Delayed, for close to 6 hours and missed our connection
Customs officials are incredibly un-helpful and slow. I almost missed the next flight because of how slow was that part. I hope Delta can speak up for the passengers, because we cannot express that to these rude people.

delayed in piecemeal by 6 hrs before move to another gate. than mechanical delay and then cancelled. Arrived at hotel after midnight without food or drink. Substitute flight was next day noon - original offer was for late afternoon flight! That flight had poor service. Attendant dawdled so there were no drinks served.
I found the reason for being late to be questionable They said heavy snow but as i flew in i looked out the window and saw all roads nicely cleared That does not happen in 3 hours
They did not get my liggage to the connecting flight And here i am in Ukraine with no winter clothes at 7 below 3 days later
One of the stewardess was very kind
The longer leg from US to Frankfurt was very difficult to sleep in because the mid cabin section light was not turned off

Nothing, American Airlines is the worst major airline now.
The staff in Miami Airport is really bad, worst attitude I have seen, old planes, not comfortable, definetly the worst major airline now.

New plane, 737-Max. More fuel efficient, quieter, more in-cabin luggage storage.
Seats don’t decline as much.
Smooth boarding, the crew was really nice (and it didn't hurt that they were generous with the wine).
