Cons: "agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew."

Cons: "flights all on Delta - about one a week for 3 months straight - and yet when Delta cancelled my flight and re-booked they did not give me any upgrade or loyalty as I saw it - I had paid extra for Delta Comfort and they told me the flight they re-booked me on simply did not have any comfort available. However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. It needs to be a two-way"

Our next flight from Dallas to Huntsville, AL had the AC on the entire time we were waiting our turn/taking off- the plane was newer and slightly bigger. Not sure what the deal was but it made the flight pretty miserable."

You would think it was 1968 or something! Unacceptable in this day and age of communication! The wedding is in 48 hours and can’t find our bags? All this was explained to the airline in Rome the baggage handlers etc. etc. still nothing. Absolutely amazing and disappointing!"

Food wasn’t cooked all the way when it got to a passenger. It was still cold. It was the worst flight I’ve been on. I would rather ride in a jump seat on a C-130 with military!"

Cons: "The Smell on the flight was unacceptable, I was sitting about a couple rows across the middle bathroom, and it smelled horrible, I had never had an experience like this on any other flight, I fly United many times a year, and this had me really uncomfortable for almost 5 hours, since the flight was delayed almost 1.5 hours while we sat onboard the aircraft at the gate, that had me miss dinner plans too in San Francisco as well. I really hope they can fix that, For the good of the passengers, felt like I was going to be nauseous all the time, and I'm really not someone that complains or takes time to review badly."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact I was unable to reschedule my flight due to medical reasons. The ticket I purchased was nonrefundable. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking to reschedule due to medical reasons of which I have a letter from my Cardiologist as proof of my condition. I saw my Cardiologist Baxter D. Montgomery, M.D. phone: 713.599.1144 on June 9th and was treated for uncontrolled Blood Pressure. I was advised to reschedule my flight after a follow-up appointment on June 23rd. On June 10th I Called United to reschedule my June 11th flight and was referred to Lowestfare.com at 800.678.0998. I spoke to Albert and explained my situation and was told that I couldn't reschedule. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Jane who only confirmed that I couldn't reschedule and nothing could be done. Not allowing customers with verifiable medical excuses to reschedule their flight is a shameful business practice."

She was curt, unfriendly & really made me upset with her bad attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day but I paid good hard earned money for my trip. I at least deserved courteousy & mutual respect."

Cons: "Everything else. The only redeeming feature of the flight experience was the great flight attendant onboard and the fact that we actually landed at my destination. The coffee maker onboard had been broken for a long time and the airline couldn't be bothered to fix it. If I were the flight crew, I would have gone on strike. No leg (or arm) room on the express jet really punctuated a 34 hour itinerary with a sour note. I could barely walk off the plane in the end. Less comfortable than a cheap rental truck for the same amount of time. I likely won't fly again with United. I'd almost rather walk next time to be completely honest. At least it would be healthier!"

Gate agent was not overwhelmingly helpful or understanding to people's frustrations during the delay and didn't go out of her way to try to help. Customer Service was helpful and able to rebook and provide overnight hotel accommodations, but it was a very slow process that clearly frustrated some customers even more. Clearly not anyone's fault, but still frustrating and not a great flying experience."

I had to leave it to pass through TSA to run and try to catch my flight from Houston to Chicago. When I arrived at my gate I got there just in time because they were starting to board the plane. I was uconfortable sitting between two men. I traveled alone. When we landed in Chicago, took forever to get to the gate so we can get off the plane. There was no entertainment, at least for me. My phone was way low in battery and ai couldn't watch anything."
Pros: "The only thing I have to say that is positive is that it was relatively easy to change my flight date and time in the United app once my original flight had been cancelled. The app was the only thing that helped me understand what was going on during the constant time and gait changes throughout the day."
Cons: "This airline is terrible. First we were told that the flight would be delayed 1 hour and 40 minutes. We were supposed to leave at 2139 from IAH to PHX. They changed the departure to 2309 due to "mechanical failure" of one of the aircrafts. We were told a plane was coming and that we were just waiting for another flight to Albuquerque that was delayed before us to leave the gait. Long after that first delayed flight left passengers for PHX were delayed 3 more times which ended in the final tenative departure time being 0145. We were told at 0115 to sit tight and wait because the plane was now here but the crew was still in route. Shortly after this promise, the crew showed up and everything seemed to be ready for us to board. Another 30 minutes went by and they announced that the flight was cancelled. United airlines had used up over 4 hours of changing gaits and times only to end up cancelling the entire flight. They did not offer any explanation for this nor were they the least sympathetic to the travelers who have all paid to be on that flight. The customer service was disgraceful and did not offer any type of help on reimbursement, hotel, cabs, or compensation for this."

Cons: "The boarding was completely disorganized. The crew unprofessional. I overheard one crew member say to another "What is it with these Denver weirdos?". Then they complained about work and passengers the rest of the trip. I was in the front row and they must've assumed I couldn't hear them. I could. I know you're trying to reduce fares and making it an more a la cart experience, but $2.99 for a can of soda? Having to avoid the pile of ice that was dumped by the flight crew into the bathroom sink when i washed my hands wasn't very pleasant. The chairs are still incredibly uncomfortable, even in my "stretch" seating assignment ($35 poorly spent on my part). This trip made me rethink the cost benefit of taking Frontier. Flying United or American may be worth the extra money. And that's coming from someone on a tight budget. I used to enjoy flying Frontier and love taking a plane in general. I surely didn't this time."

Cons: "Flight was late, Boarding procedure was not efficient it would help if they seated by seat letter when I boarded I was in seat f by the window but the other two seats were already occupied and they had to get up to let me in this happened numerous times for everyone on the plan causing a long boarding time. Plane had some off issues I think with the fuel pumps or the hydraulics there was a really annoying sound for the entire flight. No wifi Not enough leg room"

Did not participate in TSA Pre-check (they started a couple days before my flight but the website was not updated to tell you this nor to let you enter your KTN. If you read the website it would tell you they did not participate. If you call a live person can add your KTN to your reservation."

Cons: "seating was the most cramped I've ever experienced. I needed to get a boarding pass at the airport and low and behold all three of their machines were down. That was a 15 minute wait, compared to the normal airlines with 15 machines it was completely avoidable. I was surprised to learn carry on bags cost $40-45, putting me $20 below the cost of a untied flight."

The flight from Denver to Houston was delayed 2 and a half hours and I didn't feel we were adequately informed about when we would finally be taking off. Once we boarded the plane, we were delayed an extra half hour waiting on paperwork. All around it was a frustrating experience."

Barely big enough to hold an iPhone - They charge you to pick a seat. If you want aisle or middle be prepared to pay. - They charge to bring bags on board - They charge for food - They charge for drinks, even soda or juice - They pretty much charge for everything - I will do everything I can to avoid this airline in the future"

Cons: "The flight was delayed because an engine malfunction; which discovered right before take off, luckily they caught it. We waited about an hour and the "new" seats are ridiculously uncomfortable and I'm pretty sure they don't recline. Overall would not fly with them again unless the price is right."

Pros: "I loved the flight attendants. They were very warm and kind. They made what turned out to be a very bumpy ride more comfortable for the passengers because they were more expressive about the turbulence than the pilots."

The plane was swaying from side to side before the wheels were up...and there was no explanation from the pilots. What I would like to express the most about this particular flight was that I felt the pilots were not very conciencious about expressing concern for how the passengers were doing during what was a pretty bumpy ride from start to finish."

The tray is only half the size of the standard. I'm pretty sure it's going to take a few sessions with a chiropractor to fix the abuse to my spine."
Cons: "We were at the Houston airport almost 3 hours before flight time, but no one was at the ticket counter. 45 minutes later the ticket agent arrived then told (not asked) us to move aside so they could check in passengers on an earlier flight. I completely understand the earlier flight thing, but common courtesy goes a long way! The gate agent was quite curt in his attempts to board people by boarding groups. The flight crew was tired, bored and just doing a job. Frontier will not be at the top of the list for future flights."
Pros: "The seating is extremely restrictive. The seats no longer recline. Seating arrangement is a charge item. Carry on bags are a charge item. In flight beverages and food items are charge items. The air in the planes is low quality."
Cons: "The stewards(ess) are bitchy because they are trying to manage very unhappy passengers. They constantly spout warnings to shut up, sit down and do exactly as they say or you will be taken off the airplane in irons by an air marshal. There is no comfort or piece of mind on a Frontier plane."
Cons: "The price of beverages/food."
Pros: "The crew on the way back from Denver were funny and kind and extremely helpful. The flight itself was fine."
Cons: "The prices for the trip. I wish I were explained that I would have so many different prices added on to the trip price. Carry-On price, seat price, Checked bag price (why are they different prices?). Only complimentary drink is water. The trip is more ideal for a weekend trip where all you need is a backpack that can fit under the seat. Then the pricing wouldn't be so bad."

Pros: "Tickets where excellent price since We did not check bags or carry ons. Airline was on time both ways and service was good."
