I went to lower my tray table and it was very nasty. Looks like some one had left some food on it and then just closed it up.
Cons: "I love the changes that have taken place. I last flew with them 5 years ago and vowed too never fly with them again. Times have changed and they are a great Airline!!!"
Pros: "Allegiant does a great job of turning flights and getting you out on time in general. The crew is friendly and helpful."

Cons: "I got to the airport 2 hours before my flight, then waited in line to check my bag for about an hour and 15 minutes. The people at the front said that they were slow because they were short-staffed, and not to worry because the delay was their fault and the plane wouldn’t leave without me. I went straight to the gate, and when I arrived, the gate door was closed. They told me I was too late. They did not have any other flights going out that day—the next one was the following day and was a 30-hour trip, and they said I’d have to pay $100 in processing to switch the flight.They refused to help me book theough another airline. I had to get to my destination that day, so I wound up paying $600 to buy a ticket on another airline. It was the worst traveling experience I’ve ever had."

Pros: "The staff was a well oiled machine! Very funny & accommodating. They were all very friendly & helpful to all of the passengers. Everything was clean & orderly."

Cons: "The flight from St. Louis to Orlando was delayed therefore the flight from Orlando to San Juan was also delayed and I was not given a chance to go home. My only option was to receive a $20 meal voucher and wait in the airport another 24 hours. The staff was rude and there was no communication between one flight crew to the next. Worst experience ever and I'll make sure to tell all my friends and relatives never to use your airline."
