Seats are comfortable. The flight was on time.

Timing was on point. Majority of the staff was friendly. Wifi with gogoflight and as I am a T-Mobile Customer is definitely a big good point.

I was seated in a window seat and another woman my size about 110 pounds was seated in the aisle however there was a 400+ pound man sitting in a middle seat which made it very difficult for me especially to even sit back because it was touching me the whole time when you have somebody of that size You should make sure they are on and I'll because then the find attendance would have some difficulty getting through instead of your passengers being inconvenienced either that or force people of that size to take two seats

Basic Economy tickets are a joke. They are no savings for customers just added restrictions and an overall unenjoyable flight experience as you are being surveillanced by every United associate to ensure you pay for a carry on bag. United and Spirit airlines are now one in the same. United hasn’t suddenly introduced lower fares than before, but rather is reducing the benefits that come with the most basic fares.

Staff was attentive and pleasant. Seat was comfortable, good knee room. Left and arrived on-time. Good experience.

Reclining seats need to either go away, or be built so that reclining takes leg room away from the person reclining. Why should I be punished for a rude passenger in front of me who decides to punish me by reclining their seat?

I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag.

I understand Mother Nature causes issues tkayakhat no one can control but when I'm receiving updates from the 3rd party travel app that isn't the airline before receiving any information directly from the airline via the gate agent or Deltas travel app and the gate agent not being able to verify the 3rd party travel app something is wrong.

Documentation initially was a bit vague around which legs of the 2 Stop Flight would be handled by American and which would be handled by Latam though that is probably more of the website problems

Flight was delayed over 6 times and eventually cancelled. We missed a full day of our vacation. Hotel charged us a no-show fee since we couldn't make it on time due to the scheduling of the flights.

The flight was cancelled for nor reason. At the front desk suggested me to call. I've been trying to call for weeks, with no luck.

Always delays in between transfers from Mexico City

Prompt action, excelent customer service and accurate reservation details. Auto text message alerts a real life-saver. Boarding was easy, plane was clean and staff super friendly.

Woman next to me with crying baby didn’t care that her baby’s head and arms where pretty much in my seat the whole flight. And the girl in front of me was wildly dancing the whole flight in her seat with headphones on and she get pushing back in her seat hitting my knees And every announcement the flight attendant made during the flight sounded like he was stoned and obviously didn’t care what he was saying

No leg room so very crammed uncomfortable seating

The flight attendants were terrific. The food was marginal in business class

Excellent crew

I ordered food for my son and they had no record so he had some snacks only during a 10 hour flight. The cabin temperature was freezing, everyone was shivering but despite requests it stayed cold.

Flew premium economy/delta comfort + and was a great flying experience. A taste of business without the $3000+ ticket price. Food was excellent, a huge step above economy. Extra comfort with wider seats. And priority boarding as well. This was more like premium economy that you get with European airlines. For long haul flights, well worth the cost. Flight was delayed 2 hours, but Delta had their own special route in Shanghai airport to bypass a lot of the crowds either transferring or checking in for fight. I wouldn’t have made my connecting flight if they hadn’t. Plus my checked bags went straight thru to my final destination in china,n instead of having to pick up and re-check them in Shanghai.

2-hour delay causes me to almost miss my connection. I know some passengers had to be transferred to different flights which they almost missed.
