Let the handicap get on first and wheelchair assistance I love sitting on the aisle seat very comfortable for the limp in my left side

The babies crying across the aisle from me just too busy and parents letting them get away with it that's not good for people trying to get a little shut-eye but it's all good

Not much

My first time flying with Spirit and it started off bad to begin with. First learned that you can't carry on a bag without a $55 per leg fee adding 50% more to the trip. We decided to check one bag instead at a cost of $40 per leg but then Spirit considers over 40 Lbs overweight instead of 50 like other airlines so another $30 for overweight per leg for an extra $140 for the trip. Then soft drinks are $3 everything costs more. I will say the flight crew did a great job when there was a heart attack on our flight and they attended to him with great care. Then our flight back was cancelled due to the Hurricane but no other airline had to cancel that far out from the hurricane actually hitting. It seems Spirit couldn't get flights to Chicago with nothing to do with Atlanta. In fact we ended up driving all the way back to Atlanta only to see Delta and other airlines landing at the airport 11 hours later. Only Spirit wouldn't fly in more than a day before it effected the area. They did at least refund most of my money. I'll just never fly them again.

Seats were spartan and minimalist but good for a 2 hour flight. Cabin walkways seemed wider than many other carriers.

Flight crews personalities very poor. Completely checked out. long delays getting pulled into the gate and getting a jet bridge connected - almost 1 hour after landing before leaving the aircraft.. First time to be bounced on landing in an Airbus. Atlanta is not a hard runway to land on. They are not a contender for my business unless my only other option is being strapped to the hood of a truck.

The Airbus 320 was very new and seating was generous on leg room. Many of the other airlines fly planes that feel old and have cramped seating. This was different and a definite plus. Not having food and beverage service on a short 90 min flight is a big plus! Not at all a negative. You did not have the flight crew hustling down the aisle creating a general sense of congestion. They were very quick up and down the aisle to serve those who wanted to buy something. Thinking about the comparison the thing I hate the most about flying is cramped seating. The second thing I hate is having the darn service carts parked next to me. Spirit solved both of these bits. I just brought my own drink and all was good. I think I get nervous with that tiny plastic glass of ice and some liquid always worried it will spill. Having a bottle with a cap was actually relaxing. I usually ignore the in flight magazine. And many airlines are switching to personal device entertainment so why do I need them to provide it? All in all I ended up being impressed with Spirit even though after the baggage and seating charges I might have spent more than economy on another airline.

Unfortunately the gate area is small and two flights were delayed so the off loading and boarding involved 600 people crammed into an already small space. But it is clear that they are good with their boarding process and the gate staff were friendly and tried to keep people informed. The small space is clearly part of the cost saving strategies and under normal circumstances should work fine.

The flight from Frankfurt to Chicago arrived late, had to collect bags and clear customs which delayed transfer, had to go from one end of the airport to the other on a train which operated very slow which delayed transfer, had to then clear TSA security checks which were very slow and again delayed transfer. Moving at the max speed we were capable of, we arrived at the opposite end of the airport too late to board and were left behind. United was not very sympathetic, although provided ticket for next morning flight. The entire experience was very disappointing following what was a decent tour of Italy.

The airplane seats were comfortable.

The email confirmation was NOT printable as there were technical difficulties for both myself and my friend. We tried using 2 different computers to view a printable copy of our tickets. We also tried downloading the Spirit app to our phones for an early check in, but this too was not working. On our return flight, we made it to the kiosk 45 minutes before departure (we originally planned to be earlier but we had some mishaps happen causing us to check in later than planned), but the kiosk took too long for us to meet the 45 minute deadline. As a result, we had to go to the check in desk where he supervisor on duty told us we missed the deadline. She also told us there were EMPTY seats on the flight. Had she given us some sort of boarding pass we could have made it to the flight well before departure. FYI- we were 3 minutes late for check in by the time she pulled up our information.. Pretty didarisfied with the limited amount of help she could provide. I'd like a refund on my money rather than a credit because the spirit experience is not a customer focused experience. Every other airline has hospitality. Spirit tries to make money off of you for every inconvenience at the price of cheap plane tickets. I'll never ride spirit again.

The flight did get me from Chicago to Atlanta successfully, which was essentially the goal. The flight was not at all delayed, which was very appreciated. The staff was wonderfully nice, no complaints.

The flight was very simple, I was unaware of their baggage policy before arriving to the airport. Other airlines make it clear how much a carry-on will be, I was unaware, and I felt a little tricked when I got to the airport and paid $55 for my bag. I don’t recall it being clear when I purchased my ticket either. I would have likely gone with another airlines if I knew it would be that expensive for a carry-on. No complimentary beverage service on the flight, which would have been nice. Keep expectations low, I don’t really need entertainment or a complimentary beverage service on the flight, is it nice and very appreciated, yes.

The second time I didn't fly they canceled the flight because pilot was no where to be found I over heard it, they said flight was canceled due to bad weather even though other airlines where flying to the same destination at the same time.

Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.

That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!

The price was unreal so I had to jump on this, I was able to get on and off with my backpack no problem. The flights were good, captains were very communicative about times, expectations and when turbulence was present.

The check in had to be done in person because of the need to check my bag size, I felt a little insulted that I would have to be checked on my honesty. When I got to the check in it was like watching a special forces team measuring and prodding peoples bags to get them in to the little box even when the shapes were the reason they couldn't fit, not the size of the bags. I literally watched someone fit their bag and the attendant take it out and make it misshaped for the box and show how it didn't slide in. I had no issues with my luggage, but that sucked to watch happen to others. The food and drinks came about 10 minutes before the plane landed.

Let's see - I was in first class. The flight itself was fine - and only one hour + late!

Food - Served the "breakfast" (when it was called a protein plate) I had coming (into MSP). for "lunch" on the way back (called it a meat plate for lunch. One slice turkey, one slice jamon, one egg, cinnamon roll and fruit. Just because they don't want to serve bread - they call it a protein plate? I'm not on a protein diet. Food was pretty sick for the amount I paid for the fight. Stewardess said it was against Republic's rules to give a customer a can of tonic water (so I could add to the small amount of vodka) - she also told me that it was against Delta's, American's and United's rules to give a can - strange? First Class seat did not recline. First Class was freezing per every flight on this segment (the stewardesses sit in the back and don't want to be uncomfortable - if they make the front warm - the back is too hot for them (not joking on this one). So many things to list - that I will finish on the AA site.

Good 6.0

Damn cheap. Like 30$ for a flight to Atlanta from Chicago. I mean seriously! But of course pay for everything on the plane. To be expected and also can’t complain. Only reason for 4 stars is because I didn’t want to go to Atlanta. Had to because Of business. So, not a good representation really. Plane looked new. All guys as attendants which was a first. They were cool. And the baby next to me didn’t cry the entire trip which was a complete surprise. Just wish I didn’t get motion sicknesss so easily. Good flight though.

I like how they kept lying about a delayed flight, they did it pretty good I was actually impressed at their lying skills, all the passengers including myself actually believed the flight was delayed due to weather because that's what they where telling us until we overheard how the crew members including the pilot never showed up and they couldn't get a hold of them and that's why we couldn't depart

This is the second time I buy a spirit flight ticket, the first time they lost my 500 dollar stroller and recovered it after 3 weeks it was broke when they gave it back and they did nothing about it.
