Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. Minor delay with auxillary unit prior to departure but we were kept informed of progress and once fixed quickly on our way. Excellent trip.

In Salt Lake City the directions from the gate to the outside bus area to take passengers to the outside gate was unclear. There was no one in view from the entry of the ramp to the end of it. I tripped over the metal bumper and fell on my knees, causing cuts and bruises. Although my luggage falling made a loud noise, there was no response from anyone. I had placed a request for a wheelchair beforehand, also with no response from Delta.

Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

Leg room was really good.

This is embarrassing at the gate especially since it looks like we are cutting the line. What good is this "privilege" if you have to assert it every time or hold a credit card in hand with your carryon and boarding pass. This should be included in our ticketing at the time of purchase and upgraded on our boarding pass if we use the damn card for the purchase. It is now not a "privilege" but an inconvenience."

Bad service over charge for everything and always late

My 1st time flying and I was very please. Staff were excellent.

Flight was delayed because they were having problems with the engine, and the delayed cost me more money in parking fees. Checking in online or the kiosk was not possible so I had to do a long line to get my boarding pass. I will not recommend flying with this company ever.

Federal mask mandate was a joke, no enforcement at all, just several repeated announcements. MANY passengers ignoring mandate.

Cleveland airport had very few travelers compared to Orlando. 10 minute delay but I felt like we were on schedule. Peanuts/pretzels and water for free would be nice:)

My qr code timed out at check in…. couldn’t get it back up…. was sent back to to get boarding pass printed out…. even though had confirmation number and proof of payment… after running through the airport all over the place trying to get everything get to gate at 2:04…. boarding stops 2:05….. scan my ticket an it reads ready to board….. door is locked and when someone finally comes out i told i can’t board

I liked nothing flying from ATL to Denver , flight was delayed 4 hrs , we were told to move from one terminal across the airport , then was told to move back to the same spot later when we were told the flight will be leaving at 12:12 vs 1:46 am which means they moved us three times . When we got back to the first spot which was d1 from e1 we were then told we will be departing at 1:46 😂. I had my wife and daughter , we were never offered anything at all , when we used the vending machines in the airport nothing worked no stores open at all. When we finally got told to board we were placed in the tunnel for over 20 min , then where It got real bad was in the plane , take note we were all tired hungry and wanted something to drink . We then board the plane , we sit down and I asked the Stewart if I could have some water he told me when we are in the air , I told him thank you and tried to get comfortable as we have Been sitting in an un air-conditioned airport In The section we were in . As I am sitting there the same person I asked gave multiple bottles of water to certain individuals , I was flabbergasted at that point but wait gets even better . I am exhausted at this point as I have walked miles in this airport with my wife and daughter . We get in the air and he gives me a small half cup of water , lol what a kind gesture . The cabin lights dim besides where the stewardesses are sitting , about 15 min goes by waiting for the plane to get dark so I can fall asleep but remember hungry and tired . I watch two of them start cooking ramen noodles , cup of noodles , chicken and sweet potatoes, make tea and drink multiple bottles of water mind you hungry , tired . I then watch then have a full blown conversation and eat right directly infront of me , no social distancing at all , concerned at this point hungry , tired , thirsty , gets better . Two more come up they start to eat no social distancing 4 people full blown conversation , lack of other people's space , inconsiderate, we ask them to quiet down alittle so they continue with no mind being very rude and unthoughtful of how much everyone went throught from the nasty floor, unconditioned area of the airport, to the vending machines that don't work, the flight delay moving my family three times , watching people eat with no consideration of others , no way to sleep cause 4 frontier stewardesses wanted to eat , discuss there issues, and carry on like we don't exist with the lights on the entire flight in the front of the plane , my entire Tuesday was wasted , now today not doing so well as you try and give us 50$ voucher .

They charge you if you want to pick a seat next to your spouse. $40 for a carry-on Red eye flight, no pillows, no blankets, airpline was freezing cold. ."

Pros: "Frontier is similar to other budget airlines like Spirit where only a personal item comes free and the seats are a little tighter than usual. I thought they had good communication around the fee for carry ons (in the boarding process, they directed people to go online and pay the fee there if they'd already to avoid a higher fee at boarding). Staff were friendly and for a short flight (<2 hours) I felt it was perfectly comfortable, and I'm very happy with my decision given that the flight was <$100 and direct."

Cons: "As I was arriving to the terminal they were calling for the last boarding call, the terminal ended up being right around the corner. I got on the plane and looked at the time and it was 7:30 and the plane wasn't scheduled to leave until 7:45. I had to pay for my bag to be checked or else I would have had to pay for a carry on bag that doesn't go under the seat. To keep costs down I was ok and understanding until I got onto the plane and saw how cramped it was. The seats were so close together that we couldn't recline. I can deal with entertaining myself but requiring the people to be sitting straight up for the entire flight is not right. If it was a short flight then sitting up wouldn't be so bad, however it was close to four hours and those seats were very uncomfortable. The beep that usually comes on when the captain turns off the seat belt light kept going off. It would be understandable if an announcement was going to take place or the seat belt light changed. However it would go off and I would look and couldn't figure out a reason we were all of a sudden alerted, so it was very difficult to get any type of rest in the uncomfortable conditions. I left confused as to why I was required to spend money for a possible carry on that went above in the plane when I was so cramped."

Cons: "We got there 1 1/2 hours early and barely made it to our gate by the time boarding started. There was a HUGE inexplicable line to check in and drop off bags at the frontier desks. Absurd. That, with our flight out there being 4 hours delayed, having to pay a ton of extra money to choose seats, carry on a bag, etc. I am extremely dissatisfied with frontier and will never fly with them again."

You can't get water to cry with or if you were on fire. Upon viewing your menu, there is a "bundle" for three or more items. This IS NOT a bargain. You decrease the price by a dollar is nothing. It appears to be overly enrichment and a rip-off. I know that you're in business to make a profit. But dayumm!! REALLY??! You all are certainly taking advantage of your customers. There may be either a continued decrease of purchases or none at all. I noticed that there weren't many purchases in relation to the number of passengers on board at the time. BTW, the price paid for the single bottle of wine ($7 USD) is what it costs for the 4-pack, if not less. A person can purchase 750 ml or 1/5 gallon for the same amount or less (i.e., $5 USD + tax). This is wrong and obliges passenger to make a grudging purchase out of necessity. Have you ever been thirsty before? Can't have water to take medications without spending large amount of money. You can't even get tap water or courtesy cup of water / ice. What type of mess is this? $50+ bag check fee is horrendous!! Your competitors are much cheaper. Please add more cushion and room to your seats. Had this flight been more than 90 mins., I'd be making a trip to the hospital instead of home."

Checked luggage is more expensive with Spirit than with other airlines, and fees are almost double at the airport if you don't pay ahead of time. Carry on bags are also an extra fee; only your personal item is free. If you have orthopedic challenges and a long flight, pick a different airline - only the extra cost seats ($35 each way) recline at all. This airline was more expensive to fly than the airlines I normally fly, once I added what I consider to be basic needs. It would have been nice to have this information (especially about the seats) available when I booked on Kayak."
