Pros: Hard to come up with something
Cons: Remarkably, airline was unaware of FAA regulation requiring window seat for Portable Oxygen. Switched at the last minute to the last row, which does not recline. Thus sheer misery for someone with back trouble. Wi-fi also inoperative. Plus, the panel on the siding was loose snd vibrated the whole time.
Pros: Boarding was quick.... I am just filling space to get to 50 characters as United was quite bad and that’s paying for first class
Cons: First class doesn’t get you into their United Club before the flight. You still have to pay for any food in first class. And they tell you need to download the app after you exit the airport area and lose WiFi and coming international couldn’t go and download before flight. United was a huge disappointment.

Pros: Our flights arrived just in time, and everything was set up for us to be on time in our destination.
Cons: There was just ONE lady trying to check all the passengers in. Obviously, it was complicated for her since no other people tried to help her registrate lots of passengers. We could have lost our connection flight, if she hadn’t made it on time. This happened in Panama.

Cons: lost bags - when they arrived the next day, told us we need to go all the way to the airport or pay $25.00 USD to a taxi to bring them to us. When we went to pick up the bags, one (both bags were brand new for this trip) was virtually destroyed, with multiple tears and rips - damage on each of the 6 sides of the bag. The Aeromexico woman insisted they have no liability and refused our claim for the damaged bag. Extremely poor service.
Pros: The service on the plane is ok.
Cons: On the trip Mex to Bogota, the airplane belated to landed, around four hours after. First it was almost landed to Bogota, we were on El Dorado airport and then back to the air and then going to Medellin airport for landed. So they keeped us inside the airplane (I do not how many time, but maybe 1 an half hour inside) and then back to Bogota for landed. So it was awful and worried time.
Pros: I didn’t like it my parents are old and handicapped and they were waiting for 4 hours there. with nooo help. terrible service, it was supposed to departure at 9pm and they departed at 11 pm

Cons: Delayed our flight and we missed our connection. They made us pick up our bags and wait overnight outside the terminal. It was cold (no doors). Only concrete slabs to sit on. It’s our honeymoon...no compensation given. Not even a blanket

Cons: There are no flights past 5pm making attempts to get to Lawton difficult of anything goes wrong with previous flights
Pros: Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Having a disability is difficult enough but this team went above and beyond.
Cons: Reaching Charlotte terminal I was extremely disappointed. The gate attendant seamed to only want to make excuses as to why there was no wheelchair available. (Short staffed) she didn’t offer me a seat or apologize for no availability. Costumer service should be number one when you work with people everyday.
