Staff were friendly and awesome! Some Filipinos are just undisciplined, but not an airline problem.

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.

I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
The flights with ANA were great. The flights with United, not so much.
The boarding process, food is one of the best, seats are roomier with better leg room.. the attendants are nice and accommodating…

The cabin was hot. I was sweating during the whole trip.

We did not receive our special meal request (vegetarian). The crew was apologetic but then kept interrupting me at least 6 times to ask to see my email or access the web to show verification. (I did not have internet access while on the plane). They kept asking the same questions and taking down the same information. It became exasperating. I understand these errors occur but the constant questioning was disrupted and only compounded the error.

For a 17hr economy flight it wasn’t bad at all, thankfully it wasn’t a narrow body plane.
Simplicity of boarding and corporate interactions were all totally positive and simple, brief, organized and clear. No regrets at all. I will favor flights with Cathay Pacific in the future.
Big selection and great food and beverages in business class with good service. Full recline but less privacy compared with Qatar.
Really impressed with the Airline and much with the Crew. The crew was amazingggg, changed seats very easily, provided a lot of snacks on demand, the plane is nice and clean, the menu is well presented; unfortunately, the food is not fantastic, but it's not bad either but nothing to rave about. I am still rating it as excellent because I loved everything else; food improvement will be great!
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
The plane was dirty, the seats were torn and broken, the service was the most terrible ever, the bathroom dirty, they will not even serve water you had to request it, the meals were terrible, overall less than Zero, I will never fly Cathay Pacific again.
I spent 45 minutes with supervisor trying to get 2 bags checked for this international flight . He wouldn’t give it to me because West Jet was involved in this booking.

Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

The aircraft was older, had limited entertainment options and no wifi on board. The flight attendants weren't the friendliest, but they were okay. Overall an okay flight.
It was so uncomfortable for 14 straight hours it was torture

Flight was great. On time. Pleasant crew and responsible passengers. My only disappointment was that there was no coffee or tea offered. It was a short flight but a coffee would have been appreciated for what the price of tickets are now.
Great experience in business class. Plane seat configuration is dated with three seats in a row but very spacious and lie flat worked fine. Entertainment options are limited but sufficient for the flight duration. WiFi does not work. Flight attendants are awesome and food is OK.
Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

It was never explained why the departure flight was canceled and delayed for 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to stick with the original itinerary.
Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

The flight was fantastic and the crew was absolutely excellent, but the entertainment system on the B777 was not working. That's a long time to spend with no electronics. The crew offered I-Pads but I had brought my own. I am only pointing this out because this is the second flight on Philippines Air where the entertainment system was down. FJM
The checking in agent tried to give me a different seat. She tried to give me an economy seat even though I had already checked in with a seat assigned and paid an extra $300 for those seats. She also separated our seating assignment. Very unprofessional and seriously a bad example for an agent. She was rude when I showed her my receipts and she made us wait more than 15 minutes before we were able to get the right boarding passes and correct seats (seats that we paid for in advance)!!!
