, them security just isn't enough time between flights. I missed my plane as Guadalajara immigration took almost 2 hours at 5:45am. I then had to add another flight to my itinerary. Planes are somewhat old.

They informed us that we would need to go to the Delta ticket counter when we arrived in Cancun (with a short layover). This is an unacceptable level of service.

Pros: Seats had the television screen in the seats instead of the monitors that come down from the ceiling. Everyone could choose what they wanted to watch. Good selection of movies and television shows. Airline stewards were nice.

Pros: When we did get in the air, the flight seemed to go quickly and we got there fast.
Cons: I upgraded to 1st class for both flights but the plane seating was very dismal and hadn't been upgraded in either of these planes for a long time. After we boarded the plane we were told that no drink, snacks or food would be offered. The attendant shut off the lights as soon as we got in the air and kept it dark in the cabin until 10 minutes before we landed. She never came around to check on us once or ask if we needed anything. I was so thirsty when we landed. I have decided that I will either go back to United Airlines or check out the 1st class options at American Airlines better next time. This might not have been their fault, I'm not sure what it was, but the flight was late landing and we took off an hour late as well which really put me behind schedule.

Pros: I decided to travel First Class from Houston TX and that was the greatest choice I ever made. IAH requires travelers to arrive 2-3 hrs early due to traffic or weather conditions. I checked in at 2 pm and waited for my 5 pm boarding call. First class was amazing! I stored my belongings without any issues. I sipped wine and dined on pasta and watched the movie Father Figures with Owen Wilson and Ed Helms. The stewardess was polite and friendly. The food was enjoyable and the passengers were friendly. The bathroom as also immaculate, I was impressed.

You would think it was 1968 or something! Unacceptable in this day and age of communication! The wedding is in 48 hours and can’t find our bags? All this was explained to the airline in Rome the baggage handlers etc. etc. still nothing. Absolutely amazing and disappointing!

Cons: I feel as though I should receive some kind of courtesy credit for the poor condition of the plane, friendliness of the staff, efficiency of the staff, and finally for being 3 hours late because failure to adequately fuel the plane. I was skipped for receiving refreshments, the plane had interior panels falling off. The second flight didn't have enough fuel for a 40 minute flight. The pilot told us that we were delayed for rain for 10 minutes but we did not have enough fuel to circle around. As a result we came back to Philadelphia. I missed a graduation party as a result. I had a poor experience. The flight attendants did not greet me on entrance or exit.

Cons: After so much money given to private airlines from the government to mitigate their loses during the pandemic, they are still packing their planes back to back. It should be a law to forbid more than two passenger per sit row leaving the middle seat empty, unless they're in the same reservation.

Cons: Customer service was very poor. The arline could've notified the connecting flight that we had landed and to wait on us. Instead, the connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 and the flight had already left. In addition, the reps did not show and form of empathy that we had missed the flight, of no fault of our own. When asked to provide transportation the connecting flight, the rep acted put out and stated we would have to wait (mind you, the next flight wasn't scheduled to board until 1:44pm). I was then told, the rep was going to lunch and I would have to flag down a ride. Lastly, a $10.00 voucher was nothing considering most airport meals are over $10.00.

Pros: I’m handicapped and requested wheelchair assistance when I booked flight. Not once was it ready I had to ask for it at every leg of trip, going and returning. Took morning flight home to connection and when landed was told that flight was cancelled and rebooked my on another flight which was fine but didn’t have the seat available that was originally designated and the woman at customer service didn’t care. New flight delayed 3 times and I ended up being in Newark for 9 hours and got a total of $30 in vouchers, had anyone that gives these vouchers out bought anything in an airport before? And the $30 I did get I had to beg for as well. No more united for me thanks.

Pros: Crew were great, especially considering we had a couple of mishaps travelling with a five year old and five month old. Despite being a mega long flight it was comfortable and we were well looked after.
Cons: Seats are a little narrow on the exit rows and bulkhead as the armrests accommodate the TV and tables. This also means they can’t be moved. Not unique to Air NZ though.

Pros: Rude gate staff. They were being very condescending in their tone while saying perhaps appropriate information. This occurred starting when one woman got in line. The sign kept changing...her accharine like tone telling her that boarding would begin at 1130 was unnecessary. Communicating with foreign passengers whose flight had been rebooked to this flight was very poor. Instead of asking them for the name of their baby, the gate employee kept asking them for the lap child name! This occurred over and over until finally they asked for the bany's name. The lady who is from Chicago started practically wagging her finger and just saying NO! to bags that might be too large. How she did this was overly rude even when the bag fit in the metal sizer!

Pros: The crew was very kind, professional and accommodating.
Cons: I paid extra so that we could have more leg room and be closer to the front of the plane yet upon embarking we were part of the last group to board. We sat in the first isle directly behind firstclass yet borded. virtually last. I was told by the flight attendant that because I purchased my airfare through Kayak as opposed to the airline was the reason behind this. I had no idea that this was the case and on top of spending the additional fee for upgrading, I was disappointed. I have a 0 star for entertainment because there was no N/A as a selection choice. There were no movies or entertainment aboard this aircraft.

Cons: I had very little time to make my connection in Newark. Other airports/airlines have given me a short connection pass which has allowed passengers to make their connection with less stress. The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. I spoke to a TSA agent who couldn’t have cared less if I missed my flight and a United representative who told me to “just try.” In the end, I had to ask other passengers if I could go ahead of them. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service.

Pros: Terrific Gate Team in Houston, who were extremely helpful with my current disability (my foot is in a walking boot). Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers.
Cons: It was recommended to download the United app for free inflight Enterainment once I purchased the inflight WiFi. After purchased, none of the movies or tv shows would play. It seemed like slow WiFi was making it impossible to utilize the Entertainment promoted by United.

Pros: I am only 5'4" but the seat in front of me was broken. I had NO leg room. If you are going to squeeze your passengers in like sardines, the very least that you could do is make sure what little room you have left us isn't compromised by faulty equipment.

Cons: Boarding could be a little frustrating because groups 3 4 5 were 1 lane and there wasn't a lot of room in the airport. Also, there wasn't a lot of time to get from one side of the airport to the other to stop at the restroom and get a real meal, since there was nothing served on the previous flight. Due to turbulence there was nothing served on the flight, which is beyond the control of the crew. They knrw ahead of time about the turbulence, perhaps they could have quickly passed out pretzels or cookie before the flight took off.

Cons: United was unorganized and they acted as if these cancellations were no big deal. Those two days that we missed could have been spent at work. Now I have wasted PTO time that I can't get back and wasted money at our resort that I wasn't able to get back. One of the agents at Bradley International Airport Sammy put her hands on my friend and screamed in her face USING FOUL LANGUAGE with a line full of people and their children waiting to check in. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. We did get police and management involved. The overall experience was terrible.

Pros: The crew was the best part of the entire awful experience. The pilots let people tour the cockpit and the stewards were very accommodating considering their rules and restrictions. With so many delays, we were able to disembark the plane and come and go as we needed till we were able to finally board for takeoff.
Cons: We all received updates every thirty minutes with a new departure time and each time we were supposed to depart, there was another delay. The first delay was caused by a seat cushion floating device not being on the plane (hour delay right there) and then for the next three and a half hours, we all were constantly being delayed due to rain. The rain was not their fault but had that cushion been properly stocked on the plane, we would have missed the storm and been on our way. A two-hour flight became an eight-hour hell. Not to mention, the plane itself smelled like a seedy bar bathroom, I had to tuck my legs underneath myself because there was absolutely no legroom, and my row mate was a belligerent drunk. Getting home at 5 am Monday morning and going straight to work was not ideal. Would have been nice to be home on the same day that my flight was scheduled.

Also I asked for a seat that would recline and they gave me the only seats that do not because the emergency exit was behind!! The had no sandwiches or salads, they only had chips, crackers, etc

Cons: I have NEVER flown on an international flight and NOT received a complimentary meal or two...When I'm flying for 8 hours. On top of that the seats were very small and uncomfortable. I shouldn't feel a person grabbing a magazine or pulling down a tray when I'm sitting in the seat in front of them. There was one younger African American flight attendant with a light brown, long curl wig that didn't look like she wanted to be there. You can tell by all her eye rolls, sighs and not responding back to numerous thank yous given to her. I couldn't consistently watch a show or movie for 3 minutes thanks to the wifi and or app on MY Samsung's SO sad that you guys couldn't have them already installed like other airlines. This airline is already in hot water, I expected MUCH better customer service. I will do my best NOT to use them again and tell others to do the same.

Pros: First flight delayed once board to check a broken light. Then waisted 40 minutes taxiing on tarmac in Houston because they couldn't find a gate. Missed our connection. They put us up in a low end hotel overnight. Then we had our morning flight again delayed as we waited for planes to the take off, so further delays. Arrived in Costa Rica 1 hour late. Now with too many other flights so immigration packed and took another hour and twenty minutes (when we finished there was only a 5 minute wait). Thanks United

Cons: When I went to the gate in Houston to get my boarding pass for my second leg, the lady at the gate counter yelled at me because I didn't know my seat assignment even though I had already explained that I didn't know because I didn't have a boarding pass. On my original booking, I had chosen my seat to be a window, but when they rebooked me they put me in a middle seat even though there was a completely empty row in front of me. Then, to top everything off, they forced me me check my rollerboard carry-on because they said there was no more room on the plane, but when I got on I could see multiple spaces were still available. Another passenger and I were left to wait nearly 5 minutes on the jetway while the gate counter rep went to print our checked luggage tags. I asked the stewardess why I had to check mine even though there was plenty of space, and she said "it's hard to tell sometimes how much room we're going to have left." She also didn't offer any apology. All in all it was a terrible experience. I had to wait unnecessarily at various points of the travel process, had to endure a layover that was more than double what I had planned for, was forced to check my carry-on at the gate, and worst of all I missed a really important meeting. United obviously does not care at all about economy customers. Don't trust this airline! Book on Southwest or JetBlue - they actually care about customer retention!

Pros: From the Take off location in Low Angeles the United personnel was parents both have health issues and the wheelchair..go cart service was great...
Cons: When returning from Houston to LA...i appreciated that the wheelchair service was ready when they arrived....what i didn't like was that as we entered the elevator one of the workers made a comment to his partner that there was to much weight cause the elevator made a certain noise...but not as if he was concerned more mother is heavy set ...she and our party thought that was rude and unnecessary...they both looked at her...i was going to bring it to there attention, but what good would of it please address it....there were 2 pushing my father which was a Hispanic male and the other was a black male pushing mother...the one who made the comment was the Hispanic male....and another problem was the airplane was very warm...

Cons: I didn't receive any notification that my second flight was rescheduled. The airlines had all of my information and I verified it was correct; however, the airlines did not know why I didn't receive a notification. Also, I spent more than 14 hours trying to get home. What should have taken 5 hours ended up being 14 hours with12 spent at one airport. I'm exhausted, fatigued, and annoyed with how this day is going. I thought I was going to be on the next available flight, but that meant one of four standby personnel on a flight overbooked by 2 people. But hey, I still have my health

Cons: Because the flight to Houston sat on the tarmac for so long, no one was able to get food in the airport before boarding this flight. I was at the back of the plane and there was NO fresh food available once the flight attendants reached the last 6-10 rows. Unacceptable that there is not enough food options for all passengers. By the time I landed in Panama, I had not eaten for 13 hours.

Pros: The crew was very friendly and efficient. They were extremely helpful with our requests. The entertainment was good, I was able to watch a movie the whole flight home.
Cons: We were expected to land at 5pm and did not land until 5:20pm. Upon arrival, the line to immigration was ridiculous. The machines were super slow and kept freezing. It took an hour before we could get to the X-ray line. At this point we had already missed the original time of our flight. Luckily the flight was delayed 30 minutes. After going through the x-ray machines we ran to our gate only to find out it had been changed and delayed again. We made it to our flight which was now rescheduled to depart at 7:23pm. After sitting in the plane for 45 minutes we did not depart until 8pm making our landing 2 hours after the original time.

Pros: The associate at the desk confused my flight for the next flight. I was given the wrong information and I watched my plane depart from the gate. Upon realizing that employees of that gate had left, and we're not coming back, I had to ask passing personnel about my flight to find that it left already and that I had already been rebooked without being notified. I now had to fly from Houston to Chicago to Nashville. The new flight boarded almost 2 hours later than expected, and upon landing in Chicago, I had already missed my connecting flight to Nashville by 35 minutes apparently. Unacceptable.

Pros: We were early for our flight. The flight was canceled 30 minutes before boarding, with no reason. United handed us a card and told us customer service would help us. Although we were booked on a flight the next day, it was on AMERICAN with a connecting flight. We waited in customer service line for an hour, to be told we would get only a discount on a hotel for the night. Not 100% paid for. We then waited another hour to be told our bags were already at our destination. No food vouchers. Just a goddamned headache. Horrible.

Cons: My flight was canceled and I was never notified. I never got a text or an email. I was also allowed to board the wrong flight, and sat there until another customer boarded with the same seat assignment. If that hadn't happened, I would've flown all the way to Oklahoma on the wrong flight, with no luggage. Not to mention, it's probably a lapse in security. That's how I learned that my flight was canceled.The United phone line was not helpful. Then, I stood in line FOREVER. After 2 hours of standing in line, they set up a dedicated line, and all of a sudden it was helpful. I'm never not flying southwest again. I'm praying my luggage makes it to where I'm going. AND no wifi on either flight. That really sucks.

I feel like it was the worst customer service and while I realize the lady I spoke to was probably not the one responsible for the captain being Mia she could have been more kind and more helpful by 100%

Was snapped at for asking for tea when they were taking my drink "order", because she started rolling the cart away and didnt seem like she was coming back so the guy next to me asked if she had heard me. Saw another flight attendant nearly get in a fight with another passenger because she couldn't communicate and wasn't on board with whatever the other flight attendants had told her to do. Probably time to discuss stress management or have some of these people take a break to decompress because it's stressful being trapped with a bunch of jerks who are supposed to be helpful

Try some politeness with the "idiocy" of passengers slammed into a window seat by your automated seating computer. Next. To fill out the forms provide please offer a pen. You can put your name on it if you like, make it a gimme pen. I tried internet unsuccessfully, then joined United Club to get wifi, only to discover after too late its only at the airport; then tried go go wifi; only to discover we flew out of range, again no notice that there was a particular range - your inflight ap services are not friendly revealing the shortcomings of a purchase.

Cons: They cancelled my flight into Hartford. I got stuck in Houston then they sent me to Boston. My car was at Bradley international on Boston so I had to wait a few hours when I landed at Logan before a rental car became available, which cost me an extra 200 dollars. I rented the car and drove to Hartford (2 hours) to drop the rental off and get my car. Needless to say I was exhausted for work on Tuesday after getting home at 3am and traveling all day. My original flight from Houston to Hartford was suppose to land at 8pm at Bradley airport. I had several people I was on the trip with who also flew into Hartford the same day with similar arrival times at bradley who were on different airlines. They either had small delays or no delays at all. Extremely inconvenient the trip home was. Although I am all for safety first I am not sure why other airlines still made the trip or simply delayed the flights. Cons: I was seated next to a morbidly obese man that smelled of feces so bad people many seats away had to cover their noses, overflowed his seat, taking up half of mine, and was watching disgusting pornography on his phone for half the flight, not that I was looking, but it was a bit hard to not notice, he wasn't trying to hide it. The power outlet under my seat did not work, so my phone died, and my armrest(left) was missing it's headphone jack so I couldn't use the in-flight entertainment, not that it would have mattered anyway, the fat man beside me was so huge, his fat covered my armrest so I had no access to the remote. The guy on my right, in the window seat, while not fat, wasn't small either and hogged two armrests, leaving me with none. I had to hold my seatback with my left hand the entire flight because there was nowhere to put my left arm without either holding it straight out in front of me, or laying them on the fat mans stomach which was folded over the armrest to my left. At one point I called a flight attendant and asked if they had any kind of a pillow or something to help my situation because the position I was forced to sit in was horribly uncomfortable and did not support my back, she looked at me confused, said they have nothing like that, and immediately vanished without any suggestion of a seat change or anything, just confused stare and then bolted away. All in all a pretty traumatizing experience, worst flight of my life.

I had previously purchased her flight and somehow the kayak site had auto populated her name, i know for a fact did I did not type in her name, it is longer Han mine and has a middle name, i don’t even have a middle name. I think it was justfly, the third party who sent the confirmation email, I explained the situation, they took my contact information and since I had just called they would reach out to Volaris to see if they could change it to my name, and would reach back out to me within a few days. They never called/emailed me back. When I called Volaris they charged me a name change fee off $80+... I don’t know if anyone cares about customer service at Kayak, I have been purchasing all my personal flights through Kayak since 2007, this is by far the worse ticketing/airline experience I have ever had. Also, Volaris charged me $10 for my backpack that I store underneath the seat in front of me! They are a terrible airline, that straight out rips people off. This is the last time I fly with them, and probably last time I use Kayak.

Es un absurdo, pues todos nos vamos a ir y es una causa de molestia y que me haría pensar a mi y otros muchos en no comprar más con ustedes. Cons: I was havin a bit of a problem loading mr boarding pass when we started boarding. Instead of helping the gate attendant, whom I found fairly arrogant, told me to get out of the line and said I would be boarding last. I expressed that such instruction was nor acceptable since I had paid the priority boarding fee. When I finally uploades the boarding pass (withput their help, I was alloewd to go through only to find out that everyone was boarding a bus to take us to a remote location. So what is the point of charging priority boardong if everyone boards at the same time? If ypu are charging for something you are obligated to deliver what you charged for.

Cons: Where do I start? I booked with them because of the low price and I read other reviews where they were compared to Southwest aArline, whom I like. well, they aren't even close! They don't offer any complimentary drinks, no entertainment, and the seats were horribly uncomfortable on all four planes we rode on. The seat pads were worn out and all you could feel was a metal bar across your tailbone. Try to sleep on that for a red eye flight! Impossible. They sat us near the back of the plane and we had the option to move for an extra fee. I chose not to and regretted this decision because the flight attendants posted up and played cards all night, laughing and talking loudly while the passengers tried desperately to sleep! nevermind the fact that you have to pay extra for a regular carry-on sized bag. This airline is such a joke. Next time I fly to Mexico, I'll just pay extra and fly with a known US carrier. Don't waste your pesos, unless you want to be super uncomfortable.

Cons: Tried to pre check a day before the flight using Volaris app and wasn't able to complete the process, as the app was timing out and it was forcing me to buy a seat in the plan, which I wasn't interested in. It seems to me that the airline is trying to nickel and dime you in every opportunity they have as they wanted to charge us 50 USD extra as our carry on luggage was under the 22 LB restriction but our backpack added 2 pounds. I have never seen an airline that is weighting each and every passengers backs and purses during the boarding process to see how much more money they can get per flight. Also, I found it kind of funny that after take off the flight attendants were selling the empty seats in the front which didn't had more leg room (not first class) but were just closer to the cabin. There was no agent from VivaAerobus available at the airport for me to talk to. I will have to wait until tomorrow morning to begin trying to get my luggage. My Spanish is very poor, but there a lot of visitors who do not speak Spanish. The English speaking skills of VivaAerobus employees is poor.

Cons: On a 6 hour flight that was international and during dinner time they did not have any dinner food, only light snacks for purchase. No charging ports either.

Cons: Horrible service, rude , dirty , too crowded, over priced ! I was charged for my luggage when I was told it was already included. And apparently they were over widget but the website said I was okay. I even called and tripped check since this was our first time flying with them. They told us to get there at least 3 hour before our flight and they didn’t start checking us in until 3:50 ! I felt rushed after because we didn’t have time to grab a coffee or eat. The workers are rude and disrespectful not helpful at all !

Cons: A 5 hour delay and absolut nothing of info about it from the crew. Really really shitty. No food. No water. No medical service for a sick baby about 1.3 years old. This is the worst experience ever.

Cons: Delayed flight both there and back. Personal at the desk VERY RUDE! Their luggage policy is f***ing ridiculous! They even weight your purse! And both carryon and luggage have to weight 10 kg - AND IF YPU GET ANYTHING ELSE AT THE DUTY FREE THEEY REWEIGHT YOUR BAGS AND MAKE YOUPAY IF IT GOES OVER!!! They always change the boarding gate and don’t have anyone telling you to go to the new gate! You have to walk and look out to the screens for the stupid sign!

Pros: Nothing was nice. Delayed flight for 3 hours and never told us what was wrong or why was it delayed. They first said it was about 30-45 minutes late, then an hour, later, another hour and so on. They didn’t offer anything on board, not even a cup of water. I understand they want to make profit and sell snacks and drinks, but come on, charge you for water!? Seriously?!
Cons: NOTHING! I rather pay $100 more in an airline that has great CUSTOMER SERVICE and that in addition for not giving me a straight answer about how delayed is my damn flight AND taking one fu****ng hour to put the luggage in the carousel for the passengers! I hope they go out of business!!!!!! I know they lost mine and my whole family!

Pros: Good, friendly staff. Quick flight as far as in the air.
Cons: 3 hour delay, come on... tight fit. Everything else made it uncomfortable but it was a 98$flight so what are ya gonna do?

Pros: We got to the airport and the lady that helped us add an extra bag was amazing trying her hardest to make it the cheesesteak possible. She weighed and re weighed our bags until we had the cheapest option. We ended up having to pay for 1bag upgrade (2-55lbs) that was 75$ Then the flight it’s self the flight attendants were every nice and tried to wander any questions I had. Chips were stale. Comfort of the flight was no worse than any other flight I’ve been on.
Cons: I will not book with EVER again because they messed up my baggage. I originally wanted 3-55lb bags but bought 5-33lb bags when I enquirer about upgrading to 3-55lb bags they ended up miss understanding my wishes and took away 2bags and I still only had 33lbs per bag... by then it was to close to the date we were leaving so they couldn’t fix it and I was told I wasn’t going to get a refund... and that I would have to buy my baggage upgrade at the airport. I could try but it wasn’t likely.
