Cons: "We had delays EVERYWHERE. What is usually a 40 minute flight from Birmingham to Atlanta took an hour & 25 minutes. Once I landed, I had to connect allll the way on the other side of the airport. Once in air, things were fine, just hot. However, due to weather, we had to fly for an additional 45 minutes in the sky. The crew was as nice as they could be in that situation just overall a frustrating."

Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

Even though I explained that I had a family emergency. My uncle passed away so wanted to get there as soon as I could. Honestly the worst airline. My first flying with them. Not doing it ever again! They didn't come to board us until the plane was 75 percent boarded which is just unacceptable for a wheelchair user who cannot stand. BA had to stop boarding to get us aboard the plane with the help of BA crew who are great."

Cons: "Everything from customer service check-in to boarding. It was TERRIBLE. I was to have a wheel chair at check-in for my start in Fayetteville. Did this happen? NO!! The girl looked at me like I was CRAZY. I'm on crutches and having to wear a leg mobilizer with a blown MCL & meniscus. I did not get any help boarding my flight which happened to be an express flight. The young stewardess took my crutches from me the moment I stepped foot on the plane. And I couldn't get any help getting off the plane."

The first 2 flights were delayed, the 3rd was cancelled after several hours of delay, there were inordinate numbers of gate changes--5 for one flight, 3 for another. I was supposed to go on a 4th flight, but at that point, I walked over to American Airlines and bought a ticket home on the spot: No delays, no gate changes, no excuses, no weirdness."

Cons: "This is not just Frontier - it is a BIGGER passengers trying to sit in constantly shrinking seat widths and leg room. I sat next to a very nice BIG person that was in my seat with me....had to keep the armrest up to allow them to fit. I know your bottom line is profit - so shrinking the passenger seat/room when the population as a whole is expanding makes flying overall a not good experience. I am waiting for you all to officially charge us for Cain air seperately."

The worst part is not a single person offered any kind of explanation - no one in the airport and no one on the plane. When do you ever wait 5 1/2 hours for a meeting and receive no explanation for the delay? Inexcusable. Frontier will always be my very last resort from now on."

Cons: "I did not like having to pay for my carry-on bag twice!! I thought it was paid for when I originally booked my flight. On my return trip, I was told I had to pay another $30 for a carry-on. This was unclear at booking. To have to pay $60 for a carry-on is unconscientable !!!!!!!!!"

Cons: "Check in process was HORRIBLE. I initially showed my military I.D in order to check into my flight. All U.S Navy service members that are attached to a ship have a sticker on their I.D that states their ship and department. The lady that was assisting me accused me for having a fraud military I.D as the sticker ONLY hides what branch I serve in. She accused me for hiding information on my I.D as she tried taking the sticker off as I need that sticker to get on and off my ship. I was also accused for not looking like my military I.D picture. That picture was taken during boot camp as my head was completly shaved and I had no facial hair. I obviously grew out my hair and had facial hair as I was in a leave status. I was not required to shave for the duration of my leave. She also asked why I was not in uniform. The lady assisting me failed to realized that active duty members do NOT have to be in uniform every second of their waking lives. She did not believe I was in the U.S Navy and was super disrespectful. I just gave her my Illinois I.D to avoid any other trouble. I'm not a confrontational person so I just tried to avoid creating a scene in front of everyone. She was not wearing a name tag so I called frontier to make a formal complaint. I will not be flying with frontier anymore. Thank you."

Cons: "cramped seating, no food/beverages at all, attempts to get more money for seats during on-line check-in. It seemed deceitful, set up to make people think they had to upgrade or they wouldn't get a seat."

Cons: "Frontier claims to be cheap flights done right. No. No no no no no. When Midwest Express became Fronteir there were some characteristices they shared: valuing their consumer, comfortable seats and professional staff. That brand is dead. If you are looking to fly cheap, you are far better off flying another aireline. Frontier claims to be cheap but they nickle and dime you for everything: pay for checked AND carry on luggage ($30/$35 ONE way), pay for selecting your seat at checkin ($45 additional for extra legroom, $5 if you're fine sitting in the middle seat at the back of the plane), if you want a mixed drink plan to pay $6.99 for the booze and another $2.99 for the mixer. The seats are hard molded plastic that do not adjust at all, and the tray table is the size of an ipad mini. I tried to sleep during the nonstop but to no avail. If I had flown Frontier with a connecting flight I have to believe I would've been more comfortable as I would have had a break from the awful seats and a chance at getting food and beverage worth far more for the money. I will fly Southwest forever now because of this experience."

The tray tables are 1/2 size - you can't even rest a laptop on it without it falling off No entertainment options on flight Nickel & dime you for everything - $30/each per carry-on, $2 for a drink, etc."
